Shannon was amazing to work with and really made us feel supported during the month of our wedding. She was super detail-oriented, and always incredibly calm and positive to be around. We loved working with her and would definitely recommend her services! -

Shannon was amazing. She got in contact with us moths before the wedding and gave us tips and tricks and reminded us of things we might have missed. We then met up with her a month before so she could get the full vision of what we wanted/ what we were expecting. She was there with us at our final meeting with the venue, called all of our vendors to make sure everyone was on the right timeline, ran our rehearsal, put everything out for our wedding, and cleaned up everything at then end. COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR MORE! -

Shannon was an invaluable part of executing our wedding vision--we couldn't have done it without her!
From making innovative suggestions for our wedding-day timeline, to reminding us about last minute tasks that might have otherwise fallen through the cracks, to handling hiccups during the day, she truly went above and beyond. Shannon was instrumental in conducting our venue walk-through, and our venue coordinator remarked that Shannon was far better prepared for the event than most wedding coordinators she has worked with!
Shannon made sure that everything at our reception went perfectly. We had limited time between our off-site ceremony and our reception, so my husband and family and I had no time to set up the reception or arrive early. That was no issue, as Shannon had set everything up exactly as we had discussed and had ensured that other vendors did the same. Every part of our day was seamless and perfect, and we can't thank Shannon enough!
We would certainly recommend her services to any friend getting married! -

Shannon was an absolute fairy godmother on our wedding day. We planned the whole wedding ourselves, so when it came time to coordinate the final details, we started realizing that we were going to have a lot to keep track of on the day of the wedding. We decided to hire Shannon as our day of coordinator, and it honestly was the best decision we made for our wedding (no exaggeration). Shannon is dedicated, thoughtful, grounded, calm, positive - everything you hope for in someone who will be present on your big day. She handled every detail, every snag, every relative with a big personality in the most gracious and competent way. Even if I tried I wouldn't be able to find one fault. Thank you so much, Shannon! -
Nika Sent on 09/20/2018Hire Shannon. Period. We had a backyard wedding at my parent's house with 70 guests. My Husband and I planned and bought/rented everything we needed for our big event. While we knew what we wanted and technically had all the pieces to the puzzle Shannon came and artfully put it all together with little to almost no instruction from us. I'm still blown away at how smooth our wedding went. Shannon kept us on schedule giving us subtle cues for dinner/speeches/first dance etc. She's very professional and detail oriented and doesn't leave any question unanswered and even though she's a day of coordinator she was helping us all along the way. We were very lucky to have hired Shannon! Highly recommend.

Sendy Sent on 06/13/2018Shannon was incredible! Initially we weren't thinking of working with a DOC, but I'm so glad we did. Especially because of Shannon! She is the the perfect balance of organized, cool and collected, nice but knows how to get things done. She was always focused on us and what we wanted. It's hard to believe this is not her full-time job because she is so great at it! Thanks to her we were able to be in the moment and have the most amazing wedding day.

Jenny Sent on 11/14/2017We had the best experience with Shannon! She went above and beyond when it came to assuring everything was just perfect for our wedding. We had a Game of Thrones themed wedding at River Roast this past August and we needed help to make sure the DIY pieces and decor items we'd carefully picked out over the last year were transported, placed and brought back to us in one piece. She was so accommodating! We had so many items for the wedding that in order to have everything for the day, Shannon had to rent a UHaul cargo van. She picked up our items at our apartment (which included a 5-foot knight), drove them over to our venue, and made sure each table was to my specifications. I photographed each table at home (each table represented a house in GOT and I'd prepared a representative centerpiece) and she was able to replicate each table perfectly. She was also great during the reception in making sure we were on schedule and we were worry-free. After the wedding, she even helped us unload the cargo van in our storage unit (not too far from our apartment). She is the best and we definitely recommend her! She's also extremely affordable considering the amount of work and care she puts into making sure everything is to your liking.

Ksandra Sent on 11/16/2017It an absolute pleasure , professional and overall a great experience wiorking with Shannon. We found her late in our process after we ended a relationship working with another coordinator and I was very cautious about my expectations of her performance!
She was more than I could’ve expected and was so accommodating. My only regret is not finding her sooner.
She has a clam but professional demeanor that projects confidence and authority that’s always inviting. -
