    Great Service

    We got our wedding bands here and my engagement ring. They do custom rings and they do it well. It is a nice and local store. We recommend talking to Maria. She is the best!

    My fiancé and I are not the only ones who had an excellent experience with Lewis Jewelers! He worked with my fiancé to find the perfect ring in our price range, with a very personal yet professional feel. My fiancé called up afterwards with several requests and they were very accommodating. I went in to thank them after he proposed and they asked how it was fitting and if I needed it sized. My friends all have wedding rings from Lewis Jewelers and they race just as much as I do!

    This is THE place to buy an engagement ring in the Oklahoma City metro. Their showroom is beautiful and their selection is amazing. The employees will help you find exactly what you are looking for!

    My husband and I purchased our wedding bands form Lewis Jewelers. I am extremely pleased with the attentiveness and quality of our bands. They also were able to clean my engagement ring (purchased from a different company) for free and told me they would be more than happy to service it if needed. So happy to find a company that offers superior service.

    Lewis Jewelers has a great selection! My husband and I shopped here for my engagement ring as well as both of our bands. We are so pleased with our selections, and frequently get compliments regarding our wedding rings!

    They made a custom ring for me and when a baguette was cracked they built the channel up more to cover and protect the stones!

    I could not be happier with my ring and my future husband's ring from Lewis Jewelers. I had seen a ring I liked online, but wanted a few things different...Tim Lewis and Paige Lewis saw us through the design and development of my one-of-a-kind ring, and produced an absolutely perfect product!

    I cannot say enough good things about Lewis Jewelers!! My husband and I purchased our rings over 30 years ago with Tim Lewis....the rings are just as awesome today as they were when we were wed!!! Now....Tim is servicing the second generation....our children. I highly recommend Lewis Jewelers to anybody!!!! Regardless if you have little or alot to spend....Tim will have the perfect ring for you!!!!! The quality I love the most about Tim and his staff is their honesty!!! I greatly appreciate Lewis Jewelers for all they have done...not only for my husband and I......but also my son!!!

    We had our wedding band custom made at Lewis Jewelers. The staff is courteous, professional and very caring. We would highly recommend them for your jewelry needs!

    I didn't buy my rings here (wish I did) but they fixed my ring (took it to zales twice and they did a crappy job) and shined it very nice!

    Lewis has our jewelry business for life. We went and looked at engagement rings months before we ever got engaged. They were so helpful, even though we aren't in our 30's and said we were just there to look. When most jewelers blew us off because we're younger 20 somethings, we actually had more to pay for a ring than most that are older. They won our hearts and our business. The owner is always in there walking around and will help with anything. They are SO wonderful.

    They special ordered the band that matched my engagement ring that the store we purchased my e-ring from told us "didn't exist". They bent over backwards to help us and were very nice! Definitely worth the trips from Tulsa to Moore to shop here!

    From start to finish we had an amazing experience. We had purchased my engagement ring on black friday and received a free IPad. The staff was very nice and professional. They definitely know their stuff and if I had any questions or problems, they were more than willing to help. I would recommend any bride to come here for their jewelry :)

    WONDERFUL! My ring was custom made and my husband's is a simple gold band. They bent over backwards to help us make the right choices and deliver the rings as quickly as possible. They are still very nice when I go in to have my ring cleaned. Never pushy! Always sweet and helpful! I'll only go to Lewis Jewelers for my jewelery needs.

    The staff always made us feel welcome and were easy to work with. We got all of our rings from them.

    I have had 3 diamonds fall out of my band in 1.5 years of wearing it. I take it off when cleaning and showering also. The replaced the first one no problem but then it fell out again 2 months later... and by that point the year warranty was expired. Thank goodness i have insurance but this just shows me poor quality especially when i paid close to $3,000 for the band alone!!

    It is unfortunate that she lost a small diamond from her ring, but what made this more difficult was that she had moved to California, and returning to us for service was not practical for her. When I asked her if the ring was still insured, I told her that she could take it to a local jeweler for repair and Jewelers Mutual would take care of the cost, or she could mail it back to us and we would take care of it too. Every time we work on a ring, we inspect it carefully to make sure that there are NO problems with it at that time. We don't blame her for being upset that she had lost a small diamond, but sometimes, accidents happen. She readily admits that we replaced the first one with no problem, and we would have gladly replaced any others. We were simply not given the chance to do so. When our customers move away from us, we still suggest that regular visits to a qualified jeweler to check for loose diamonds will prevent most problems.
    And, by the way, you should NEVER sleep in your wedding rings. The sheets will prematurely rub your prongs away!

    Completely has no appreciation for loyalty...

    Totally disappointed in this establishment. Went through a very trying experience with them, dealing with an issue with our ring. Had been loyal customers of the store, even though we live an hour and a half away. In the end, when we came back to them to help fix the issue, was met with a rude girl named Maria behind the counter that acted like I had said she had ugly kids. Decided I didn't want to have all the work done that I had originally asked for, because of the cost. Went back in the store and the owner, Tim, was there, and asked if he could help. Told him we changed our mind about doing all the work, (there was still other work to be done.) so he went in the back and brought out the packet, tossed it at me and rudely said we could find someone else to do the other work too, then walked off. No appreciation for the money we have spent there over the years, and intended to spend in the future, or that we had been loyal customers despite the distance. So, if you are looking for a business that appreciates loyalty, look elsewhere.

    Kris’s wife lost her first ring and Kris had failed to buy Jewelers Mutual insurance. He called us and asked us to order the same ring as the original and we did so. We were informed by the manufacturer of the ring that they had to make some very slight changes to the style due to a copyright infringement settlement.
    Kris cancelled the order, and we were stuck with ring. He called us about six weeks later and told us he had purchased a previously owned replacement ring on eBay and wanted to know if we could set a cubic zirconia in the center, and size it along with two bands. We offered a very discounted price for a cubic zirconia because he had agreed to pay to have the wedding rings sized. After about an hour he returned and asked for the wedding rings back because he found someone else to do the sizing because they “were cheaper.” But he still wanted us to provide the cubic zirconia at a very discounted rate!
    Kris was very condescending every time he spoke to one of my staff. He cancelled one order and left me to pay for it, and he cancelled the sizing. He was continually disrespectful to my staff, as evidenced by his comment about Maria, who was only trying to help him. It was past time to ask him to find another jeweler, and I do not regret it.
