From the tasting to the reception everything was amazing. I was very impressed with the Tuscan chicken which was absolutely delicious. When our initial venue canceled on us, we were in dire straits for another caterer. Chef Pamela was very reasonable with her services for the amount of time we had to our actual date. Staff was very professional and friendly. We are truly thankful for her service and delicious food. -

Top notch!!!
Pamela and the team at Lighthouse Catering were absolutely top notch! I’ve worked in the service/hospitality industry my whole life but have never seen this level of care and personal follow up from a Chef and her team. Thank you for the delicious Italian meal, serving us personally during our wedding dinner, grabbing us champagne and packing up our left overs. You and your team were so sweet and kind. Thank you! -

Lighthouse team is amazing
Pamela and the team at Lighthouse Catering were absolutely top notch! I’ve worked in the service/hospitality industry my whole life but have never seen this level of care and personal follow up from a Chef and her team. Lighthouse catering made our 30 yr anniversary and renewal of wedding vows - second wedding fabulous, rememberable and amazing. The food was delicious! I highly recommend the lasagna and marinara vodka sauce with penne pasta. Don’t forget the garlic bread!!! -

Experience beyond Expectations!
My brother recommended having Lighthouse Catering for my wedding because they had catered for his wedding. At his wedding the food was fabulous and the pricing was even better. Our experience was beyond any expectations when knowing they are budget-friendly, and the service and effort go beyond what is expected. I cannot thank the Lighthouse Catering company enough for making our day the best experience ever! -

We hired Lighthouse Catering for our wedding and it was the best decision we could have made! From the initial tasting to the day of my expectations were exceeded. Pamela was amazing and always remembered us if we saw her at an event, she gave us so much to try for the tasting that we completely went in a new route for our wedding. We hired the Lighthouse thru our venue for my daughters wedding. She chose the BBQ package which was brisket, sausage and chicken and of course all the condiments. Food was amazing. Lighthouse Catering is a must-have for your event! The food is amazing, all of our guests raved about how good it was! Chef Pamela Clark is awesome and worked with us to make sure we had everything we wanted. We offered a pasta bar for our event. However, we did have a few individuals with gluten allergies. Chef Pamela went above and beyond to accommodate those needs. Overall, Chef Pamela and staff are amazing and I would highly recommend! -

Amazing service, amazing food!
Highly recommend! Pamela at Lighthouse Catering did a phenomenal job for my daughter’s Quinceanera! We initially were going to hire her to cater our wedding food but we had to cancel due to Covid. One year later we contacted her again for my daughter’s 15 party… & she did not disappoint. She worked with us to make certain everything was perfect for my daughter’s special day. The food & setup were great. -

I want to start by thanking Pamela and the crew again for an amazing and beautiful wedding! Everything was beyond perfect! Of course wedding planning is stressful but choosing lighthouse catering was the best choice we made! Pamela is a goddess in the kitchen so everything was delicious! She was so helpful with tips on saving the leftovers! I’m not sure how we even had anything left, no one ever stopped eating because the food was so good, but we did and she had boxes and everything ready to go! The communication was on point, I never had to wonder or worry if she got my message or request because she always got back to me! Even with it being around the holidays she still had an amazing response time! She was flexible and so very patient with our multiple requests and changes. She allowed us to have multiple tastings for the menu to finalize everything (honestly I think we just wanted to keep eating her cooking and couldn’t wait until the wedding so we kept having tastings). I think everyone took more pictures of the food then the rest of the wedding (including myself). All of the staff was extremely professional and friendly. I will forever recommend Lighthouse catering and personally use them for any and everything I can!
