  Absolutely Stunning!!!

  Lightwave completely transformed our wedding reception hall and made it a night to remember! We chose the “Light Your Night” package as well as the textured light and Pin Spot packages and topped it off with a Photo Booth and greenery backdrop. The uplight and textured light made the hall look so beautiful and eye catching. The pin spots helped accent all of our details from centerpieces, guest books, wedding cake, and so much more! The custom monogram really put the finishing touch on our space. DJ Alyssa was fantastic and kept our guests entertained all night! The Photo Booth was a huge hit with our guests and the “photo guestbook” was such a wonderful gift to take with us. The whole crew at Lightwave were so professional, flexible, and helpful in making our big day perfect. I cannot thank Bry, Hecky, and DJ Alyssa enough!! I would recommend them over and over again for any event!

  My husband and I were at a wedding recently and the lighting for the venue was beautifully set for a Halloween themed wedding. It matched the theme and really set the mood. The photo booth was also a ton of fun and the employees working the booth were so friendly and nice 😊. The digital emblem above the brides and grooms table was fabulous and looked amazing. Very impressed with the professionalism of Lightwave Entertainment.

  Fantastic!

  We used lightwave entertainment for our dj and photobooth. We could not have been happier!! Dj Ray is awesome, lighting up a room with his energy and his skills. This company was extremely professional and very responsive. We worried literally about nothing with them handling things.

  Lightwave entertainment made our dreams become a reality! Frank, and his team were there with us for every step of our wedding planning! The team met us at our venue multiple times to plan for uplighting, electrical planning, location placements for equipment and lantern locations. They were willing to come to the rehearsal and play the music for us/ set up a day in advance! They made planning enjoyable and were so reassuring of our decisions! Communication between lightwave entertainment was outstanding and we are so happy we chose them to be apart of our wedding! They were not just a company we hired, they became our friends!

  Great Lakes Audio Visual did an awesome job at our wedding in Pittsburgh. They transformed our venue into a showplace with the colored uplights and pinspots that added to the elegance of the affair. The lighting designer did a custom heart monogram that made our day even more special. The photo booth and keepsake binder is something we will always cherish. We would highly recommend this company as they were extremely professional, courteous and reasonable.

  I hired this vendor for my daughter’s wedding 10-17-20 in Medina county. I couldn’t say anything more positive about hiring them for music, lights, and photo booth. All our guest had a ton of fun and I couldn’t have asked for more.
  
  Frank was very attentive in making sure the night was going to run smoothly. He messaged and emailed with questions and making sure we didn’t need anything else from them on our end and to make sure everything was in place. I highly recommend them for your Wedding, Anniversary, or Amy personal party you want to kick up a few notches. They were awesome!

  We had a great experience with light wave entertainment. We had no issues, good communication. Photo booth was great and a huge hit for our guests... if you are thinking about a photo both I for sure suggest adding that. Lighting was wonderful. Music was perfect. It was everything we could have asked for and then some. We also added a earlier time and added and took away songs with very short notice and they made it happen! They were so fun and easy to work with. 10/10 recommend

  Absolutely incredible!

  Every service they provided was top notch. The musics, lighting and photo booth was the best. We had so many compliments about all of them. I will tell everyone I know about this company. I would give them 100 stars is I was allowed to. All I can say is AMAZING!!!!

  LightWave Entertainment made Millsite sparkle when the sun went down

  WE used Lightwave Entertainment for a reception at Millsite Lodge in Sandusky in August 2021, they made a beautiful venue sparkle and glow when the sun went down. Not only did they make the pavilion look great but the extended area of the fire pit and lawn was set ablaze with uplighting in the trees and lanterns throughout the lawn making it so inviting throughout the venue. The crew was very professional from the first inquiry to the tear down. Our guests could not say enough about how magical everything was..thank you for bringing our vision to life.

Our guests were amazed how beautiful the reception looked and how the mood of the room changed with the lights. My nephews loved the photo booth! I’m pretty sure they took 200 photos alone! Thank you for making my wedding perfect, not just for me, but for my guests as well.

  Wonderful Service

  Great Lakes Audio Visual did an amazing job transforming my sister’s reception site into a magical ballroom! A romantic ambiance was created by their lighting creations.   The specific DJ was not very cooperative with simple requests

  I was not impressed with the specific DJ that was at a wedding I was in over the weekend. The Groom and Bride had specified that they did NOT want the bridal party introduced at the reception "coupled up" as there were no partners in the wedding since there were males and females on the bride's side. (He was also asked not to do this by the bridal party as well.) When he explained to us the order, every two people were marked to be introduced with an "and" between them. He said he does it that way because that is how he is used to doing it. How about doing it like the couple you are working with has asked you to. Also maybe take some visual cues from the ceremony where you would have noticed NO ONE was walking together except the Groom and Bride. Also, stuff happens, but if you know your wireless mic only has a specific range why would you not let the people that are scheduled to speak know the best place to stand to avoid being cut out while speaking?

  It causes us great concern and regret that the DJ provided this past weekend failed in creating the perfect evening for John and Ashley.
  
  As the quality of the services provided to you this past weekend certainly does not meet our standards, I can assure you this DJ will no longer be working with us.
  
  First and foremost, on behalf of the company and the contracted DJ, I would like to personally apologize for your inconvenience. We accept full responsibility for the mistake and I assure you we are taking the necessary steps to prevent it from happening in the future.
  
  I will be issuing a refund for the DJ services. If you could please forward our sympathetic apologies to John and Ashley and congratulate them once again!

  Don’t Waste Your Money

  Terrible experience. Despite months of planning, lighting was changed without my knowledge and DJ did not follow instructions on my wedding day. In fact, I don’t believe my instructions were communicated to her at all by Lightwave staff. DJ was rude to me (the bride), my sister (the maid of honor), and a member of my bridal party at my wedding. Then after this terrible experience on the day of my wedding, Lightwave refused the refund I requested. Although they did refund a smaller portion than I requested, they seemed more concerned with turning a profit and less concerned with the fact that their services were terrible. The only service that was good was the photo booth.

  Madi, It causes us great concern that we were unable to surpass your expectations. We were able to refund more than the portion of the lighting services that were unable to be provided due to restrictions in the venue. It is unfortunate that you feel as if your DJ was rude to you and your bridal party. As mentioned, many of our DJs do not carry explicit music as a courtesy to many guests. We do apologize that the DJ was unable to source these versions for you. We were able to refund the complete cost of the DJ for any misguided intentions and behavior from our DJ. I assure you that as a small business, our main goal is to provide a top-notch experience to our clients and their guests. We completely understand the frustrations you are feeling - this was your special day and we unfortunately failed in making it special for you.
