  Wonderful Experience

  I had a wonderful experience with Love Story Weddings. Our ceremony was on 8/12/23 and Mrs. Nelson did an amazing job officiating our ceremony. I opted for a shirt and simple ceremony and she delivered. She actually went over and beyond by doing announcements for us and helping with the transition from ceremony to reception. I definitely recommend this company!

  Apart of the family. She did a great job marrying me and my husband. The price was very reasonable and I definitely would recommend her to anyone looking to get married and needs a officiant.

  One of a kind!

  Wow just wow!!! She was amazing!!! She gave me a consultation and did everything I needed for our ceremony. I wanted it short sweet and to the point and she did just that. She came beautifully dressed and was very respectful even though I was a hour and a half late for my own wedding lol thank you again!

  Minyon was a great addition to our wedding day. She matched our wedding colors AND our energy which made the day so awesome. She is very professional and kind. I would recommend her for sure! She’s a fun vibe!

  I feel scammed

  Minyon almost ruined my wedding! She came to my rehearsal, proceeded to speak over my coordinator, almost as if she was trying to take her job. That evening she asked what color should she wear to my wedding. I requested a black pants suit as we were getting married at the Westin in Southfield, Algonquin ballroom. Day of Minyon shows up 15 minutes before wedding was supposed to take place, wearing flat knee high boots, FISHNET stockings and a mini dress that barely covered her backside. Needless to say I had to fire her because she didn’t have an appropriate change of clothes. Not sure whose wedding she thought she was attending! And to add insult to injury, she’s only returned $125 or the $300 she was paid! She’s unprofessional, and not remorseful for almost ruining our day! I feel so SCAMMED!

  Please upload the gift you were given upon my exit. Please share the distasteful message you sent me after I’ve been nothing but kind gracious and professional with you. You were refunded and I’ve given you two different apologies. Unfortunately you would like me to argue with you and I will not damage my reputation in that manner. A dress code was never discussed! We discussed colors ONLY. You didn’t appreciate my outfit but others will and does. Per our contract I didn’t have to refund you anything because I still was there ready to do my job. You had an issue with my attire. That’s not apart of our contract I sent you half of your money as a courtesy I wasn’t required to do so. And if you continue to slander me on all my sites LEGAL ACTION will be pursued! Please enjoy your new journey in marriage! Tearing a black woman business owner will not bring you the joy and happiness. I wish you peace and healing!
