    Overwhelmingly positive experience from start to finish

    We chose Little Wren for our wedding on June 10th, and I'm thrilled with our decision. The venue was absolutely perfect for our micro-wedding of about 40 guests, offering ample space for everyone. Krista's assistance was invaluable, especially since we planned everything ourselves without a wedding planner. Working with them was a beautiful and overwhelmingly positive experience from start to finish.

    Little Wren Weddings is the best!

    I absolutely loved the Little Wren Weddings venue. Amazing people to work with and an absolutely gorgeous setting! It was the perfect place for my wedding and Savannah and Jason were always so helpful and thoughtful.

    Amazing Venue

    The staff was awesome, always super helpful!

    Perfect place for our wedding and reception

    The Little Wren Chapel was absolutely perfect place for our wedding and reception. Savannah was so helpful right from the beginning. We had planned an outdoor event but with the unpredictable Texas weather being what it is we had to move our ceremony inside to the chapel. This actually turned out to be even more PERFECT! We had so many compliments from our guests about how much they loved our wedding and the location. I would highly recommend the Little Wren Chapel for your event.

    Best Little Venue in Texas!

    If you are looking for a quaint intimate wedding where you have to worry about nothing on your big day, book here. I planned our wedding in 2.5 months from 3.5 hours away and it was absolutely perfect. Savannah took care of everything I asked her to do, getting me vendor names, getting me layouts, and the day of she was absolutely fantastic. This girl knows how to make your day as stress free as possible. I can't say enough positive things about our experience.

    We moved our wedding date up to a month out since my future father-in-law was not doing well. We met with Jason and Savannah (almost at a moment's notice!) and they let us tour the grounds and facilities while answering all our questions. They were so flexible with our needs and they never pressured us about anything. We weren't sure how many we would have until about 12 days out due to moving the date up, but they were easy going about it all, never stressing us. The rental process was very easy and they worked with us to ensure that everything would go smoothly. Savannah, the event coordinator was on top of all the details on the day of the wedding she kept things running so easily. She never made us feel stressed out and handled things with ease and grace. We had so many compliments on the venue and how picturesque and tranquil it was. Everyone had a wonderful time, especially us! And the best part was that they use a portion of the proceeds for their charity they run in Africa. That was the icing on the cake! They're wonderful people and will make things so easy and enjoyable for your special day. It made for a beautiful day we'll always cherish!

    We had our wedding at Little Wren in November and it was everything I'd dreamed of. We had the ceremony in the precious chapel and the reception was mostly outside under the trees with the food inside. The outside area is beautiful! We had 50 people. The staff at Little Wren was so accommodating and kind with every detail. We were able to bring in our own caterer and rental company, Little Wren provided all the tables and chairs. This venue is perfect for an intimate wedding.

    Little Wren was everything we had hoped for and more! We used the beautiful yard/gardens for our ceremony and reception, they helped set up the tables and chairs for us and got us set up in rooms for getting ready. They were very accommodating, helpful, and patient with all of my questions. We had such a magical wedding that couldn't have happened without the help of Jason, his staff, and this absolutely beautiful venue.

    This was the perfect venue for our wedding and was exactly what we wanted. Small, intimate, elegant yet comfortable. I would strongly urge anyone to visit Little Wren Wedding Chapel before making a decision on where to hold your wedding. The chapel is wonderful and the venue also offers beautiful outdoor areas for a ceremony as well along with reception areas. Jason and the staff there were awesome!

    The property is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Jason always answered our emails the same day and was very accommodating. Our wedding and reception was outside and Jason helped us set up and take down the tables. We did not have to rent tables and chairs, they were supplied by Little Wren and included in the price. The small chapel on the property was available in case of rain. The property has a very large outdoor area with large trees and open space that is perfect for yard games such a horseshoes and croquet. Little Wren has a sound system, a TV if you want to play a slideshow and a small kitchen. We had a beautiful wedding and a wonderful experience without spending a fortune. Great Wedding Venue!!!!

