Best photographer we could have ever asked for!!
Erin was AMAZING to work with. She did our engagement and wedding photos and they all turned out incredible. She made us feel SO comfortable taking all the photos and was great at wrangling our families for the larger family photos. We will definitely be using her in the future for more milestone event photos!! -

Best wedding photographer!
I used Erin as my wedding photographer and I could not have made a better decision. Erin and I started out journey with a quick video call to get to know one another. She was very transparent and so easy to talk to! We quickly bonded and found out we live near one another and had a mutual friend! I chose a package that included engagement photos plus 8 hours of coverage for my big day and what a great investment. We had multiple planning sessions to go over timeline. She seamlessly worked with my coordinator and make up artists so that everyone was on the same page. Our initial photo spot post ceremony wasn't going to work and she quickly pivoted and found a stunning place to capture the magic of the day. At the end of it I would consider Erin a part of the family! I know that I will be reaching out to her again for all of our family milestones!!! Erin is one of the most down to earth person you will ever work with and she is just so genuine! -

We couldn't have asked for a better photographer for our wedding day! From the engagement photos to our special day, Erin was the MVP. She helped us feel comfortable in front of the camera and kept us on track with our day of timeline. She streamlined our family portraits and made sure we finished with plenty of time for romantics. We brought our '69 Charger out on the tarmac for golden hour and I'm still not over how breathtaking they turned out. Her easy going, fun personality makes working with her even more special. Best choice you can make for your big day is hiring Erin! -

Erin did an incredibly beautiful job capturing our wedding day. It was a bit challenging due to a little wind that kicked up, but she handled it so professionally and managed to get perfect shots. She's genuine, sweet, and made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. She handled all details leading up to the day so professionally and timely, and even delivered our photos earlier then expected. We were so lucky to have her! -

If you're looking for a wedding photographer, look no further and hire Erin ASAP. Our wedding photos are STUNNING. Our friends and family cannot stop talking about them! She also did an engagement shoot for us earlier in the year, which was just as breathtaking. Erin does an amazing job capturing the perfect moments.
On top of that, Erin really made us feel at ease through the whole process. She gave really good direction and told us how to position our hands, faces and bodies for the best shots. I really appreciated how detail-oriented she was, making sure not a single hair was out of place! She also gave great advice on our shot list and schedule to make sure we made the best use of our time.
Lastly, she is just the sweetest person ever! -

Working with Lovisaphoto was a smooth process from start to finish. Erin was prompt, professional, and personable. Her team was SO much fun to work with and made our day even better. They were creative with posing and finding stunning places to shoot. The pictures came out beautifully and their style felt fresh without appearing overly edited, which was the look I wanted. They have several very reasonable pricing options so you can get beautiful pictures whatever your budget may be. We were thrilled with the final product; they really captured the day perfectly and we will cherish the memories forever! -

The BEST wedding photographer
Erin is amazing! My now husband found her to capture the proposal and I am so thankful that he did! We loved her so much that we used her for our mini-wedding in 2020 due to Covid and our big wedding this year! She takes beautiful photos and the lighting and composition are to die for! All of her photos are bright, happy, and classy. You can feel the happiness and love by looking at the photos. My bridesmaid said it best when she said that Erin makes normal things like a hotel wall or an ordinary table look perfect!
She is the sweetest person and makes everyone feel so comfortable and is so great at directing people on how to pose. My husband and I can get awkward posing for photos but she makes you feel right at home. At the wedding all of my family and friends kept commenting on how nice and friendly she was! She was able to capture every perfect moment of our wedding! Photos are something you do not want to skimp on. Her prices are reasonable for the quality you get! If she is available for your wedding date do not hesitate to book her because she will book up! -

Due to constant cancelling and replanning of our wedding, my husband and I never got the opportunity to research and find our wedding photographer. We were frustrated and overwhelmed, and didn't know where to start, so when Erin was referred to us and we looked at her work, we breathed a HUGE sigh of relief. not only is she incredibly talented, she is so professional, a major resource, and help us feel comfortable in front of the camera. We were both so nervous to take our engagement photos, but Erin made us feels calm and relaxed. I can't imagine our wedding day without her, she was such a source of calm, and although her work speaks for itself, I would be remiss if I didn't say how OVER the moon we are with our photos. From romantics, to family photos, to the reception, she captured so many wonderful moments, and we feel so lucky to have had her be a part of our day. Cannot recommend enough! -

