  Sara and Terri are A++++ planners. We’re so happy we chose them to assist with our Fall 2018 wedding at Broadturn Farm. They were incredibly responsive via email, conducted multiple site visits with us, exchanged many google docs, and overall did a fantastic job coordinating a wedding with more than a half-dozen different vendors. Further, some of the recommendations for other vendors they provided were top-notch and it’s unlikely we would have found them on our own. It was great to have them to bounce ideas of off and for the peace of mind that the provided on the day of. We couldn’t recommend them enough.

  Terri and Sara were absolutely wonderful. I actually am at a loss for words at how above and beyond they went in supporting my husband’s and my vision for our day. From the very first call, Sara and Terri fully understood the direction we were headed and not only jumped on board the train but ended up leading us to all sorts of magical ideas. When it came time for our wedding day, Sara and Terri made it so that the entire weekend I didn’t have to think about one single thing other than my husband and our families.
  
  Lulu & Co also ended up being our florist as well and of course that was the best decision ever. Perfect and beautiful natural touches all around the venue made it even more special.
  
  I honestly can’t say enough good things about Sara and Terri at Lulu & Co. Event Design. From the actual design work to the communication for months leading up to our wedding to the execution of the day to the all around warmth and kindness they showed - I highly recommend Lulu & Co. Event Design!!

  Regardless if your event is big or small if you are looking for an event planner that will take your vision and build it up into fruition of a beautiful, memorable experience these are your planners!

  We found Lulu & Co. for our September 2017 wedding in February. We met with Sara & instantly felt comfortable sharing our ideas & hearing her suggestions about how they would help us with our idea of a concert-themed wedding. We hired Lulu & Co. days later & got to planning. Sara & Terri remained available & helpful, meeting us at our venue a few times to go over details & get a game plan together. The night before our wedding Sara & Terri were at our venue, The Viewpoint Hotel in York, ME. They helped with rehearsal so that we knew what to do, where to go, when. As we went to dinner we were grateful & confident in knowing they were staying behind to start creating our vision. September 30th, began cold & wet. As were were getting ready, Terri & Sara were working their magic in our reception tent, undeterred by the weather. Our flowers arrived & were absolutely beautiful. Arrangements of blue hydrangeas, beach grass & pops of pink as I requested, paired with Sara’s professional creativity & imagination, were stunning. Suddenly the ceremony time was upon us. Terri was there to keep us on schedule & did so all night, which was important to us. She lined us up & as the sun came out, I walked towards my groom. The ceremony went beautifully & then it was time to party. We danced into the tent & were able to finally see what they had done to create our vision- & were blown away. We were so impressed by the way they used the decor along with their own ideas to make the space beautiful. Our families & guests were telling us how amazing everything came together- & still are! I even saw Terri going table to table to make sure our guests signed our picture frame. Their ability to support us, help our guests, capture our vision & keep smiles on their faces, all at the same time, seemed effortless and genuine. We were & will always be so grateful to Sara & Terri for helping us plan & execute the dream wedding that we had hoped for.

  We used Sara and Terri for day of coordination and it was great to have these ladies as our point of contact they were very organized and made sure everything ran smoothly on the big day. There is always going to be some curveball on yur wedding day so it is a great piece of mind to have someone other than you or your family to help. Additionally Sara made a GORGEOUS bouquet for me.
