  Wonderful work and team

  We hired Los Angeles Floral Couture for our wedding. We found them to be easy to work with, highly communicative and best of all they delivered the best flowers! We were impressed with their expertise and willingness to work with our budget. They created beautiful, colorful arrangements that were reflective of our color scheme. All in all, we had a wonderful experience with them and the final product exceeded our expectations.

  We hired Los Angeles Floral Couture for our wedding. We found them to be easy to work with, highly communicative and best of all they delivered the best flowers!   This shop is nothing short of amazing! From our very first appointment we knew it was a perfect match. The designer understood our vision and exceeded all of our requests and expectations. We had our mock appointment and got to see every one of our pieces before our big day. We are beyond thrilled to have the pleasure of working with this amazing shop. I just know that they will make our wedding day that much more special and personal.

  We used Dalel for our Grand Opening for our new business. She had several arrangements that made our opening look amazing. She brought in a center piece that greeted our guest as they arrived. It was in the foyer and it had to be a statement piece in this area. It was a strking arrangement with height and design. It was contemporary with elegance. I absolutely loved it, and it was a conversation piece with my guest. She had other arrangement throughout our office that all had great presence, perfection.. Her work and design is 5 stars..

  Working with Dalel for my wedding at Calamigos Ranch was wonderful. She was very responsive to all of my questions and provided me with beautiful flowers. All of the arrangements were exactly how I had imagined, and she was able to stay within my budget. I was very happy with my experience and would highly recommend working with Los Angeles Floral Couture!

  Los Angeles Floral Couture, created the most beautiful, stunning, unique floral arrangements, for my Open House Party, I have ever seen! The flowers were gorgeous, fresh, and fragrant. Everyone I came in contact with, was professional, friendly, talented and exceeded my expectations, in all aspects of floral design, and in customer service! The flowers lasted at least a week and a half, after my Open House! Love, love, love, Los Angeles Floral Couture!

  As a professional manager of private clubs, I have hosted hundreds of weddings and events during my career. Five years ago I moved to Southern California and was fortunate to find Glendora Florist to provide my ongoing floral needs. I have whole heartily recommend Dalel and her team to our clients, of which over 50% have chosen to use them with 100% satisfaction.
  
  As Dalel expanded her business with the addition of Los Angeles Floral Couture three years ago, the skill and artistry of her team has soared to meet the growing demands of diverse clients as you might find in Beverly Hills, Hollywood, and Malibu. I am a fortunate recipient of this new creativity and energy in my everyday arrangements, as well as bouquets and centerpieces custom ordered by my guests. I cannot give Los Angeles Floral Couture a high enough rating to justify the work they have done for me over the years!

They were communicative, professional, timely and AFFORDABLE. Dalel heard my ideas, respected my budget and delivered a product that far exceeded my expectations. From the initial consultation to delivery and set up, LAFC was a joy to work with.

  Glendora Florist provided the most beautiful flowers for my daughter's wedding! From the bouquets to the table centerpieces for the reception... they were all made exactly how we had envisioned! Debbie was so helpful and did a beautiful job in executing my daughter's vision! They are very personable and professional at the same time.... they don't make you feel like you're just another client.

  Glendora Florist provided the most beautiful flowers for my daughter's wedding! From the bouquets to the table centerpieces for the reception... they were all made exactly how we had envisioned!   Dalel gave life to my vision. The colors of the flowers in my pictures are gorgeous. My bouquet was beautiful and the bridesmaids bouquets were so pretty and exactly what I had in mind. I was very happy with the service provided to us.

  We met Dalel and Nick at one of the vendor events at the La Canada Flintridge Country Club. We saw some photos of their work, and they even showed us what wedding magazines they were featured in, which was really cool. They were also pretty local to us, so it was easy for us to get to them for the design meet. Danielle was so happy when they showed us what the bouquet would look like. They were great at asking what we wanted and using our example pics as inspiration. The gazebo floral arch was exactly what we pictured, and we liked that they reused that for our sweetheart table, and the end-row flowers for the other tables. Thank you to the whole team for helping our dream wedding look beautiful!

  Do Not Use this Florist

  Do not be fooled. Check yelp for their reviews and pictures. I paid $2,500 for my wedding florals and what I asked for what not what I got. I asked for a compacted rose/hydrangea with hanging crystals. I showed them a picture and they said "yes of course we can do that for you". What I got was 8-8 roses, hydrangeas and SO MANY GREENS to make it look big but the quality was poor.
  
  The owner is snobby and condescending and I feel becuase I spoke my mind they butchered my florals out of spite. They were wanting to increase my centerpiece prices due to covid. Look at your contract people. It states they can't increase unless you postponed your event 6 months, that saved me so much money.
  
  I was saddened to see my arrangements. I kept talking how beautiful they were going to be this big luscious arrangement and got your basic average Pinterest arrangement. Do not be fooled.

  Before booking Los Angeles Floral Couture and the owner Dalel Snider, please read the following detail for centerpieces in our contract and take the time to form your own opinion regarding our dispute/review.
  
  "Centerpiece
  Floral Menu: White and blue Hydrangeas, dusty miller, quicksand roses, succulents, Veronicas,
  textures, curly willow and seeded eucalyptus (tucked in, hanging from bottom), queen annes lace,
  blue thistle
  Designed in Accent decor wooden boxes, please refer to the pictures.

  From my understanding this reads that the centerpiece container should be 1 foot x 1 foot accent decor wooden boxes.
  
  On the day of our wedding, July 22, we received centerpieces that were in a wooden container that were 4 inches by 1 foot. This is significantly smaller than what was listed on the contract and this container should have never been delivered and set-up at our wedding.
  
  I immediately called and emailed the vendor stating our disappointment in what was delivered and told her to call us the following day. The Vendor did not reply to an email or phone call until Tuesday July 25. She mentioned her schedule was booked and did not have time to speak with us regarding this issue until the week after the wedding. She finally called us on August 2nd.
  
  Overall, she took 1.5 weeks to speak with us regarding this issue. I feel that her responsiveness was unprofessional and she should have spoken with us the next day.
  
  I do not feel the vendor attempted to be malicious, but I feel a major mistake was made regarding the size of the container and the vendor refused to admit their mistake and was adamant about not correcting the mistake with anything more than a simple apology.
  
  My wife and I are extremely dissapointed with her approach to this resolution and her response time. We feel we should have received a portion of the cost of the centerpieces back. Please take this into consideration before booking this vendor.

  Los Angeles Floral Couture's reply:

  Michael,
  
  As it was repeatedly explained, we delivered fuller and larger than agreed upon centerpieces (18in x 24in to be exact). We in no way expressed or mislead you to think you would be receiving anything different. We had open communication with you and Jessica throughout the entire process, even up to one day prior to your wedding day to ensure every detail was to your liking. We accommodated every request you made, including an additional location for delivery and extended waiting times between set ups, all of which were not billed or invoiced for extra time.
  
  In regards to receiving any monetary compensation, our contract is very clear about this. You are more than welcome to review it again. We designed, delivered, and set up everything accordingly to our contract. We are very sorry you feel the need to focus your time and energy as newlyweds on this matter.
  
  Again, we wish you nothing but happiness and love throughout your marriage.
