    Would highly recommend

    Bre the owner of Level Up Events offered her services free of charge when she found out we had to postpone our wedding twice, due to Covid. She was thorough, professional, organized, detailed and friendly. She made me feel less stressed and less anxiety up the day of. At the actual wedding she had everything in order and I literally didn’t have to ask her to do anything. She was AMAZING, if I ever have another big event, I will for sure hire her she made sure every t was crossed and every I was
    dotted. She wads very responsive and reachable. You will not be disappointed hiring her for any event you plan. I should also mention we got married in our backyard so we did everything ourselves and she treated our house as a venue and our wedding as any other wedding, we loved having her as our coordinator.

    Exceptional Wedding Planner

    We are so happy that we hired Brianne and Level Up Events to handle our Wedding Day. We are thrilled with how everything turned out. Guests are still talking about how everything flowed so smoothly.
    When we first engaged Level Up Events, we initially envisioned a backyard wedding with 75 people. Well, plans changed and we ended up at a formal venue with 150 guests and a whole lot of vendors and moving parts! Brianne didn't miss a beat when we told her about the change. When looking for someone to trust with organizing one of the most important events in one's life, it is critical to find a person who is both likable and a consummate professional. Brianne is such a person as are her team members. While we decided to handle finding and engaging all of our vendors, we could not have managed to pull it all together on the wedding day without LUE. Honestly, I don't know how anyone can even imagine trying to do this without professional help.
    Brianne and her team coordinated with our vendors and the venue, put together a detailed timeline, kept notes and tracked all of the things that needed to happen, set up our decorations (better than we had envisioned), and dealt with all of the details that needed to be dealt with on our wedding day, including the cleanup after the event. Everything was perfect and to our knowledge, went off without a hitch. LUE managed to do this even though Brianne gave birth earlier than expected - the week before our wedding day! That takes incredible coordination and planning, as well as a team that can operate like a well oiled machine. We are absolutely impressed.
    I would not hesitate to recommend Level Up Events to anyone planning and coordinating an event. You will not be disappointed.

    Amazing, Beautiful and Stress-Free

    Nothing. That is what I had to do to give my daughter the best baby shower I have ever been to. I hired Bre and she took care of everything: delicious food, beautiful decor, fun games, set-up/cleanup and party favors to prizes.

    All I can do is say thank you to Bre and Devin for making everything wonderful. I live in Virginia and my daughter lives here, which made it very difficult to plan, stay within budget and be stress free. Bre and partners made this all possible.

    I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an event planner.

    You won't be disappointed! Trust me on this, I am an event planner.

    With my experience planning events, I was pretty particular about the vendors we chose for our wedding- let alone the coordinators! We planned our wedding cross country and it was essential we work with a coordinator that was flexible, understanding and we could count on for the big day. Leading up to the wedding, Bre was completely thorough with our calls and questions, and offered insight to certain things I had not considered (let's just say that because of her, I did not forget to bring a cake cutting knife the day of the wedding!). She read through all the venue's info and food menu and checked in with me about deadlines and requirements to ensure all was good to go. Once the wedding day came, I was SO busy that I barely had the chance to connect with Bre like I thought I would need to but it didn't matter because her and Devin were there ensuring everything was under control. On time, professional and super friendly. Any minor thing that still needed to get done or needed special attention, they were already on it. This helped us enjoy the wedding to the fullest. We had no need to check in or find them to get things done. We just enjoyed ourselves and they took care of it all. They even made sure we had a plate of food waiting for us at our table!     Amazing Wedding Coordinator

    We can't thank Bre enough for all the help she gave us with our son's wedding. I contacted Bre when I realized that this backyard wedding was going to be more detailed than I thought I could handle. We met a few weeks before the wedding to discuss details, and she asked questions about things I hadn't even thought about.

    On the day of the wedding, she arrived ahead of schedule and we went over the final details and she went to work. She finished up the final preparations, while greeting guests that arrived a little early.

    Bre handled everything from lighting table candles, to replenishing wine, to coordinating with catering and photographer and officiants, to emptying the filled trash cans. And then she even prepared the "wedding favors" that had arrived just before the ceremony.

    I would HIGHLY recommend Bre for your next event. She's talented, friendly, and easy to communicate with.
