Amazing Experience

Molly did a fantastic job with the photos. They are absolutely gorgeous and her pricing is reasonable. We also didn’t have to wait long to receive them. She even scoped out the location a day ahead. She made sure to take us to areas where she knew would be great backgrounds for our photos. She even helped guide us with the photos that we should take (photo with each table, photos of our wedding bands and bouquets, etc.). She was so nice and just fit right in with everyone at the wedding.

Molly Ann-Luminaire Images

Molly was an amazing photographer and person to work with. She was professional and answered my many, many e-mails. She listened to my requests, but didn't shy away of sharing her own opinions, which I greatly appreciated because even though I had my own ideas of what I wanted my big day to be like, I don't have the experience with weddings that she does. She was also able to abide by my church's strict photography guidelines and still get a lot of beautiful shots.

The day of, she was present the entire time. She suggested incredible locations and poses that made us all look like we were a part of like a bridal photo shoot. Most importantly, I come from a large family, and all of them attended the wedding, and she was extremely patient with their many requests of various groupings. I am so grateful to her and I could not have wished for better photos. She is incredible. I want to use her services again for future events.

Please do not hesitate to hire Luminaire Images to photograph your event! We used them for our wedding and engagement photos and both turned out spectacular. Molly is so easy to work with and graciously worked within our budget, while also offering tips as to what would work best for our day (how many hours, photographers, timeline, etc.) She was sensitive to all of our requests and kept in mind all the little things I asked for on our wedding day.

Molly is super prompt to respond to email communication and showed up to all our photo shoots perfectly on time. She is so easy to work with and her photos are gorgeous! I would definitely recommend booking both your engagement and wedding photos with Luminaire Images! We felt like the engagement photos were a good run-through of what it would be like to be photographed on our wedding day and Molly made us so comfortable in front of the camera. She is a joy to work with and also friendly and personable. I can not give a higher recommendation!

Molly and Matt were wonderful! I highly recommend them as photographers. They were so calm and relaxed and captured everything without us even noticing they were there. Molly even took the time out of her busy day to scout out the area the day before our wedding to make sure it was a great area for photos. She always went above and beyond what we expected! Our wedding photos and wedding album came out perfect! We have received so many compliments about our wedding photos and look forward to enjoying them for many years to come. We are so happy with choosing them as our photographers! Thank you Molly and Matt for being so wonderful and affordable too! :)

Molly and Matt...LOVE LOVE LOVE them. I wish i can put all the amazing pictures they took of our wedding on here so you can see. Best photographers in the world! They really do catch what you don't see. They made us feel so comfortable & relaxed I forgot they were there. I really liked the way they would give us tips on positioning and poses as needed with out being bossy or demanding. They really have a great eye for artistic and authentic photos. Everyone that saw my pictures raved about them. They also took the time to meet with us in person & chose our photo albums. We ordered our albums plus 3 small mini albums to give to our parents as thank you gifts. They loved them. Thank you Luminaire Images for making my special day the best day of my life! I will remember it forever with my beautiful photos.

Luminaire Images were the photographers for both our engagement and wedding photos. We took our engagement photos at Union Station in Los Angeles and even though many couples have had their photos taken there, Luminaire Images was able to come up with a LOT of fresh ideas to make our pictures beautiful and unique.

Fast forward to our wedding day, they couldn't have been any better to work with! They went to the venue to scout it out weeks before our wedding so they already knew good locations to shoot. They were very professional, creative and and made us feel comfortable. They were even willing to go to another site (which they also scouted out ahead of time) to take photos of our wedding party. All of our photos look vibrant and capture our day perfectly. Luminaire Images will be our go-to photographer for all of our future events!

We recently had Luminaire Images for a wedding, and they were fantastic! The day of the wedding, the first thing I noticed was Molly's professionalism. It was clear she had a plan for shots that would look great, and she was able to keep pictures moving so the day could stay on schedule. The same happened after the wedding- she was able to get a lot of shots in and keep things running smoothly, which made the whole day better. I know Molly has received this compliment before, but during the ceremony and reception, she was very unobtrusive and blended in very well; I just remember having fun during the day rather than having to constantly pose for shots. While the professionalism and the ability to allow the fun to happen naturally made the day great, the best part of our experience with L.I. happened after the wedding when we got our pictures back- I had no idea the photographers had captured so many shots, and the pictures they had taken were excellent. There were so many expressions and moments that were captured beautifully, and the pictures really captured the experience of that day for us. We were definitely happy with our choice!

