Without question the best wedding decision we made was hiring the Louis Pettinelli band for our entertainment 🎶
From the very first interaction when Louis returned my call at 10:30 PM(!!) to begin the process of planning for our daughter’s not-too-far in the future wedding in Basalt, Colorado, which went off spectacularly well, two weeks ago today, Louis was a gem to deal with. Having had a VERY Frustrating experience with another band and their unwillingness/challenges in communicating, we were stunned by how friendly, attentive, thorough, thoughtful, and professional Louis, and in the end, everyone of his band members, were to deal with. He made the entire planning process, which included having to almost daily hound us to provide him song preferences/timing/everything that makes a wedding go off flawlessly, I can’t begin to say how wonderful he was to deal with.
Then there was the MUSIC!!!!! Absolutely unbelievable from beginning to end… The musicians were incredibly professional, arrived promptly, and were completely set up well in advance of the service, AND every single member of our 8 piece band was a delight to deal with. The music for the service, processional and recessional, cocktail hour, and then once we all moved inside to the beautiful antique barn which they nearly lit on FIRE with their energy, the entire evening was perfection! I don’t think for a minute that anyone could sit in their chairs! Since we chose not to have a sit down dinner but passed hors d’oeuvres all night, the only comments that we got the next day were that people left hungry because they couldn’t take a break from the dance floor! It was a good problem to have! I truly can’t even believe how fortunate we were :-)
We couldn’t recommend Louis Pettinelli one bit higher! You’ll see from your first phone call what a delightful experience you’ll have. Put everything in Louis’s hands and you’ll be so glad that you did. Thank you thank you thank you, Louis!!!!Louis Pettinelli Entertainment's reply:

We were nervous hiring any band because you usually don't know who you'll get for vocalists, etc, but Louis Pettinelli Entertainment was incredible! It made our wedding - everybody had such a blast. We were a little skeptical of going with a band that we had not heard in person, yet we were convinced with the responsiveness and reviews that they would be a great fit. I couldn't be happier with this band. We originally did the 7 piece snapshot but last minute decided to upgrade to 10 piece band and they were super flexible and happy to assist with this upgrade. The band did not stop playing the entire time we were there. They were very professional and kept the party going. Our dance floor was packed for the entirety of the wedding. Louis Pettinelli Entertainment delivered on wedding day in every way possible. The live ceremony and cocktail hour music was perfect and gave an elegant tone. The reception could not have gone any better. Our MC, JP, was awesome and made sure timelines lined up and everything went smooth. JP also sang, along with a female vocalist who were both incredible and brought the energy. The other band members sounded amazing and we have gotten non-stop compliments ever since our wedding night. -

I hired Louis Pettinelli Entertainment for our closing night event (Hawaiian attire) at our National Sales Meeting in Huntington Beach, CA . The responsiveness to my emails and inquiries from Louis was my first indication this was a top-notch company. The live band we hired arrived with no issues at the hotel, set up and were ready to go right on time. The songs and genres performed fit perfectly with our attendees, and everyone complimented their performance! The lead singer was amazing!! I would highly recommend LPE Entertainment for your future event. I certainly hope I have the opportunity to use their services again. LPE was responsive, thoughtful, and very easy to work with for our wedding! We had the jazz quintet at our reception and they sounded awesome -- they especially nailed our first dance song! The volume tuning was just right too, we had a smaller reception, about 50 people but they kept the party lively without overwhelming guests. We booked Intrinsic Groove through Louis Pettinelli Entertainment for our wedding in North Dalls, TX, and could not be more thrilled with the whole experience. The folks at LPE were so easy to work with, and accommodated all our crazy requests right up until our wedding date (a groovy rendition of Andrew W.K.'s "Party Hard" to open up the dance floor?!? ✅). The band brought the energy, rocked the event barn's rafters, and had literally everyone on the dance floor. They brought our vision to life perfectly, and we cannot recommend them enough. Amazing Performance
