  What a sigh of relief it was to have found and book Lumetric Photography for our wedding! They’re awesome to say the least! We booked them for our wedding and they did a fabulous job from the beginning. They respond vastly from emails to getting our edited photos to us.   Niels & Ashley helped shoot our wedding photography when they were just starting to work with a camera. Even though we know them well, they were professional (but definitely know how to have fun) and captured what we wanted. Capturing candids was a must, and and I was able to fall in love with our wedding festivities even more because of the special moments I wasn't able to witness, of those whom I care so much for, that they captured.

  We could not have asked for a better photographer. Niels and his assistant arrived on time, were easy to talk to, and very professional. Niels also has an eye for choosing the right background and angle to make our pictures look amazing. We received our pictures back really quick too. We will be calling Niels and his assistant again for our family pictures.

  I still get comments from wedding guests at how hard they worked. My sister in law is in the photography business and was also impressed. They we're flexible and understanding!

  We used Niels for a high school grad party and he was awesome, he made sure he knew all key people and also covered all the important moments and took plenty of pics with all the guests. Never made a fuss from start to finish ! We will definitely use his services again

  Our family photos turned out beautiful and it was a pleasure to work with Neils and Ashley. They were very professional and engaging with my active little boys and were able to capture such beautiful shots of our family while spotlighting the gorgeous scenery at the same time. They are a great team and I highly recommend them.

  Left wondering

  The day of our big day was great but after that it was all downhill. The communication from them was horrible. After three months of me having to reach out to get updates or any sort of information, they finally decided to look into the progress because even the owner said it shouldn’t take that long. It was then that they realized that there was an issue. Long story short, we lost some of the important moments taken from our big day. I had to wait 3 months for them to realize that progress on our prints were paused and for them to then ask if I wanted to resume. About five months later I finally got a link... Read more

  The day of our big day was great but after that it was all downhill. The communication from them was horrible. After three months of me having to reach out to get updates or any sort of information, they finally decided to look into the progress because even the owner said it shouldn’t take that long. It was then that they realized that there was an issue. Long story short, we lost some of the important moments taken from our big day. I had to wait 3 months for them to realize that progress on our prints were paused and for them to then ask if I wanted to resume. About five months later I finally got a link to a portion of our pictures and still had to wait to see if the others could be recovered. After another four months of us having to make first contact again, as well as an in person meeting to express our disappointment in them, we got some more of the photos. Unfortunately some of the lost photos were once in a lifetime kind of photos. One of the things they offered to make up for how things were being handled was a photo shoot to try to recreate some of the lost pictures. They are nice, but it will never be the same. The photo shoot was done on our one year anniversary, and today we are one month short of our 2 year anniversary and we are barely getting the final products. Unfortunately again that was after having to send multiple emails. The last email sent was an acknowledgment that we were obviously being ignored and forgotten and that we weren’t expecting anything else from them. That I would be honest about my reviews of the company. Nine days later, the shipment came in. I understand everyone has and will have different experiences but for me this company was a dark cloud. All because their actions showed me we didn’t matter all that much.
