  Perfect setting for our wedding!

  Longwood Community Building was the perfect setting for our ceremony and reception. It's beautiful from the inside out and you have all the flexibility you need in terms of vendors. Donna at the venue is so easy to work with and was so responsive with my many questions throughout. Highly recommend!

  Amazing venue

  We were so lucky to use Longwood Community Building for our venue for both the ceremony and reception. We visited this place and there was no need to visit anywhere else. We knew it was perfect.
  Donna is a gem and helped us through the process. The place is beautiful, the rooms are decorated thoughtfully and made our photos even better.

  We are so happy that we had our wedding at the Longwood Community Building. It looks very charming from the outside! We did our ceremony out by the gazebo and then went inside for the reception. It was nice to know that if it started raining, we could just move everyone inside. The weather was beautiful though. All of the tables and chairs were set up inside when we got there. One great thing about the Longwood building is that they don't require a licensed bartender to serve wine or beer. This saved us a lot of money. Also, they don't force you to use certain caterers. All in all, we were very happy that we chose this venue!

  This venue was absolutely stunning, I loved the fact that it was so clean and the staff was marvelous definitely recommend it to other couples!

  The venue was Excellent!!! Everyone loved the location and old the old Victorian feel that it provided. Kitchen was huge and easy to work around. The Bathrooms were very clean and fully stocked. Staff had tables and chairs set up as promised. I love, love, love this place!

The cocktail hour was on the wrap around porch and foyer and the reception was inside. We had enough room for close to 120 guests, a dance floor, and the wedding party table. The building is beautiful and well kept. It is very clean and updated. The bride and groom room are breathtaking and very spacious. It's also very inexpensive (especially if you live in the city of Longwood). Karen was very helpful in answering all of our questions and meeting with us by appointment whenever we wanted to walk through the building again.

  The Longwood Community Building is absolutely beautiful! A good tip: if you get a resident to rent it out for you, you can get a huge discount! The wood floors were amazing inside the building. And we loved being able to be outside throughout the night.

  There is no better value in Seminole County then the Longwood Community Building. We had a beautiful ceremony and wedding for our 85 guests. The backdrop created the perfect Victorian feel and you cannot beat the amazing bridal suite upstairs.

  Included tables, chairs, bridal and groom suites. They cleaned up at the endoor of the night and did a final walk through to make sure that I had everything before we left. Helpedo setup and break down. So happy with this venue.

The only problems I had with this venue was the person in charge Karen is very hard to reach and very unfriendly. On the day of my wedding the building did not open up until an hour after it should of been opened. I still would highly recommend the building so long as you know what you are dealing with people wise.
