  Call these photographers. You could not ever meet a nicer and more giving pair of photographers than Mihaeko and Elias. From the very beginning, they treated my wife and I with the most courteous respect, and they were so much fun to work with. As far as photography goes, their eyes for detail are incredible! They caught things that we missed all day long, and they never stopped being kind and smiling with us. I loved that they shared our happiness, yet they seemed more like family than photographers. I can't even put into words how happy we were with them. I would hire them again and again, and my wife and I will recommend them to anyone in need of a photographer. Just absolutely wonderful people, and phenomenal photographers! Loved them!

  Mihaeko did a wonderful job for our wedding. She arrived on time and took photos while we prepared. She was so sweet and easy to work with. She made us comfortable as though we'd known her for a long time! I highly recommend her and would love to hire her again in the future!

  I absolutely cannot recommend Mihaeko and Elias with more warmth and enthusiasm. 
  
  I first met Mihaeko in her solo practice when I interviewed her to photograph our wedding. Her portfolio stood out among reams of others for its attention to detail, bringing together an artistic eye with a sensitive eye for people which are a rare and beautiful combination. She handled our often-anxious flux of shifting schedules, rain plans, and make-shift spaces with creativity, care and ingenuity. I was completely oblivious to a number of challenges that arose throughout the multi-day event, and Mihaeko in every case found ways to discreetly overcome them toward achieving our expressed desires. 
  
  In her proposed warm-up shoot some months in advance, Mihaeko gave us the opportunity to discover what worked and didn’t work for us in terms of our comfort in front of the camera. We were able to discuss the resulting photos with her and propose the kinds of images we were most drawn to. At no point did Mihaeko push her own agenda. She listened thoughtfully, asked questions to help us flush out the feedback to ensure she fully understood where we were coming from, and she applied that feedback extremely conscientiously in the end result. Her good humor and gentle manner made it easy to offer this feedback. 
  
  
  Since then, we have become good friends. Elias joining the picture is like the best kind of fireworks. His gentle jubilance is an ideal balance to Mihaeko's quiet exactness, both of them bringing an eye for artistry and a long practice of careful craftsmanship. Watching them discuss anything from the placement of a table to the quality of light within a frame is to witness two sensitive, independent people draw their qualities together into a uniquely strong collaborative vision. They are simply a delight to be around, and their combinations of skills and qualities leave no parts un-considered. 
  
  As a team, I give them truly my highest recommendation possible.

  Mihaeko is one of the kindest people I've ever met. She automatically put my wife and I at ease with her calm energy.
  
  The quality of her photographs are incredible, just exactly the taste we were looking for and her ability to capture raw and emotional moments is just breathtaking.
  I loved that a lot of the pictures were candid and my wife and I weren't stolen away from our friends and family for very long.
  
  Amazing job capturing the beauty of that day.
  
  I was so surprised to see some beautiful pictures of my grandmother and it brought me to tears.
  
  Mihaeko really allowed us to relive our wedding day!

  When my wife and I first received our pictures from the wedding we were ecstatic. I will continue to say that Mihaeko is talented and truly captured the essence of our wedding day. I do however find it necessary to talk about a few things I found hard to address at first.
  
  Throughout the entire time my wife and I communicated with Mihaeko via email she was spotty. We had to reach out to her sometimes multiple times in order for her to respond.
  
  Our wedding was October 12th 2016 and on January 27th we had finally heard back from Mihaeko on her editing process after a couple of emails in which she apologized profusely. On February 4th Mihaeko emailed us a link to our digital wedding gallery. The photos were amazing and we were so excited to relive our day. She mentioned in this email that she would be sending us a physical copy of the photos on a USB.
  
  It is now June 27th and we have yet to receive that USB after sending multiple emails and never hearing back. I follow Mihaeko and her husband on Instagram and they seem to be pretty busy people which leaves us wondering why we feel forgotten.
  
  We spent $1500 dollars for them to send us an online gallery and at this point I would never ask Mihaeko to print any of these photos professionally out of fear of never receiving them. My wife and I also spent time with Mihaeko for an engagement shoot which we will probably never see.
  
  I understand that life happens and sometimes it can get in the way of your job. But we are both extremely disappointed in her professionalism and follow through. I just hope this doesn't end up happening to someone else.
