  We are so grateful for Guadalupe and all of her help when it came to planning our small Key West wedding! Guadalupe was so timely and communicative and went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day went perfectly! She was so kind to our families and even helped us get extra pictures on the day of the wedding. Her recommendations were amazing and she was truly such a joy to work with!

  Highly recommend!

  I highly recommend Guadalupe for your wedding planner! She was professional, sweet, and very responsive. She is well connected in the keys, so it was great to work with someone who knew almost all of the other vendors that I had chosen. Our wedding at the Cheeca Lodge ran perfectly and the day was better than we could have ever imagined!

  Literally the Perfect Day!

  I don't have words to describe Guadalupe! She went so far above and beyond...you can't even see it from here! As my new husband says, I'm a planner...with ridiculously high exceptions, but with Guadalupe, I didn't have to plan and I didn't have to worry because she did absolutely everything just the way that I would have done it! So instead of existing in world of worry and anxiety leading up to my wedding, I could just enjoy everything because I knew Guadalupe would take care of it!
  
  Any question or thought I had...Guadalupe answered before I asked or thought it first! I just got to be a carefree bride...who spent the day before my wedding swimming with dolphins because I didn't have a single worry!
  
  My day was absolutely perfect! And, it's because of Guadalupe...she organized everything, suggested the best vendors, and coordinated the day of beyond my biggest, best, and wildest expectations!

  Exceptional Wedding Coordinator!

  Words can hardly express how grateful I am for Guadalupe. She is an absolute power house! The way she organized, collaborated, and executed every aspect of our wedding was truly remarkable. She made the day relaxing and fun for us. I had no worries the day of because I knew Guadalupe was handling every little detail. She took it upon herself to check in with us and to ensure we had everything we needed throughout the entire night. She also captured so many precious memories that she shared with us later. I can’t imagine the wedding day or the weeks leading up to our wedding without her help. Guadalupe’s services, recommendations, time, energy, and expertise are truly priceless! I only wish we could do it all over again!

  Incredible.

  You won’t find someone with more knowledge of the Keys’ wedding scene. Guadalupe is incredibly organized, professional, and kind. She was always quick to respond, had personal connections with any vendor I considered using, and was clearly loved & respected by each vendor at our wedding. Hire LMP and rest easy that everything will be perfect.

  Amazing experience!

  Guadalupe was my day-of coordinator and she was amazing!! She has a great attitude and was very helpful to me and to my family during my big day. She speaks Spanish and that was a great plus since my parents were able to have someone that could communicate with them. She made me feel at ease all day, and made sure our special day was beautiful and perfect. I cannot recommend her enough

  Guadalupe - Little Miss Planner Key West

  Guadalupe is wonderful! She helped us through our year long journey of wedding planning. She is knowledgeable and patient and always willing to offer suggestions and alternate options. We changed our minds along the way a few times and she was accepting and flexible to all the modifications. Lastly, it doesn't usually rain in February in Key West, but unfortunately, it did on our wedding day! My husband and I were distraught and at a loss since we hadn't planned for that. Luckily, Guadalupe worked her magic and helped our wedding be a successful and enjoyable event for all. So, THANK YOU Guadalupe from the bottom of our hearts! We appreciate you and all you did for us. She is amazing and we highly recommend her!

  Exceptional last minute decision!

  We were not planning to have a wedding planner as we thought we had everything handled. Our venue, The Casa Marina, required one and suggested Guadalupe with Little Miss Planner KW. They sent us her contact information and we are so glad they did!
  
  We planned our wedding in less than 30 days and had confirmed everything with our other vendors, but Guadalupe reconfirmed everything with them and asked questions we didn’t even know to ask. She helped us with the rehearsal the day before and ensured that we were completely comfortable. It was the day of the ceremony that she really shined. She showed up early and took care of all of the little details asking how else she could assist us. She was there to greet us before we walked to the altar, and she even took my phone to get additional photos and videos of our ceremony and our reception. She stayed until the end and helped us clean up ensuring all of our décor and personal items were returned to our room.
  
  We are so grateful that Guadalupe was our wedding planner and there is no one else that we could recommend more to trust with your special day. If you’re getting married in the Florida Keys, she should be the first wedding planner that you contact!

