You Need Grace for Your Wedding!
Grace was amazing. I can't imagine how we could have done our wedding without her. We were in California when we got engaged and she helped us find the most amazing vendors, all within our price point. She was always available when we had a question or needed something. Leading up to the wedding she was at every final event and was always so prepared. Having her there at the rehearsal and the actual wedding was one of the best decisions we could have made. Definitely use Grace & Lionhearted Events for your wedding. We keep getting compliments on how perfect our wedding was and we could not have done it without her!Grace was amazing. Great experience!
I worked with Heather as my month of coordinator for a 2/24/24. If you’re wondering if you should get a month or coordinator, do it. I didn’t understand the importance of a timeline before hiring them, but was really thankful to have it on the day! We had a coordinator through our venue, but Heather went above and beyond to make sure that we didn’t have any stressors on the wedding day (even after the wind gusts threatened to knock down all my DIY touches). She even brought extra assistants on the day to ensure that our decor looked exactly as I envisioned. Heather (and team) really helped me to just be able to enjoy the day! (And our photographer complimented that she taught us how to get good pics walking down the aisle!)I worked with Heather as my month of coordinator for a 2/24/24. The glue that held everything together
Grace was the sole purpose for our wedding going as smoothly as it did-she also worked some magic with our venue and enabled us to pick up our decor the day after, which was so appreciated! The timeline was so helpful to ease an anxious bride’s nerves. She was so responsive always and was a source of calm in the height of the unknown due to covid. We love Grace!
Hiring Grace from Lionhearted Events was probably the best decision we made during our wedding planning process. From start to finish she was reliable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. It was clear from the beginning that she knows exactly what she's doing and that we were in good hands. She was always there to help if we had questions or needed opinions along the way. On the day of the wedding, she did absolutely everything she could to make sure my husband and I had the best possible day. We had a big wedding with a lot of family members with strong personalities, and Grace made sure everyone knew their role and made everything run smoothly. On top of that, she's also a super cool woman and we had a blast with her! Grace was AMAZING. Let's be real for a second.. my family is a handful and I can be very scatter brained.. Grace had the perfect amount of sternness to keep everyone in line, yet 'cool, calm, and collected' to keep you at ease. I always felt that she had my back. One of the BEST decisions we ever made for our wedding was hiring Grace! There is no way we would have been able to enjoy our wedding weekend so much without her. She completely took care of every detail we needed her to. Our late night snack vendor emailed me the day of the wedding (right after the ceremony!) with some questions and all I had to do was forward the email to grace, she took care of the rest. She even came to the venue for our walk thru the week before which was not required of her! She has incredible attention to detail and and flawless execution. She's also a blast to work with and great with giving guidance to the couple. I would recommend Grace over and over.One of the BEST decisions we ever made for our wedding was hiring Grace! This review is long over due. My husband and I were married in May and I’m still raving about how amazing Grace and Lionhearted Events were! From the very beginning Grace was so helpful and attentive. I wasn’t sure about getting a wedding planner but it was absolutely worth EVERY PENNY. Save yourself the stress and headaches and book Lionharted events! I did not do a single thing the week of my wedding and it felt amazing. All I had to worry about on the big day was getting ready and looking good for pictures because Grace had everything else taken care of. She even helped us make a few name cards last second because clearly I am a terrible planner and she rocks (: I recommend her to everyone I know that is getting married because I literally can’t even imagine how my day would have been if I hadn’t had her there. Aerial was our Day of Coordinator for our July 9th wedding and oh my gosh, she was amazing! Seriously! We came to Lionhearted Events a month before our wedding needing lots of help. We were planning our Georgia wedding across the country from Seattle and had only seen our venue once. To top it off we had a large outdoor venue that was two stories.
Aerial was so understanding, calming and detail oriented. She kept in touch with emails, texts and phonecalls (even taking calls later in the evening to accomodate our 3 hour time difference). She worked with each of my vendors to ensure that everthing would come together. She even kept in touch with my mom who lives locally and was able to be my eyes and ears for wedding planning and meeting with vendors while I was across the country.
When I arrived in Atlanta a week before my wedding, Aerial went out of her way to meet up with me at the venue and walked me through everything. She showed me where everthing would be from bars to decor to our sweetheart table. After the walk through, Aerial would touch base and remind me about things I had completely forgotten ( like a shot list for my photographer).
Our wedding day was beyond PERFECT. Aerial and her assistant made the whole day run smoothley. They were both so attentive and made my husband and I feel so comfortable. We were able to just relax and enjoy our day. The decor looked AMAZING, people were having fun and staying cool thanks to some strategically placed fans.
THANK YOU Aerial and the rest of the team at Lionhearted. You really saved our day and gave us the most perfect, loved filled, beautiful wedding day! Our friends and family can't stop raving about it!

My daughter's wedding was planned and coordinated by Lionhearted Events and I highly recommend this planner. Grace was extremely detailed in her planning and my daughter's wedding theme was executed beautifully! Grace and Nicci were lifesavers at our wedding. We planned a very complex downtown ceremony and backyard reception in the suburbs while being out of town, and they were there every step of the way to make it happen. Everyone tells you that a coordinator is key, and I was not always positive, since I’m a meticulous planner myself, but A COORDINATOR IS KEY! They took all the stress off our wedding day. Grace handled all of our vendor paperwork the month of, gave advice when asked, fielded hundreds of emails and texts from me, and managed to keep her cool throughout the night.
There were a number of snafus, delays, broken votives, and forgotten signs throughout the night that were not their fault, but they were able to keep the show going.
