Worst vendor! Unyeilding
Jorge was extremely unprofessional. I get so angry watching my wedding video and NO ONE should feel that way about their own wedding video. A videographer is supposed to capture the beautiful moments of the wedding and present it in away that makes the customer happy. When I said I am not happy with the highlight video and the wedding video and if he could fix those issues, Jorge said, "I wouldn't be able to make any of those changes. If you'd like us to change the song, you would have to pay additional fee. I really would love to please you guys but it seems whatever I do, it comes with backlash. We weren't the right choice for your wedding clearly." He was extremely passive aggressive towards us. It’ s your job to at least TRY to please the customers request. If you take 13 hours of wedding footage, as an artist you should be able to make a video thats appealing to the clients. and Why do I have to pay extra money to change the song? to have extra 15 mins of coverage? to have a decent highlight video? to edit the video so I see my husbands face on the video? I already paid a lot of money for your services!! Also why on earth would you say "we obviously were not a good fit" after their wedding? We asked when COVID started if we can cancel our contract so we can just do a court marriage and you declined. We don't want to waste our money away. We continued with our original wedding plans in the peak of COVID because of vendors LIKE YOU who are extremely unaccommodating. You could have said that we are not a good fit BEFORE the wedding and canceled your contract. But you wanted our money and stuck us with a low quality wedding video, unedited videos that we are extremely unhappy with. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED. Jorge is very set in his ways and doesn't accept any requests as simple as songs for your wedding. MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT!

Hey everyone!
If you're reading this, it's because you've stumbled upon the only one star review we have (they posted this in two places unfortunately).
I'd like to apologize for the hurtful words you read above.
We understand the pandemic is a big factor for postponing and downsizing your wedding.
Because of this, we worked really hard to customize, downgrade, stay extra time, and even give away footage to our couples at no additional charge (which is what we did for them).
In our contract and packages, there are additional charges for any major changes to our videos. The teaser is sent out first with a song that best fits the couples personality/vibe. If they feel it does not fit, they have the opportunity to change it for the fuller videos.
Unfortunately, if a couple does not communicate within the timeframe after the teaser is sent out, there will be an additional charge to completely change/edit to another song in the longer completed videos.
The deposit is also non-refundable (as with many vendors) to reserve your date. This means that if someone were to inquire for the same date you have, we would deny them to focus solely on you. Refunding you would take away the paycheck we knew we would have for that months rent/groceries/car note/etc.
Just so everyone is aware, this is a two way street. We are people, just like you.
We work with everyone as best we can and make sure communication is there every step of the way.
Unfortunately, this couple was not for us, as you can tell by reading what I sent in an email to them (which they edited by the way lol).
If you feel that we are not a good fit for you, please do not book us. We want everyone to be happy with the videos we put out, but at the same time, we also need to be happy capturing/editing those videos. Otherwise, it just becomes a job. (Also they gave us a lousy cold wrap for dinner lol)