The Search is OVER! Erin's Your Gal.
In the depths of the pandemic, my fiancé and I decided that we wanted to elope with just our immediate family present. I searched "elopements in Long Beach" and came across a blog that featured the loveliest photos! I found out who the photographer and emailed immediately.
Erin, who is Lovisa Photo, is the perfect combination of professional and relaxed. She is so knowledgeable in her industry. The elopement was only a couple months out when we booked with Erin, so we had to make a lot of decisions in a short time. She sent me makeup artist recommendations, helped us create our day-of schedule, gave feedback on our potential ceremony venues and whether they'd be good for pictures. She was an incredible resource.
The fact that she is truly an expert in the industry does not even attest to the art that she creates with her photography! She captured so many beautiful pictures of our ceremony, our family, and of us together - we could not get enough of them! Our whole family was as blown away as we were. On top of that, we were initially anxious about doing professional photos since we'd never done them before, but she made us feel like we were nailing it. She is so good at communicating poses for the perfect shot. We would have been so lost without her very specific directions, haha.
Truly amazing work! When we need another set of professional photos, family or otherwise, we will certainly be calling Erin again. -

Erin exceeded my expectations in every way possible!
Erin is truly one of the most talented and genuine photographers you'll come across in the industry. From day one, I connected with her through a phone interview prior to hiring for our wedding. She was with me every step of the way through the pandemic, leading to a postponed wedding. She gave me a sense of calm and guided me through the difficult time, all the way up to the best day of my life. Any question I had through our year-and-a-half long engagement, she answered; and answered promptly. She even took it upon herself to add in our videographer for their input as well with wedding theme picture locations and such (especially since they've worked together before).
On the day of our wedding, Erin, and her team, came to our "getting ready" place (ahead of schedule I might add), and just took charge. They got all Wedding Details together (dress, heels, rings, perfume, invitation, hairpiece, etc.) and just starting doing their thing. They were great at staying hidden for those beautiful cameo photos and for the staged ones too as well. At the venue, they did the exact same. As long as you fill out the required materials she sends [well] ahead of time to help her move the day along, that's exactly what happens. We stayed on schedule and didn't fall behind because they knew exactly what they were doing.
The prints of the Wedding Album were stunning! She really has a knack for making the natural light compliment the person or thing in the photos. If you are looking for a professional who gives her all from the day of hire to the day you receive your album, look no further! Lovisa Photo is the absolute best!

She rolled with whatever we threw at her!
Erin couldn't have been a more perfect photographer. First off I didn't have the budget or support for a second shooter, which I HIGHLY recommend, but she was able to work with it and get us some amazing photos that my family were all thrilled. The light at the beach was blaring, and she found the perfect spot for the best lighting. Our timeline was completely thrown off and she didn't miss any important photos. And our sunset session of me and my husband has some amazing and unforgettable images that my dress designer asked to use for their promotions. I could not wait to print them out and frame all over our house. She understood what we needed, learned our personalities quick, and the end result was beautiful. Images were light, and romantic and we could not be happier. -

After doing a lot of research and calls with potential wedding photographers, we chose Erin to capture our wedding day and are SO glad that we did. Just as she appeared over the phone, she was so professional, talented, and made us feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. She captured such amazing photos and was able to work with our big crazy family to get every picture we wanted. She went above and beyond leading up to the wedding and sent us so much helpful information so that we knew what to expect on the big day. I would usually consider myself awkward in front of a camera but she made us feel so comfortable and had great poses and prompts to get us having fun. Don’t miss out on having Erin capture your wedding day, she is amazing! -

We love erin!
I cannot recommend Erin enough! She shot our engagement and wedding photos. My husband and I have never taken professional photos before and were a little nervous because we did not know what to expect. Erin is so sweet and made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. She did a great job directing us on how to pose and made sure that we did not feel awkward at anytime. She also communicates with you, as well as the venue, throughout the whole processes so that everything runs smoothly. We absolutely loved our photos and were so impressed by how easy and fun Erin made everything. -

Arcell Sent on 01/08/2014I had the pleasure of working alongside Erin this past Saturday at a wedding I DJ-ed in Huntington Beach. She was very professional and very easy to work with. She understood the flow and was quick to adjust to last minute changes in the time-line. Because of her personality, she able to make all the guest comfortable bringing out the best of them in the photos. She allowed me to view a few a photos directly on her camera and all I can say is wow! I will without hesitation refer her to my clients, and cannot wait to work with her in the near futures.
