  Il nostro matrimonio non è stato in Italia ma in Grecia e lungarno special weddings ci ha aiutato in maniera molto professionale a fornirci tutti i documenti necessari per la validità del nostro matrimonio anche in Italia. Ha organizzato, con i corrispondenti in Grecia, una magnifica cerimonia con : location a strapiombo sul mare, addobbo floreale, fotografo, torta, champagne e cena ..tutto magnifico e come avevamo chiesto!! Le nostre possibilità economiche erano limitate ma ha saputo includere tutto ciò che desideravano. .

  We had an unforgettable wedding in May 2014 in Tuscany. It was Russian orthodox ceremony in Florence, and then - reception dinner in Tuscany.
  Francesca & her team organized for us almost everything and it was done within a month!
  All of our family & our friends are saying that it was the best wedding they ever seen. And this is exactly what we wanted and what we got.
  First of all, we were very surprised of the high quality time management & organization. We organized our wedding within only a month! On the day of our wedding it was hard raining & lots of our plans had to be changed, but our organizer - Francesca could manage all of them.
  Next one is the list of suppliers. Francesca proposed us several suppliers with different price range. We have chosen them according our budget and we have to say that each of them met our expectations. Some of the suppliers even exceeded our expectations. The most remarkable were: the florist, video maker & sweet table.
  For example, we had quite unusual view for flowers & colours: blue, yellow & white. We had a very long discussion via internet, sending photos, optimizing our budget, but when we saw how beautiful the baskets were and how fascinating the bridal bouquet was we understood that it was worth of our time and money.
  For the video maker we were in doubt to bring someone from our country or even not to make any video. We like photos but we didn’t like video montage from weddings we have already seen. It is interesting that video maker who didn’t know Russian language who was first time at the ceremony like ours could make such a good movie. This is really a good movie where we are the heroes.
  It is 3 month passed from our wedding day and we remember our wedding as the most special and shiny day of our life. We are very grateful to Francesca for being so responsible, reliable and patient.

  Romantic wedding in Tuscany, magnificent italian landscapes. From many options proposed we chose ceremony in the medieval castle and celebration party on the nature (in agriturismo). Everything was organised for us strarting from the menu and flower decorations to coiffure and makeup for the bride.
  Paper work was done very fast and we didn't exceed our budget

  If you are planning to do a destination wedding in Tuscany, Francesca from Lungarno Special Weddings, is the perfect wedding planner. My husband and I got married in Tuscany one month ago and Francesca and her team were absolutely superb throughout our entire wedding 'journey'. Having never been to Italy, and not being able to travel there from the States to visit sites and with vendors, we put a lot of trust in Francesca, and we were so grateful for all the time and honesty that Francesca treated us with. Our wedding was a wonderful success and for that we are immensely grateful to Francesca! From the beginning of the process until the final event, working with Francesca was so much fun and would have been impossible to pull off without here! Francesca was wonderful keeping on top of all the planning keeping us on track and informed of all plans/arrangements. She was incredibly enthusiastic, patient, good at keeping within budgets, well organized, creative, yet never pushy. When I had a crisis of indecision on flowers, Francesca spent hours on the phone with the florist going through many pictures to decide on which types and looks I wanted. The real benefit of Francesca came during the wedding when we had a medical emergency with one of our guest following the ceremony. Not being from Italy, or speaking any Italian, we could have felt completely trapped!!! But Francesca remained completely calm and took care of everything with respect to arrival of the EMT and keeping in contact with the ER so that we and the rest of the guest could enjoy the remaining evening events. Without her, we don’t know how the rest of the evening would have gone. That one experience is what we believe really demonstrated the true professional, kind and caring person that she is. She handled everything superbly. I highly recommend Lungarno Special Weddings!