First off I want everyone who is reading this to know that Luminaire Images IS the right photography company to go with. In short we found them to be creative, professional, accommodating, amazingly nice, fun, and reasonably priced. You will be blown away by the quality of the photos that they take!
We booked Molly for our engagement photos at first just to see how they turned out. During the photo shoot we were not sure how it went as it was our first time being photographed. She immediately made us feel comfortable by asking about our story, which made us start to smile, happy to share to story. While we were telling her she would occasionally say “look over here” and “look at each other” and snap a few photos. We didn’t really even notice her taking photos after a while we were just having a great time. The whole experience was easy, painless, and fun. When we received the photos from the shoot we found that the enthusiasm and happiness that we were felling that day 100% transferred over to the photos. They are some of the best photos I have seen that incorporate both the couple and the landscape, simply amazing. Needless to say we immediately booked Luminaire Images for the wedding.
For the wedding we wanted to have photographers with both the bride and groom, so Molly brought Matt that day to accompany me (the groom) and my groomsmen, while Molly stayed with my bride-to-be and her bridesmaids. Matt showed up while we were getting ready and was able to take some great pictures. He was very calm, cool, and collected and seemed happy to be there, while the groomsmen and I were joking around and having some fun to take my mind of things. We took a lot of our pictures before the wedding, and also did a ‘first look’ which turned out amazing because we were really able to stop hurrying for a minute and see each other, appreciate the moment, it was one of the best feelings of my life. We then did more photos with the family and the wedding party, which I expected to be total chaos---not so with Molly and Matt. Those two were able to control a VERY rowdy group of people with what seemed like little effort. These pictures were way in advance which was fortunate because the group became more and more sweaty and disheveled as the dancing at the reception grew wilder. I would not have known how to handle taking the time for photos AND keeping things running smoothly by myself. This is where Molly and Matt excelled, they were working with an out-of-control crowd and still produced great photos the entire night!
Lastly, they set up an amazing photobooth for us, including props and a backdrop. People went crazy for it, and some of the best pictures of the wedding came from that photobooth.
After it was all over, we waited to see the photos. They, again, turned out better then we could ever hope for. The way the colors turned out so vivid and the people in each picture look simply amazing! They were able to make a room room full of shenanigans look calm and romantic! They were both professional, respectful, understanding, excited, great at communicating what they needed us to do for a great picture, and again friendly and fun to be around. I can say enough about these two, thank you for everything Molly and Matt!

I'm an amateur photographer and I knew exactly what I wanted to see in my wedding photos. I've been admiring Luminaire Images work for years, but moving 3 states away didn't deter me from hiring a photographer from out-of-state. That might sound crazy to some brides, but thanks to Molly, it couldn't have gone more smoothly.

After our initial consultation phone call, Molly responded quickly with pricing, options AND IDEAS. She was available to discuss details anytime something popped into my head both by phone and email. She worked with my special requests easily and helped create something that worked for me. She also referred me to her travel agent who in-turn helped coordinate travel and accommodations for all of my out-of-state/town guests.

Molly is not only the consummate professional, but she is extremely easy to work with. It poured the entire day of our outdoor wedding, aside from the wonderful 20min break it stopped and we did our ceremony. She came prepared, worked with the ill weather and managed to achieve shots I thought could only exist in a magazine.

She didn't need photoshop to deliver STUNNING photos. She put up an amazing slideshow at the reception of the pre-wedding photos we took and had an online gallery up almost immediately for all our guests to view photos. Within 2 weeks time we received our disc with all the wonderful images of our event.

Both during the wedding prep and the reception, she was nearly invisible, never getting in the way, you wouldn't have even known she was there... except that she managed to capture every moment of our special day!! Luminaire Images FAR exceeded my expectations!!

