We had an incredible time at Long Meadow Ranch for our rehearsal dinner this past Friday. They were super easy to work with, and were able to make an extra batch of our specialty cocktail on the spot when we ran out. Alejandra is super professional and easy to work with, and super responsive via email whenever we needed to make any changes. 10/10 would highly recommend them for their beautiful venue and friendly staff. Be sure to get the bonfire with the smores that was a huge hit!

We were lucky enough to have our wedding reception at Farmstead in June 2023 and we can’t recommend it highly enough. From start to finish, the entire team was a dream to work with. Although we had several event coordinators over the course of our two-year engagement, the transition between each was seamless - a sure sign that Farmstead has a great system in place to support its event services! They have an online portal which makes coordinating contracts, payments, and planning a breeze. The property is stunning and offers so many different options for cocktail hour, ceremony, music, and dancing. The team was so accommodating of allergies, special diets, and cultural/traditional decoration requests (hanging 1,000 paper cranes)! They also have access to the first two rows of the adjacent vineyard, in case you have your heart set on some couples pictures amongst the vines! It is clear that this team knows what they are doing and we felt so supported through the entire planning process, which was (shockingly) stress-free.
The real highlight of having our wedding at Farmstead was the food, wine, and service. The menu tasting was one of the best dining experiences my husband and I have had anywhere, and choosing just a few of the items for our final menu was such a challenge as everything was mind-blowingly delicious. So many of our guests have told us that it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding, and the service was absolutely top notch all night. And of course, the wine was perfect and we can’t wait to open a bottle of their Pinot Noir on our anniversary!

Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch was the perfect wedding venue! The team was fantastic to work with from the beginning to the end, and they did an excellent job coordinating everything both leading up to the day and the day of. They were very responsive, especially in the final weeks, which was very helpful and reassuring. The food is the best wedding food you’ll ever have. We also wanted to have a private meal after our ceremony which the team graciously accommodated. The staff onsite for the event was fantastic and made everything go smoothly. There was one incident that came up and the team handled it swiftly, kindly and very professionally. Our guests had a great time and I was very happy with my experience. I can’t recommend Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch highly enough!!

Our wedding fell on a day where there was rain and initially we were so stressed about it but the team at Farmstead really worked hard to find us a tent last minute. Our family and friends had so much fun at our wedding. Until now our friends keep telling us how good the food was and how much fun they had.

As we all know, wedding planning is no small feat! We worked with Rebecca and her team and they are some of the nicest and most helpful people you can find in the wedding planning industry. My husband and I got so lucky with booking Farmstead for our wedding venue because everyone at Farmstead was so responsive, professional, they answered all of our questions and concerns, and they seriously made the planning process a lot more manageable than we anticipated, especially with a wedding as large as ours (220 guests)! The events team is so organized; they were on top of all the wedding details such as chairs, tables, linens, menus, dinner and cocktail hour layouts, and they also worked with our vendors to make sure their equipment can be accomodated! Farmstead has such a beautiful venue as well, so we did not have to worry much about decorating the place. The lawn has beautiful string lights above the dinner tables and a beautiful surrounding garden, it didn't feel like we were next to the busy Main Street! 

Not to mention the food!!! We had such a great menu tasting it was difficult to choose between the dishes, we ended up upgrading our dinner package to include the Pork Loin and an additional side! Our guests did pretty good damage to the food as we did not have too much left over. Everything flew by so quickly on the day of! The execution team was so quick and efficient when flipping the lawn from ceremony to reception, the place looked perfect! It wasn't until we sat down for dinner that we realized that everything had gone so smoothly, we didn't even think of worrying about any details that may have slipped through the cracks. I'm a little sad that our wedding is over now, but could not be happier with the results from working and planning with Farmstead. It truly has been a delight working with Rebecca and her team, they really made the process a smooth one, as well as pleasureable!

Farmstead hosted our wedding in May 2019 and we were so happy with everything they offered. From the professional staff we worked with to the impeccable food and location, we wouldn't have changed a thing! The venue offers so many different locations for ceremonies as well as different packages that will fit your needs. The ability to have the wedding both inside and outside allowed us to utilize the fantastic weather but also keep the party going late night in the barn. Even though there is a restaurant right next door, the entire wedding felt private and the space/view is top notch.