    Our family recently had an event at The Little Wren Weddings. We couldn't be happier with the staff, location, or facilities. This location is right off of South Goliad about 1/4 mile away from the highway 30. No one got lost going to the event!! This was a first, and the location was just far enough from the highway to create an intimate setting for all of our guest. This venue offers an ideal ambiance with gorgeous landscaping and modern decor in the reception area. The chapel is separate from the main building, with a majestic walkway in between. We had close to a 100 guest at our event and never felt cramped or stuffy. The covered outdoor patio was perfect for everyone to socialize while getting a fresh breath of air after our event. We truly cannot say enough good things about this venue and would recommend it to anyone looking for a wedding, event, or any type of gathering.

    Amazing expereince

    I was recently a vendor at LWW for a clients wedding and couldn't be happier with the team there. Kendra was a HUGE support and overall a fun person to be around all night. Having not been to the venue before, she was helpful, professional, funny and detail oriented. I have helped many clients get married, and a lot of times the venue managers are no where to be found, Kendra was easily accesible and was willing to jump in with an extra set of hands for some more heavy DIY set up. I can't say enough amazing things about her, the staff and the facilities at LWW!!

    The owner Jason gave a tour & oustanding service!. The chapel is historical, quaint, sacred & serene, ... It is breathtakingly beautiful inside & out. There is a gorgeous & fun church bell to ring, & natural flowers & arbor , arch walkway across a wooden bridge , ... flowers were in bloom everywhere , & tall , green luscious trees towering a peaceful garden with wooden park benches to enjoy. Our professional photographer took exquisite timeless pictures with all natural gorgeous landscaping with such creative class & simple beauty. I can't say enough about how highly I recommend this venue, ... It is the "best kept secret in Rockwall". The event center offers spacious flow for many guests opening onto the exquisite beauty of the large, flowing garden. Weddings, birthday parties, retirement parties & more this venue can accomodate.

    Very disappointed

    My wedding was scheduled for the month of April but won't be happening due to COVID-19. I am very disappointed in how LWW handled this situation. Obviously I wanted to get married here but the options they provided amidst a global pandemic were laughable. Since the remaining balance on my event was due before stay at home orders were put in place, I had to make a decision fast.The owner informed me that my options were

    1. Go on with my wedding with only 10 people total - keep in mind LWW people onsite, vendors, family, friends, me and groom. That is obviously not a real option especially for the money we paid.

    2. Reschedule my wedding for a weekday in 2020 or 2021 - will not allow us to reschedule for a weekend even though my wedding was booked on a weekend ... no explanation given for that. This venue doesn't seem to be in high demand - we booked our wedding at the end of July 2019 for April 2020. So another unrealistic option for us as we have many out of town guests.

    3. Cancel for no refund. We paid over $1000 to this venue as a mandatory "good faith deposit" that we won't be getting back. I don't understand why they think it is right to keep money for an event that never happened. In my opinion, that is immoral. Also the Acts of God clause in the contract only protects the venue so read carefully! They have proved that they will take advantage of any terrible situation.

    Again, I was really looking forward to having my wedding here and would have if the Corona virus hadn't happened. Unfortunately the venue decided to put brides that were already living their worst nightmare in an even crappier situation. I will be having my wedding when all this blows over but not at LWW. I do not feel comfortable working with a business like this and wouldn't dare give them more money.

    Little Wren Weddings's reply:

    Little Wren rescheduled over two dozen weddings with brides in 2019-2020 due to COVID19. Most were able to reschedule on a similar day (Saturday, Friday, Sunday etc). For those that were able and willing to work with us - we did everything we could to help. We're sorry Asia had no other choice but to cancel. We wish her all the best.

    Terrible, avoid at all cost

    Just had my wedding last Friday 4/15/2022. And a week later several of my guest have told me how rude unprofessional mean and nasty Kendra was. She works for the venue and out of respect our guest waited a few days to tell us how horrible she was. She was insulting and acted like she couldn't wait to get us out of the venue. She told the bartender to cut off guest but nobody drank that much. Avoid this venue at all cost as long as Kendra is there. She told our dj to lower the volume and stop an hour before our time was up. So unprofessional and totally unacceptable
