  Love Notes is amazing!!

  Heather was an amazing planner for our wedding!! She stood out to us because she is also the coordinator for Celilo which was our wedding caterer. It was great having her double as both coordinators! It made for a very seamless event. She was very responsive and helped answer all of our questions leading up to the wedding. Half way through we were introduced to Lydia, her new assistant who was equally amazing! Especially on our wedding day, Lydia was extremely helpful at keeping me on track when it got super busy towards the end of the night. Would highly recommend Love Notes for their professional services!

  Best coordinator in oregon!

  Heather made our wedding planning process and wedding day a total dream!! She was responsive, organized, and super helpful throughout the entire planning process. She gave us great ideas to consider and an easy platform to use while planning. During our wedding day, Heather was on top of it - she gave us so much care and attention as the couple, and made it an incredible event for us and our guests. Our big day went seamlessly and we could not have asked for a better coordinator!

  Great Wedding Coordinator Service

  We hired Heather as our wedding coordinator for our destination wedding at The Orchard in Hood River. She was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process as we planned from afar. She was responsive to emails and calls, set up planning calls to check in, provided vendor recommendations, and gave us access to a very helpful online planning tool. On the wedding day she made sure absolutely everything ran smoothly so that we didn't have to lift a finger or worry about any of the logistics - just enjoy our special day! We highly recommend Heather!

  Amazing coordination and flawless wedding planning for Hood River couples!

  We hired Heather in 2019 for our July 2021 wedding at The Orchard in Hood River. Heather was incredibly responsive, organized, and thoughtful. She frequently checked in with us to make sure everything was on track. As the wedding got closer, she took care of all of the details along the way and made sure all of our requests were taken care of and questions were answered. Throughout all of the ups and downs of COVID, Heather was amazing to work with. I didn't feel any of the pre-wedding jitters, nerves, or anxieties most brides are familiar with because I knew Heather had everything under control. If you're getting married in the Hood River area, Heather is the best coordinator you could ask for and will make sure your wedding is everything you dreamed of! We are so thankful we got to work with Heather and Celilo Catering.

  Amazing!!!

  Heather is amazing!!! I was really hesitant to hire a coordinator but my venue required one. Heather was my venue's #1 recommendation so I decided to go with her based on her connection to our caterer and relationship with the venue and I'm so glad I did. Heather was there very step of the way to ensure I was staying on track with the planning, asking me questions of things I hadn't even thought about, and answering all of my random questions. Heather was so sweet and professional and always got back to me in a timely matter. Heather put all of our information in aisle planner and even completed our wedding layout to share with the venue and vendors. Heather followed up with all of our vendors the week of to ensure they were aware of the timeline and there were no last minute hiccups. The day of the wedding, I didn't have to worry about anything, Heather was on top of it and always one step ahead. She setup our personal decor, directed all of our vendors as they arrived, flipped some of our florals during cocktail hour, ensured we stayed on timeline and we felt good about the progression of the events, and made sure everything was broke down and cleaned up at the end of the night. Heather was great to work with and I'm so glad we hired her. If you don't think you need a coordinator, you do!

  Stress-Free Planning!

  We hired Heather with Love Notes for planning leading up to our wedding and day of coordination. She was invaluable in the process as she is so well connected to every vendor in the Gorge. This made it easy to find vendors and also made for the smoothest wedding day ever as she already knew everyone we were working with so well. She was always available anytime we needed to check in. Inevitably there are stressors that come up while planning a wedding but she was available by phone anytime we reached out and melted our stress away. She is organized, efficient, thoughtful, and insanely calm which kept us calm leading up to the wedding and on the day of! She helped our wedding day flow flawlessly and we didn't have to worry about a thing thanks to her. Definitely recommend if you're planning a wedding in The Gorge!

  Worry-free Wedding!

  We got married at Gorge Crest Vineyards in May 2019. Heather was extremely helpful in planning, coordinating and most importantly keeping the entire day running smoothly. I did not think that I needed a coordinator at first, but my venue required one...I was wrong! I would have had a much more stressful day without her there keeping everything flowing seamlessly from one thing to the next. She is also the catering coordinator at Celilo in Hood River which was a huge bonus to have one person in charge of all. She is personable, friendly, accommodating and fun! I highly recommend hiring her for your wedding planning needs!

  Wedding day went smooth like butter!