I have to say we're biased because we were members of the winery already but beyond this, they made this a special day. This didn't feel like a venue, it felt like our community. The food knocked it out of the park, the service and the wine. I hesitate to shout out to specific people but there were several that not only stood out but absolutely saved our wedding day. Your special day is in safe hands with them.

We had a fun wine tasting and lunch for guests attending my wedding weekend. Farmstead did a great job and everyone had a good time.

I can not recommend this vendor highly enough! Long Meadow Ranch, Farmstead, Event coordinator Elizabeth and the entire LMR / Farmstead staff made or special day absolutely perfect. Their professionalism and attention to detail is second to none. We were even pleasantly surprised with details throughout the evening that we didn't even realize were included in our proposal. The food was AMAZING! Not "wedding food" amazing but one of the best meals my wife and I have ever had. The outdoor Venue was immaculate, even after receiving a ton of rain days prior. Flexible, fair, responsive, fun, I can not jam enough adjectives in to this review to tell you how great the experience at LMR was. Above anything else it's really was the staff and service that made everything so insanely perfect. These are some of the greatest folks I ever had the chance to work with and have serve us on our wedding day. We were introduced to everyone, even the amazing chef that prepared our meal. LMR and Farmstead really made us feel like family. We plan on spending many anniversaries with the great people at LMR and can not wait to go back. Have your wedding / event / whatever you are planning here!

While not inexpensive, this location was perfect. The food was excellent, the venue was charming, and the employees were experienced, helpful, and easy to reach with questions. We were from out of state and in spite of this, the wedding went off without a hitch and everyone raved about the surroundings and food.

My husband and I chose the beautiful Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch for our wedding. Elizabeth and team were incredible to work with and so helpful during the planning process. We planned the wedding from Australia, so we really relied and trusted her opinion on every aspect of our wedding from the table settings, vendors, ambiance, timing....Elizabeth was awesome!
The wedding day is a day our friends and family are still talking about. The food was delicious and noted as the best food people every had at a wedding, the venue was was gorgeous and well lighted, the flow of the party was perfect. I highly recommend Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch for your wedding or special event. It's a magical place and will leave you breathless!

Absolutely wonderful. Staff was exceptional and helpful throughout. Food was the highlight with wedding guests raving long after. Would recommend without hesitation!

There were a few glitches in the planning phase as they were going through turn-over with their wedding coordinators, however on the day of my wedding, I could not have been more happy with their overall services and experience. We were married under the Walnut Tree in the Southern Corner of the property, so as a heads up with guest planning, that space is suitable for no more than 75 people without needing to make 3 sections / 2 aisles, or else the guests become a bit squished. The staff was highly attentive, the food and food services were impeccable, and we are still receiving compliments on the experience daily and it's several week after the event. If you have the financial ability, I would extremely recommend the Live Fire option with your dining choice. It is an experience that you are rarely, if ever, able to have in general, so even more memorable at a wedding. And a personal recommendation; spend the extra for the bubble lights over the lawn; it changed the entire ambiance of the venue when the sun set. Overall, thrilled that this was our wedding venue, and that we can go back and "visit" every time we are in the valley.

We had the best wedding we could have asked for at Farmstead. It is such a fantastic venue and everything was executed perfectly. We worked with Elizabeth leading up to the date and she had everything planned to a T with us. Our wedding coordinator, Erin, who was also awesome, worked well with Elizabeth and the Farmstead staff to put on a great event. Everything was set up exactly how we wanted it, and the food was unreal. There were multiple people who said it was by far the best food they ever had at a wedding before, and many said they wanted to go back to eat at the restaurant next time they are in the area. In the end, we were so pleased with Elizabeth and everyone at Farmstead, and are so happy that we were able to have our wedding there! We actually have friends getting married there in a few months and can't wait to go back this time as guests!

My husband and I held our welcome dinner at Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch. The food - amazing, the service - amazing, the venue itself, STUNNING. Elizabeth and the team working with us that day went above and beyond. Our guests are still mentioning the s’mores desert. We look forward to our next Napa trip so we may return!!! Also as a comment on the responsiveness, the only reason I could not give 5 stars, Farmstead appears to prefer planning the smaller details closer to the event. As the date approached, they could not have been more responsive!! Earlier in the process, they were clearly attending to events closer in time, and rightfully so. Absolutely recommend!!!

