Will hire again and again!

Jamie is a true gem!! We hired her for our wedding and engagement photos. The photos are unbelievably gorgeous and she has a true talent for photo editing and lighting - moody, romantic, classy vibes. And she is so easy to work with - fun, calming, hilarious, and professional all at the same time! She made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and worked well with a stressful, rushed huge bridal party and family. Everyone loved her and she was so much fun to have around on our wedding day. Thank you, Jamie!!!

Don't hesitate to book Jamie!!

Jamie is the most incredible human I've ever met. We knew from our first call with her that she was going to be an amazing fit for us for our destination wedding in St. Lucia.

My (new) husband and I both went to art school, so searching for a photographer was no small task. I found that Jamie's photos all had great composition with an artistic view. They're edited beautifully and every time I look at them I smile.

Aside from that, her personality is 10/10 vibes! She was a great fit with our semi-intimate wedding (53 people inclusive of us) and came with on our welcome boat party and listened to all my crazy ideas. She herded the cats (i.e. guests/family lol) and I felt like she was an extension of my voice in any moment that she sensed I was uneasy or unsure of something.

I cannot recommend Jamie more and will book her for any other photo needs!

Beyond amazing experience

Our pictures from our engagement session were everything! Starting with our experience, Jamie made it so fun, energetic, and our pictures show the genuine laughs and smiles we had the whole morning. Prepare to be BLOWN AWAY.

I don’t even know where to begin. I searched long and hard for a photographer, more of a “in the moment” non cheesy wedding photographer and let me tell you, she DELIVERED. From the second I messaged her about possibly booking till the final goodbye at our wedding, my expectations have been wayyyy beyond exceeded. Her style of photography is so fresh and it really speaks for itself. I have gotten countless messages about her work that she sent me TWO DAYS... TWO DAYS !!!!! After our wedding. How lucky am I?! I am just speechless. If you are considering, just do it. Photography is well worth the money when you have a vision in mind. My husband is less than thrilled to take more than 2 photos in a row and let me tell you, Jamie brought out the best in him and easily got him to be the most willing and photogenic guy I’ve ever seen! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, you made my day a dream come true!! Cannot wait to hire you in the future for mini sessions!!! We have gotten many compliments on our day but the one we have heard the most is “your pictures were STUNNING”. The 50 you shared were just breathtaking and I cannot wait to see the rest. Our entire album was delivered well short of 2 months since our day and I think that is fanatstic timing. We will miss you & be using you again once we add some little into this world!!! ❤️

Absolutely amazing!

There are absolutely no words to describe how AMAZING and INCREDIBLE Jamie is! She is nothing short of perfection, both as a person and as a photographer. The moment you meet her, you instantly want to be friends with her. As a person, Jamie is funny, creative, loving and hilarious. As a photographer, she is everything listed above as well as extremely talented, reassuring, unique and fun! For both our engagement and wedding photos, Jamie turned my husband and I (two very average-looking people) into models and our photos from both events are straight magazine worthy. Just from the wedding sneak peek photos, I have had tons of family and friends ask me if Jamie was available for their engagement/wedding/family portrait sessions. They could not believe how insanely awesome our pictures were. And that was just from the SNEAK PEEK. My bridal party was blown away by how at ease she seemed and how fun she was. She handled any bumps with ease and rolled with the punches. She is unlike any photographer anyone has interacted with before and I cannot say enough kind words about her. I will never use anyone but Jamie to capture my life's moments. She is ,hands down, the best photographer there is!

Amazing!!!!

Jamie is INCREDIBLE!!! She was so accommodating and easy to work with. We were running late for photos and she was able to get us all caught up without stressing anyone out. Her attention to detail and her disposition are truly unmatched. She got us a sneak peak of photos ONE DAY after the wedding. Her work is beautiful and she was such a good vibe to have around on the day of the wedding. We LOVED her!

Best decision you could make for your wedding!!

When I first started out planning my wedding I knew one this I held as my number one priority was the photography. When it’s all said and done all you have left is the memories and the photos! I am definitely what you would call particular, and was very certain I did not want cheesy wedding photography. I came upon Loren Weddings after doing my research and I knew instantly Jamie was the girl for us. She is very personable and made us feel comfortable instantly. My husband and I were worried about feeling awkward and not knowing what to do in front of the camera. We were put to ease immediately with her sense of direction. We had such a great time shooting with her and it all felt like such a breeze. She’s extremely creative and a master of her craft. So excited to look at these pictures forever!!

Cinematic Photos beyond our wildest dreams!

My wife and I booked Loren Weddings for our Destination wedding in the Coffee Region of Colombia! Not only was Jamie super professional in all her communications with us, she was a joy to work with, I'm not very comfortable in front of the camera and she knew exactly how to get us in the perfect poses and always put us at ease. Jamie scouted the place for the perfect spots and our photos are fantastic! She was not just great at the wedding she was there working hard the days after and delivered A++++++ cinematic photos that were fit for a magazine! if you want great quality and Top notch professional and great photographer, not to mention... someone that can jam at your wedding at put all your guests at ease when she points a camera at them, she's the one!!

Oh my gosh!!! We can’t express enough how much we loved working with Loren Weddings. Me and my husband moved to Chicago from New Orleans 6 months ago and started our wedding planning then. One of the most important things to us was the photos. We wanted the memory to be captured in a very stylish and beautiful way. I found Jessie and Jamie on Instagram and started obsessing. On the day of they were so amazing and sweet! They mad us so comfortable and relaxed. We just had so much fun! During the ceremony they captured all the perfect moments!!! So thankful for that! We just got all our photos back and they are AMAZING!! Everything I wanted and more. I’m so impressed and thrilled with Loren weddings. I have my perfect day captured in the most perfect way with the best photos!!

