  We went to Matt the manager at the Brandon Town Center location and were spoiled by Matt's personality and friendliness. He took as much time as both my fiancee and I wanted. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. After visiting several other stores and then talking to Matt at Littman we felt right and home and that is exactly what we wanted when making such an important investment.

  5 stars hands down! All the staff (esp Gayle) is extremely professional, takes their time & ensures satisfaction. I went for the first 6 month check up and they re-rhodiumed the engagement ring just before our wedding - it was gorgeous.

  They were excellent. They were so friendly and accomadating. They gladly slpit the ring sets we wanted and rushed delevered the specific sizes we needed on short notice. Awesome service.

  Littman really came through for me in a bind with my wedding band. About 2.5 weeks before the wedding, the original plan for getting my custom wedding band fell through, and I was desperate. Their associate took the time to make sure the jeweler knew exactly what I wanted, and the jeweler made the ring even better than I imagined it would be. I get all kinds of compliments on my wedding band all the time now.

  We worked with Karen at the Littman Jewelers at Citrus Park Mall. She was fantastic. She was very patient with my husband when he was picking out my engagement ring, helped educate him about the stones so he could make the right choice. We went back for our wedding rings, and again she was patient with us as we “discussed” which bands would be best. She always says hello when we come by to get my ring cleaned, and if she’s not there, the other associates are also nice and ask about cleaning my ring. Also, they aren’t pushy at all, they’ll write down what you liked and tell you to come back when you’re ready, rather than trying to pressure you to buy right then. We’ve already recommended them to our friends.