The overwhelming response in comments of our friends and family to the spectacular photos she delivered says it all. Some were skeptical of my hiring some one from another time zone, but they all understood when they saw what Molly delivers. Luminaire Images is THE BEST, whether you're doing a local or destination wedding... this should be the only photographer you contact!!

Molly and Matt were excellent to work with and I would recommend them without reservations to anyone! From the start, Molly was very flexible in finding a time to meet. She went to the site where we were getting married (Long Beach Museum of Art) to scope it out before the wedding. She is super friendly and easy going, that you are immediately at ease around her. She has a lot of contacts in the wedding industry, and was able to make some recommendations to help with wedding planning. The day of the wedding, Molly and Matt were there early and met us at our "getting ready" locations. They managed to capture photos of EVERYTHING, all the small details, without being obtrusive. Several family and friends commented on how wonderful they were (not only in talent but in personality). They also set up a screen with images from the ceremony during the reception showcasing their work at one of the tables. I am not sure how they managed to do that so quickly, but everyone was amazed at the quality! They also took the time to take some unique photos of the two of us utilizing the museum surroundings, that weren't your stereotypical wedding photos and turned out awesome! She posted a blog almost immediately after the wedding which we were able to share with our friends and family. She offers a wide variety of albums and packages, or you can get the images on disc. Overall we were so glad we went with Molly, and we hope to have her photograph some of our future events again.

I received photography services from Luminaire Images for my vow renewal with 20 others brides. It was a wedding for military couples. My photographers who was assigned to my husband and I was Luminaire Images. The time they took to make me feel more at ease when I took my photos was amazing. My husband agreed with me, when it came to him taking photos, him being in marine corp uniform is not very comfortable, he felt at ease when it came to taking photos.

The details the photgraphers took when it came to our photos was amazing. the simplest things that i over looked they took it and made it into one awesome photo" just like a small fist bump my husband and i did during the ceremony, some people only noticed it but they captured it in a photo. They took on a very hard task to work with 21 couples in capturing the moment. The timely manner in which they were able to have us preveiw photos was quite quick, they responded to every question comment and my concerns.

I absoultely love the way my photos came out, our guests who came to the wedding love them also. they surpassed my expectations and captured the moments that will last forever. i look forward to using them for my future photo shoots.

I really enjoyed working with Molly and her second shooter Matt. Molly was very communicative through the whole process and answered all my emails promptly. Molly and Matt are very friendly and low key which was important to me on my wedding day. If we needed guidance for a “pose” she offered it. She made the whole wedding party feel comfortable and we had fun taking pictures too! On my wedding day, Molly and Matt arrived on time, were dressed professionally and were ready to start work. Their work ethic is awesome. Molly does a mix of semi-posed shots and photo-journalistic which was important to me. So many people have complimented us on our wedding pictures. I especially treasure the emotion she captured in the pictures during the ceremony. The joy that you can see in our families’ faces is something that can’t be described and I am so happy I could see it in Molly & Matt’s photographs.

We were very lucky to have Molly and Matt as our photographers. The pictures came out amazing! They did such a great job at capturing the moments. Molly and Matt are very professional and are very in sync. She's very fast at responding to my emails and questions. Right at our initial meeting, I knew we were in good hands. Molly of Luminaire Images is wonderful! We fell in love with her style that is a mix of traditional and photojournalistic. She has the ability to catch feeling and emotion in her pictures that we did not find with others that we interviewed. She is very sweet, and always there to lend a hand...even if it is not taking photo's. She is by far the best we found out there for the value! Other photographers with her style cost twice as much. I would highly recommend Molly to any bride that is wanting something more than just pictures. Molly makes the moments come to life and the feelings captured forever!!

We have hired Molly, of Luminaire Images several times including our engagement, wedding, maternity and newborn shoots and I could not recommend her more highly. She is fun and personable, someone you want to have taking your pictures, and she has AMAZING talent, just take one look at her portfolio. She captured the emotion of our wedding on film, and she took special care to every detail that we missed or soon forgot :-( Everyone who has seen our wedding pictures have loved them and have made a comment such as "wish our pictures were as nice..." and we have had more than one person we referred actually use her for photographing a special occasion!! Really, her photography speaks for itself and we will contunie to use her as our family photographer!!