When we first began wedding planning, we identified that the top two most important components to our wedding were: 1. The food had to knock our socks off, and 2. If you blindfolded us and dropped us at our venue, we wanted it to feel very obviously Northern Californian. Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch checked off both of these boxes for us!

Because they have a highly regarded restaurant on site whose overlaps almost entirely with the menu you choose from for the cocktail hour and reception, we knew the quality of their farm-to-table style dishes would be amazing (and they were!). Farmstead and its surroundings have a real natural beauty, so we kept our decor to a minimum and let the cozy space speak for itself. We loved that the reception was able to run until a later time than other venues in the area allow. Our guests could not stop raving about the level of attentiveness of the staff/servers and bragging that their glasses were never empty though they rarely visited the bar.

One of our concerns when we first signed on with Farmstead was the street noise during the ceremony but it turned out to be negligible during our ceremony. The only hiccup we had that we weren't too happy about (but were able to recover from) was that - some of the plants on the pergola we had our ceremony under had succumbed to disease and died off. The puffy, greenery with little flowers we had seen time and time again was looking very sad on one side, which made us sad because it was one of our favorite parts to having our wedding at Farmstead. We understand nature runs it course and can't always be controlled, but we would have appreciated notification. We found this out on our own two months before the wedding when we happened to be in the area and swung by for a visit, and unfortunately, we ended up having to pay our florist unplanned expenses to cover up the metal wiring that was showing through pretty prominently.

Farmstead hosts many events and has a very experienced team and set offerings, so they know how to put on weddings like clockwork! This was largely positive for us especially because we did not have to source as many vendors as a typical wedding would need, but at times, we also found that there was less flexibility with options and policies. It was also occasionally evident that we were competing with other events for the team's attention.

All in all, I would still have my wedding at Farmstead at LMR if I did it all over again in St. Helena!

The venue is gorgeous and the food is truly remarkable.

Farmstead and the event co-ordinating team are simply awesome... So easy to work with and accommodating, the food is outstanding, attentive and professional service staff! Highly recommended especially if your looking for a "not your typical winery/restaurant venue." The outdoor/farm/garden atmosphere is phenomenal.

We just had our wedding at Farmstead in the Fall of 2021 and it was perfect! Farmstead is the best spot in Napa for your wedding - outdoor, rustic, cozy, inviting, and gorgeous. The food was amazing - all of our guests said it was the best wedding food they have had. With COVID, they were flexible albeit busy and sometimes it took awhile to respond. So give them some lead time! We would absolutely recommend Farmstead to a friend.

Could not have envisioned a more beautiful place for our wedding. This venue is very flexible if you want to put on an elegant affair, while keeping everything really fun and comfortable. We received endless compliments from guests on how good the food was, and the quality of service was above and beyond. The staff was so attentive and professional, far exceeded what is expected from a wedding. Our sales coordinator (Elizabeth) was also fabulous. Never condescending with respect to our questions and requests. She was flexible, patient, and gave us lots of wonderful suggestions on how to make our day fun and unique. While this venue is costly, it fit exactly what we envisioned. In retrospect, it was truly worth it.

I loved this venue. It is so beautiful and there are so many options for where you have your ceremony and photos. The event coordinators, however, were VERY nice in person. But it was pulling teeth to get them to respond to emails. When they would update the contract, items were often wrong or incorrect, even up until a week before the wedding. It was VERY frustrating. Given that though, with the help of my wedding coordinator (which you must have) they pulled everything off. The food was AMAZING! They also handle all of the rentals which is a huge help. Everyone raved about the venue, the food, the bar :)
As long as you can handle a LOT of emails and little response, but know that they will eventually get it perfect, I would highly recommend Farmstead as a wedding ceremony and reception venue.

We were very happy with Farmstead as our wedding reception venue for our Labor Day weekend wedding. Marley was easy to work with throughout the entire planning process and was very accommodating to our requests. The Farmstead team was very understaffed leading up to our wedding, so their response time was slow but they made up for it in service. Overall very happy with the venue and service. The s’mores bonfire at the end of the night was also a favorite!

Absolutely delicious food that my friends and family still rave about!! This restaurant is top notch, but they are a little tricky working with in terms of a venue.
