We hired Lisa for month of planning services for our wedding. From the moment that she stepped in, she handled everything swiftly and smoothly. She had a lot of experience working with a majority of our vendors and that made it incredibly easy to plan with her since she already knew the ins and outs of some of our vendors' policies. Make no mistake, her connections with vendors in the area are a huge advantage! She always made herself available to us (so sorry for the early morning and late night messages!). She's easy going and will give you her honest opinion on what she thinks will work best for you. Most importantly, she executed our wedding plans to perfection. Her confidence and experience allowed us the ease and freedom to actually enjoy our wedding day. We got so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful and seamless our wedding was. We would absolutely recommend Lisa to anyone!!

Lisa was a wonderful day of coordinator for us. I highly highly recommend her, especially if you are going with Tre Postí as your venue. She is the planner there more than any others and she had a better value package than the other planners we contacted, too. (10+) She knows what’s up and handles everything, even unexpected things, deftly.
Lisa was kind throughout the whole process and several of our other vendors commented on how pleasant she was to work with. This is obviously important inherently, but also it keeps everyone happy and everything going smooth and morale up throughout the big day. The DJ was a friend of a close friend of ours and our friend told us how Lisa was so nice and considerate and often in his experience in general the planners are kind of crappy to DJ’s for whatever reason and hearing this made me so happy we went with Lisa and that she was a class act even when we weren’t around. My dad even noticed a couple unforeseen things she handled during the evening and commented on how good she is at her job. She also got an award for 2023 best coordinator in Napa. Thanks again Lisa! -

We hired Lisa as our month of coordinator, and she was truly a lifesaver for our wedding. Even though we decided to take on a bulk of the wedding planning duties, Lisa was there to help make sure we were on the right track along the way. As the big day approached, she got together a detailed timeline and coordinated with all of our vendors. On the day of, she took the reins and made sure that we had the best wedding possible! She handled all of the bumps and hiccups very well, and consulted us to make sure we were all on the same page throughout the day. There's no way that our wedding could have been run as smoothly as it was without her! Thank you so much Lisa! -

Lisa was PHENOMENAL to work with. She grew up in Napa and knows everyone. She opens up her network to you, finds creative way to fix problems, and she is always very positive & upbeat. We had several hiccups in our wedding, none of which were Lisa's fault, but she jumped in and saved the day by either getting us a discount or a solution to our problems.
We would work with Lisa again in a heartbeat. -

We hired Lisa as our month of coordinator and really enjoyed working with her! She was very responsive for little questions we had leading up to the wedding and really helped finalize all the details the month of. She is very knowledgeable and would offer guidance on some of the items and vendors we were looking into and we really trusted her throughout the whole process. We had some unexpected rain come into the forecast a few days before our wedding and Lisa quickly helped us navigate all of our options and come up with great solutions. The day of the wedding Lisa was so on top of the timeline and getting everyone to the right spots quickly. We so appreciate her attention to detail and loved the way everything looked and flowed through our event spaces! We are so appreciative of Lisa and her team's hard work to make our special day so memorable and fun, we didn't have to worry about a thing! We highly recommend working with Lisa! -

Working with Lisa was amazing! We hired her as a month of planner/coordinator, but she truly was helpful through the whole process. Anytime we had a question, she answered it quickly. She even offered to help us with our rentals, months before we had her contract starting. She was incredibly helpful and professional. And I truly felt like I could trust her on my wedding day to take care of everything and to execute my wedding vision. Would definitely recommend! -

Where do I begin with Lisa?! We had the pleasure of using Lisa’s planning services for our wedding in St Helena in July 2022. As a stressed out bride, Lisa brought the level of calm and zen that I was missing in the wedding planning process! Not to mention, whenever we found a new vendor, they were always OVER THE MOON that they got to work with Lisa, which is a true testament to her work. She is a true professional, has so many connections in the wedding and events community, and helped us to assemble a ROCKSTAR team of vendors. She is so on-top of things and made the entire wedding planning experience smooth. For example, our parents flew in 6 months prior to our wedding to see the venue and do a food tasting, and Lisa got samples from the bakery we were looking at so that we could all try everything at once. The little things like that add up to make an incredibly optimized experience. It was so easy to work with Lisa throughout every stage of our wedding planning process. From in-person visits, to Zoom meetings, to frantic texts days before the wedding with COVID cancellations, she handled everything with ease and grace. I cannot recommend her enough!! -

Lisa went above and beyond to not only keep me calm during the planning of my wedding in a pandemic, but she agreed to take on anything I asked. She was always pleasant and kind and made me feel at ease. My friends and family said they were shocked at how calm I was throughout my entire wedding day and I kept saying, "that's because I have Lisa!" She is so amazing and hardworking and I'm sad our time working together has ended. Thank you, Lisa!! -

We're so happy with the level of service and help Lisa provided during our wedding planning process. She is dependable, responsive, personable, and has a ton of knowledge about various venues in the Napa area. We hired Lisa as a partial planner and she went above and beyond with our planning. Even after having to postpone 4 different times due to the pandemic, Lisa was extremely flexible and helped keep me sane during the entire process. As a type A person, I was very anxious about how everything would turn out leaving the day into someone else's arms, but the day went extremely perfect and I couldn't have asked for a better planner than Lisa. Rather than worrying about rentals, decorations, or vendors day of we got to really enjoy the celebration with our family and friends which was most important. Everything turned out exactly as I envisioned and her day of team was great at coordinating everything from start to finish. We really appreciate everything Lisa assisted with and would highly recommend her as your event coordinator for the Napa area! -

Lisa made wedding planning so easy! We live in Austin, TX and decided to have an early summer destination wedding in Napa at Brix Restaurant and Gardens. Lisa knows a ton of people in the industry, including the GM at our venue, and was a huge help piecing together all aspects of our big day. We booked the partial planning and added on additional work to help us coordinate our rehearsal dinner the day before. Lisa went above and beyond to help coordinate all our vendors and even made some site visits for us as we were remote. She is a pleasure to work with, extremely detail oriented, and knows how to put a great event together. The entire weekend went so smoothly and we couldn’t have done it without her. We can’t thank her enough. -

Our wedding in Napa was a destination wedding and she made planning a wedding from afar seem so easy and everything went just as planned! Lisa was also very personable and professional. She worked well with all of our vendors, coordinated everything day of, so we did not have to worry about a thing on our wedding day except enjoying the moment and having fun! I could not have imagined a more perfect wedding without Lisa's services. -
User1482410 Sent on 12/24/2013Lisa helped design, plan and coordinate our wedding. She was enthusiastic from the outset, and took care of all the little stressful details. She went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable. She made sure we had several meetings (and many, many phone calls) with her even though we lived out of town. She incorporated our ideas and let us take control of certain aspects of the wedding that we were really excited about. The day before and day of the wedding Lisa was completely in control, and I was able to just relax and enjoy the day. All in all, Lisa was just incredible!
