Lu Mil is a great place to have your wedding! It was absolutely BEAUTIFUL for a spring wedding! It's so nice to be able to have the ceremony and reception in one place and that there are so many options to hold a small or a big wedding!Lu Mil is a great place to have your wedding! We originally planned to have our wedding outside but on the day of the wedding it rained. The owner of Lu Mils helped moved everything inside one of their buildings with no extra charge. Another thing I liked about the venue was that we had a house to get ready in. Everyone was so helpful on the day of the event and even leading up to the event.We originally planned to have our wedding outside but on the day of the wedding it rained. The venue was beautiful and everything was ready when it needed to be. I had to pay a $100 "cleaning" fee which was actually a deposit...but they had me believe the chairs and everything would be taken care of, however this is not the case. The chairs were provided, but we had to set them up as well as put them back. I was a little upset with this, however there wasn't much we could do. Also, alcohol is a pain in the butt, so unless you just want to have wine, either get on the alcohol permit a few months ahead of time, or consider not having it. If you read the contract, they tell you that you have to have a licensed bartender, a police officer, and an ABC permit.