Jamie and Jesse are the best! From our first meeting, to our engagement photos, and throughout our wedding, they were so much fun to work with. Choosing Loren Weddings as our wedding photographers was the best decision we made! Not only are they the nicest, sweetest people in the world, they are extremely talented. We had the pleasure of working with Jamie and Jesse for our engagement photos and our wedding pictures. Both sets of pictures turned out better than we could have ever imagined. We discovered the boldest and most talented photographer duo around the City of Chicago! Jamie and Jesse’s passion and unique vision captured our wedding in a style that reflects us. Our story is reflected in each shot with candid moments which we will forever hold in our hearts. There is nothing these two cannot accomplish with a camera & their creative spirits.

Once we met Jamie and Jesse, the decision to choose them was easy. They were so much fun to work with before and during our special day. When my wife and I were originally looking for photographers for our engagement photos, we began as most couples do – with an overwhelming amount of information and options. As we sifted through pages upon pages of photographers, we noticed striking similarities with a lot them and felt a sense of “turn & burn” sameness that didn’t appear to reflect the kind of authenticity we both were looking for. My wife had worked with Jamie Loren as a model for one of her photo-shoots a few years back. She recalled the immense amount of professionalism Jamie conducted, but above all, she made a lasting impression as a person. As I looked through Loren Wedding’s photo profile online, it blew me away. Each photo takes the viewer by the hand and walks them through the life and spirit of the captured moment. It is as if every photograph seemingly narrates its own captivating story. Our engagement photo series was my first time being professionally photographed, so I had zero reference of expectation. I don’t think I’m alone in the fact that I’m not completely comfortable in front of a camera, but after a few clicks both Jamie and Jesse immediately put me at ease and soon enough the cameras ‘disappeared’. So, it was no debate when it came time to book our wedding photographers. Jamie and Jesse have an immense gift of not only taking exceptional photos, running an independent business flawlessly, but the chemistry they share for each other and their work allows for such a special and memorable experience. Both my wife and I were honored and grateful to have had our day chronicled by Jamie and Jesse and recommend them to everyone.

I can't even think of where to start this review our experience was that fantastic!!!! our first session with Jamie (jess couldn't make it that day) was phenomenal, she came out to the horse farm I board/work at to take our engagment photos with my pony. It was a beautiful fall day (october) it couldn't have been more perfect. She was totally on point and found a ton of perfect spots to take pictures. She was very helpful in how to position us, where to look, smile, no smile, stuff like that which is always super helpful. We felt very relaxed with her and we both felt like she truly captured us in the photos and I absolutely adore them!!! We were so thrilled with the quality of her photography we asked her to be our wedding photographer and of corse she said YES! We we're married September 9th, 2016 at the Bake Hotel in Downtown St. Charles. Jamie and Jess were on time the day of the wedding and were a total blast to spend the day with yet were very professional at the same time. the wedding photos were more beautiful than i could have imagined!!! our friends and family were blown away! its very clear in their quality of work that they have a very artistic eye, love what they do, and care for their clients!

I found Jamie and Jesse through my co-worker. I already booked a photographer at the time and wanted 2 engagement sessions, one in the city and one in naperville. My photographer was charging too much money for an additional e-session (one came with our package) and was only giving me 90 min, which in the city isn't a lot of time considering the parking, walking, etc... So I thought, what the heck... I'll send Jamie an email and see what they were offering. Turns out they weren't as expensive as my other photographer, so we took the plunge and did an e-session in the city. We met up and I could just tell me and my now husband would have a good time. We met at their home and were greeted by their babies......their doggies!! Super chill and all around awesome couple. We drove to the city and had a blast running around downtown. I was super shy at first and uncomfortable in my own skin, but they made me feel and look awesome. Jamie would stop every now and then to let me see some shots just to make sure I loved them. Jessie totally made me laugh on cue to get that fun loving shot. Together they were able to capture some incredible shots!

Let me also say, I took my other e-session with my actual photographer in naperville, which was so much more expensive and guess what... We loved Jamie and Jessie's photos a million times more. What makes me so sad was we already paid 75% of our bill by the time we took our e-session with our wedding photographer, so we couldn't back out and waste all our money. But I was soooo tempted to let my 3,900 go down the drain because I loved Jamie and Jesse so much more. If we had the extra money to hire Jamie and Jesse, and to loose almost 4k, I would have.

If I could recommend any photographer it would definitely be these two. You won't regret it..... I sure did. The day of my wedding came and I was so sad they weren't part of my big day... But I did recommend them to my girlfriend who's getting married this oct 23! Can't wait!

Jamie and Jessie were referred to us by a coworkers of mine. After viewing photos on their website we booked them and I'm so glad we did! They really took their time with us and you can tell that they love their work.

Jamie has a great eye and great suggestions for locations. We loved the way our engagement photos turned out and can't wait to see our wedding shoot!

I cannot say enough kind words about Jamie and Jesse Loren. Even before the wedding Jamie was so amazing, always calling me to see how I was doing. The day of our wedding came and they both were so fun to work with. I am the least photogenic person a live and they made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and most important BEAUTIFUL!! I cannot stop looking at our photos!! I love how they walked around the entire venue scoping out the most gorgeous spots to take photos throughout the day. We have the most beautiful photo taken of us under an old willow tree...it was tucked away way out on the golf course. I wish there was a space that I could add a photo because once you see what they can do you will want them to have your date open!!!