  I could not have more positive things to say about Heather and our experience working with her! We were married earlier this month (August 2020). Needless to say, this year has had a lot of up's & down's, but Heather made the process seamless for us. Communication was always prompt and open; she gave us helpful recommendations based on her expertise and never lead us astray! The day-of coordination was a breeze and I had so many guests come up to me before and after the wedding complimenting Heather on her friendly, professional attitude. She also helped put a lot of guests at ease in this nervous time to attend weddings! Finally, she and the Celilo team were amazing with all the safety measures taken to make sure our guests had a safe experience the whole day. I would recommend Heather to anyone looking for the best support & coordination for their wedding!

  You should hire Heather

  I didn't know before the wedding just how needed a day-of-coordinator was but on the day of and looking back, I see that Heather's services were invaluable. When we were preparing for the wedding she knew all the questions to ask to make sure she got the details she needed from me (and that I didn't know to provide). On the day of she was extremely organized, calm, and pleasant even when people weren't following the plan. She was the MVP of our wedding day.

I had a vision in mind for my wedding day and Heather made it come to life. I was in awe of how she seamlessly made everything come together. She was always working hard behind the scenes making sure the wedding was on time, that we had food, drinks, everything. We were really able to enjoy our wedding because of Heather, and we truly felt like royalty on our big day.

  Heather is a phenomenal Day of Wedding Coordinator. I had some specific ideas about the setup for our special day and Heather executed all of them with ease and grace. She was so crucial to making our day go off without a hitch! She ran/organized our rehearsal as well, which was super helpful (we only had our siblings stand up and none of them had ever been in a wedding before). I could not say enough things about Heather and how wonderful she was. Absolutely choose Heather to help you with your wedding day!

  I do not know what I would have done without Heather from Love Notes! Far before my actual wedding day, Heather was there to answer any question I had (which were aplenty), and got back to me quickly. She created a google doc outlining the plan for every detail, keeping both of us organized and on the same page (not to mention having a plan for details I probably would not have thought of!). On the day of, she figured out a way to accommodate my preferences and communicate effectively with the other vendors, making my wedding day EXACTLY what I had planned and imagined. The entire planning/execution process, Heather was positive, calm, comforting, and always had a plan. I could confidently trust her and rely on her. I would HIGHLY recommend her to any bride!!!

  Heather was the best! Absolutely wonderful wedding planner, we could not have dreamed better :) I had fallen in love with the idea of having live goldfish in my centerpieces and while Heather was a little blindsided in the beginning, the centerpieces looked absolutely gorgeous at the wedding with those fish swimming around! We had the most relaxing and fun time at our wedding and we were able to talk to SO many of our guests. Would recommend Heather to ANYONE :)

I planned the wedding from a bit of a distance, but Heather was always impeccable about coordinating phone conversations and emails. The day of went very smoothly! I really appreciated all the help with setting up and especially towards the end of the evening with taking everything down. Herself and staff were very careful with making sure things were put back in appropriate boxes and wrapping up fragile items! We really appreciated all the hard work! Her familiarity with the catering company Cello helped tremendously through the process as well. Thank you Heather!

  Heather has a great working relationship with Celilo Restaurant, which is the caterer we used for our wedding, which made figuring caterer details out even easier. (We definitely recommend Celilo as well!)

  Heather has a great working relationship with Celilo Restaurant, which is the caterer we used for our wedding, which made figuring caterer details out even easier. (We definitely recommend Celilo as well!)

  Heather was so, so helpful on our wedding day and in the time leading up to our big day! To anyone who plans to use Celilo as their caterer, we highly recommend that you hire Heather to be your day of coordinator because she also works for Celilo as manager of their catering services. She therefore knows all the staff at Celilo and the way Celilo runs its catering services, which really helps make the day flow seamlessly! Even for those who do not use Celilo, Heather is extremely good at what she does. She decorated the space exactly how I had envisioned it and it looked even better than I hoped for! Heather was doing all kinds of work behind the scenes making the day so much easier for us and our families. We were hesitant at first about hiring a day of coordinator but hiring Heather was hands down the best decision we made during the entire wedding planning process.

  I can't say enough about how happy we are that we decided to work with Heather for our wedding coordination. She is the absolute best! I appreciated that she was always willing to answer questions and offer help or suggestions while we were planning. The day of the wedding was a breeze with her handling all the details and everything went perfectly. She has great relationships with all the other vendors in the area and everyone that I talked to during the planning process had awesome things to say about her as well. She is friendly, organized, laid back, and professional. Just the kind of person you want handling things on your wedding day. It was hands down one of the best decisions we made.   Heather was a fantastic day of wedding coordinator. She contacted all my vendors the week before my wedding to confirm times and to see if anyone had any questions or concerns. I gave her photos/instructions of how I wanted everything set up. Everything actually looked better than I envisioned. She was easy to work with and we couldn't have done it with out her.
