I was searching for a special piece for an event and Javi at Liori made my dreams come true and at the speed of light!! I had the piece in less than 24 hours of purchasing.   I bought my wife her wedding ring from Liori Diamonds approximately 6 years ago. I have to say that as a customer that Liori continues to make me feel as a valued customer even though its been nearly 6 years ago since the purcahse.   The best quality and service!

  My husband purchased my engagement ring from Liori Diamonds 9 years ago in 2010, and we had a custom wedding band made to match for the wedding in 2011. We do not live in the NYC area, so my husband did everything over the internet and over the phone to make his decision when picking out the engagement ring - which required a huge element of trust since he was not in person. The quality of personalized care and professionalism that he received when first asking questions, solified his trust in Al and Avi. The genuinely care about giving you the best experience and purchasing diamonds and jewelry that you can be proud of. But even above that the quality of the rings and quality of the diamonds are simply outstanding. My rings are dazzling, high quality, and beyond anything I see in our area. I have received compliments on them constantly over the past 9 years, and continue to all the time. The quality of rings/jewelry that you receive, along with the care and level of professionalism with Liori Diamonds makes me so happy that my husband took a leap of faith to go with them over a local jeweler or chain jewelry store like everyone else in our area. We were recently took a family trip to NYC and I brought my rings in for a small repair (due to my fault), instead of mailing them in to be repaired. It was great to meet Avi in person and he absolutely treated us like family. I got my rings back very quickly, and they simply dazzle - he did outstanding work so quickly. I couldn't be happier with our experiences with Liori Diamonds and we will be customers for life.   This company produces poorly designed rings and blames the customer when the diamonds fall out! Nasty office manger!!!

  My husband purchased A 12 1/2 carat ring from these people within eight months diamonds were already falling out I actually had my wedding with two stones missing it was horrible and most important day of your life your ring is missing stones it was horrifying! I was embarrassed to even show it. Over the next 2 1/2 years the ring has been sent back three times. Each time they have promised that quality assessment On the ring was performed. Obviously they’re liars because out of the three times He sent the ring back they reassured us Irene passed all inspections. Obviously that was never done. upon receiving the ring back Diamonds continued to fall out ranging from a few months to a couple days. I had taken it to a jewelry store to have it cleaned at which point I was pulled aside and shown at eight stones were ready to fall out I was handed a baggie to put the ring in since it was so unstable . Once again we sent it back mind you with all diamonds in tact. After much contact with a nasty office manager who decides when she’ll answer the phone and when she won’t every dealing we had with her was hostile aggressive and frustrating. She even had the nerve to tell my husband I was probably banging it causing the diamonds to fall out since it’s such a delicately designed ring! Who does that? I wear my ring to work and I take it off as soon as I get home. First of all the nerve this office manager had in saying such a despicable comment should really watch the quality of rings she sells and in no way should Lori I Diamonds be selling such a delicate rings that they can’t even be worn what a joke!First of all the nerve this office manager had in saying such a despicable comment should really watch the quality of rings she sells and in no way should Lori I diamonds be selling such delicate rings that they can’t even be worn what a joke And to insinuate it’s the customers fault is disgusting! After many run around she once again and shirt us she would make it right so we ended up sending it back AGAIN! AGAIN We contacted them describing what happened and it was sent back. This time Lori I Diamonds had the nerve to charge us $125 for the diamond that had fallen out what nerve! My husband received it yesterday And videotaped as he and our jeweler unwrapped the box and examined the rain. 15 diamonds were loose the ring was filthy and the jeweler now wonders if our original diamonds were taken out and replaced with lower quality! We have no other option but to take action against this company and if anyone was interested please let me know I would be happy to forward the video. This company says they’re rated by a 4.6 rating in my opinion it’s all a scam and no way do they have continued good ratings as they have yoked them and seen many past purchasers with the same experience I have had. And if you do your research you’ll see this nasty office manager has the nerve to Respond back to anyone leaving less than five stars With true ignorance as to what customer service really is. Also if anyone is interested we have conversation recordings of exactly how now see Diane the so-called office manager truly is. BUYER BEWARE! This company has zero customer service and will NOT standiby their product! They say they have an insurance company that deals with damaged rings. As of yet they have refused to give us any further information so we can file a claim with this ring that she admitted was faulty! I am grateful to have her admitting such on a recorded conversation. They say they offer such good prices but trust me you’ll end up paying in the long run!!!!!