  Key West Wedding

  Guadalupe and Nancy were amazing to work with! They exceeded all expectations and made our day absolutely perfect! We cannot thank them enough for making our dream destination wedding come to life. I didn’t have to stress or worry about any final details. Their confidence and understanding of my vision allowed me to enjoy our wedding day to the fullest and I will always be grateful for that! Never did I expect to be so calm on my wedding day.

  oved working with Little Miss Planner! I worked with Guadalupe as our month-of coordinator and she was so helpful, not only the month-of … but the 9+ months out since I had booked her! Always prompt in replies and very detailed — helping with things from table set up, to event flow, bringing back ALOT of boxes (sorry for all the pre-wedding shipments haha) to our bungalow post reception and even suggestions for photos. We planned our wedding from over 2k miles away, never once seeing the venue or meeting our vendors in person til the day of, and it was all so perfect and magical. Interview a handful of vendors, stay true to you, and trust your decisions that you have an amazing team working hard to bring the magic to life. Loved working with them and knew our wedding was in great hands the entire weekend!!

  I am an officiant, and I've been in the wedding business down here in the fabulous Florida Keys and Key West for the past 20 years. There are a LOT of wedding coordination companies promoting themselves online, and some of them sadly don't live up to their clients' expectations.
  Thankfuly, Little Miss Planner is a breath of fresh air and surprisingly wonderful!
  
  Little Miss Planner is one of the very few companies that I have personal experience with that I'm 100% proud to recommend. I've worked with them a number of times over the past few months, and the service + attention they give to their clients is unsurpassed. Nothing falls between the cracks. Guadalupe and Naomi are true professionals, not to mension the fact that Guadalupe is one of the nicest people you'll ever be lucky enough to meet. They care deeply about making every wedding couple's dreams become a reality. That kind of dedication is hard to come by.

  Great experience

  These girls are awesome!! We hired them to organize our intimate wedding at First Flight restaurant and inspite heavy rain that was going on that day, Nancy and Lupe showed us some great times and exceptional professionality!! My recommendations go to them!

  Can I give 6 stars?

  Guadalupe from Little Miss Planner has been a super star to work with. I have now worked along side her on multiple weddings and both she had to be very flexible with, and did so with such grace and care it was a delight to witness. It is obvious that they care about what they do and do it well!

  Wedding in key west

  Guadalupe was essential to our wedding day. She took care of anything vendor related, did everything behind the scenes she even made sure our flower girl knew what to do! We had a very quick turnaround for our wedding but the day of Guadalupe made sure everything went smoothly. They know so many vendors in key west it was very comforting to know we were taken care of not being from key west!

  Stay away!

  Highly do not recommend for several reasons.
  I hired LMP for full service planning to take over destination planning services for me. However, ultimately we have ended the contract and are no longer pursuing that option.
  
  1. They insist our initial phone call was the initial consultation where Guadalupe stated 'be prepared for anything during a destination wedding'.
  2. LMP then later tried to use this to blow our budget 2x over for catering and 4x over for decor. When we stated from the start - we gave you full access to our budget planner and we will not over spend.
  3. Attempting to correct course- finding an affordable option for us post stating "it's rare a wedding in KW is under 20k" Well ours was well under and you signed on.
  4. Not showing up to a meeting or giving notice you would not show up. Changing the time of the next meeting approx 30 mins before it start and then showing up late.
  5.Not communicating with the client- when the client has to text or email you x3-5 times on the same topic to get a response. Attempt to call you and you respond 'Please text me."
  6. Failed at planning in timely manner- given ample time to set up appt for us all to meet vendors and planned them as we drove down to the keys.
  7. Did not follow up with client on vendors estimates- I had to follow up - learning they were exorbitantly out of our budget.
  
  All and all I found it incredibly stress inducing of an experience and not respectful at all. I do not want to be in this position and pray for anyone currently working with them- please follow up more and press them more than I did.
  
  Contracted amount to spend was 2541 but was only charged 50% due to the experience. Also in my contract if client ends contract you do not get anything back on the retainer so... it was a catch 22.
