Planning a wedding is not a
walk in the park but selecting a photographer that aligns with how you would like your day to be captured is an even more important decision. While aligning my decor to my location and seeing how the colour would contrast for my vibrant tropical beach wedding . I knew I needed this to be captured as vividly as possible. The challenging part we had was that we were all the way in the Canada and I had no idea what to expect while searching for my perfect wedding photographers. Meeting Shemeon and Tramaine is like meeting our soulmates , it was instant love at first site . Distance was not even a mere obstacle for the sparks that was igniting during our long distance phone calls in which they tackle head on all our needs for our wedding day. Their wonderful personalities and years of experience in the wedding industry gives you the confidence and trust for their God given talents. You would think that professionalism alone is all that you need but with the Luvo family you get much more . They are your huge support system, your cheerleaders , a guide to ensure that the decisions and details of your day is to its utmost perfection. They care about you like you are their own and they show love in moments when it may not have happened as planned.They may have attended many weddings but they will celebrate your love like it’s the very first time they have ever witnessed it. With the luvo team it’s more than just capturing photography or videography.They go the distance and give you an experience that you would never forget. When you see their work, it’s shows the love ,care,passion and dedication they put behind it to make their clients happy. Phenomenal
These guys should be top of your guest list! They take absolutely breathtaking photos whilst making everyone feel totally relaxed! We knew we had to have Shem and his team capture our wedding after seeing their fabulous work and falling in love with their style. They certainly didn’t disappoint, they are so much more than wedding photographers. They were on hand for any wedding planning advice and gave us so many little tips on the day. The ideas we had for our engagement shoot, some photographers may have shied away from it but not LUVO! These guys encouraged us! From 2 hour drives to Moruga and almost getting stuck in the bush for the night, to a blown off roof in the airport hangar. The adventures with Shem and his team was never ending. We absolutely love all our photos and can’t stop looking at them, which tells the story of our wedding perfectly. We just need to find an excuse to see them working their magic again!

Apart from the wedding venue & decor, photography is by far one of the most integral parts of your wedding. In our opinion the wedding weekend went by in the blink of an eye. However, the photos we have to look back on encapsulate each and every special moment down to the finest details, thanks to Luvo. When it comes to photography 'you get what you pay for'. However, with Luvo, you receive MORE than what you pay for. At our engagement photoshoot, where we first met Shemeon & Tramaine, the level of energy they displayed was by far the most genuine and remarkable experience. It was obvious from the start the love they share and their undeniable passion for photography. They made the entire experience so much fun and it was so natural for them. When it comes to time, Luvo provides you with the full experience in that, time stamping a photoshoot is not their practice. Instead, they stay as long as possible to ensure they capture the perfect shots. We opted for the 3-day wedding photography package with Luvo as we had the full Indian wedding experience. Usually for a maticoor/ haldi night, photographers (based on other packages we perused) would provide a strict approximate time of 4 hours (subject to cost increase if they stay longer). With Luvo, the experience was remarkably different , Shemeon and his dad (also part of the Luvo family) arrived extremely early and stayed till the very end. For the Hindu ceremony Tramaine & Dominic did the absolute most for us from pictures at both of our homes getting dressed with our families till the very end of the night when I returned to my husband’s home(my chalte chalte moment). Even upon returning home they took further shots of us in the backyard despite the endless photos taken at the temple. At the reception, at no time did Shemeon and his team give us a time stamp. He stayed not only during the reception program but again till the very end to capture the candid dance floor moments. The level of creativity displayed and the quality editing of all of our photos were incredible.
The attitude, charisma, energy, spirit ( I couldgo on and on but you get the point)… of the Luvo team is by far the most impressive and exceptional. They make you feel comfortable with the camera and treat you like they've known you forever.
With respect to the quality of the photos words cannot express the level of skill the Luvo team possess. Shemeon is extremely creative and the visions he blurts out at the photo shoots were the most unique (out of this world) portrayals.
What sets Luvo apart from others is their creativity, passion, dedication and incomparable service.
All in all, if you want quality top tier photography I'd say don't think twice choose Luvo you won't be sorry!

This is it! Look no further! If you’re reading this review and checking LUVO’s page you’re in the right place, just say YES, and thank us later! It’s a decision you will never regret!
Let’s start at the beginning, since we got engaged in November 2021, we’ve been keeping an eye out on social media on who the best wedding photographers are, Luvo was at the top of the list. Fast forward to April 2023 two of our besties got married and we saw the LUVO team in action and we said to ourselves we have to have them!
We got married on 9th July, 2023, but we had only gotten our wedding date 2 months prior to the day. If you’re a bride and reading this you must know how much anxiety that would give you, literally no time to plan. We contacted LUVO first! They were SO warm, welcoming, friendly and not to mention calming! They offered assistance to help us find other local vendors, I started to think maybe this whole wedding planning thing wont be so bad. But let me tell you, their team was the most responsive, most helpful, honest and welcoming team of people we dealt with through our entire wedding experience, trust me when I say for your wedding you NEED that.
I haven’t even gotten to the good part yet! Our pre- wedding shoot was the first time we officially interacted one on one with the photographers and they are fantastic! They go above and beyond to get the shot! They definitely have a creative eye and they find a way to capture exactly what you want! Admittedly we are a bit awkward infront of a camera but you’d never tell, because they do such a great job in just making you feel comfortable, in finding your good angles and in helping to position you. They take the time to get to know you, and see what you’re comfortable with.
They take the time to find out exactly what you want captured on your wedding day and plan it out so there are no foreseen hiccups on the day and that everything you want captured will be facilitated.
Skip to the wedding day. Rather the photos from the wedding day! Each and every single photo was nothing but EXCEPTIONAL! You’ve probably heard it a million times, the wedding day flies so fast it can be a blur but your photos are THE one thing you should never compromise on. They are your memories captured for a lifetime!
We had a church ceremony followed by a portrait session then an intimate reception. We wanted to ensure those at the church ceremony were captured in detail as more of our extended family and friends were present for that part of the day and that is exactly what we got! We got so many compliments from friends and family on our photos, about the memories captured, the amazing quality and detail of every shot. All the emotions in everyone’s faces captured perfectly. Going through the photos are like reliving every precious moment of the day. That is something truly priceless.
It’s not just the photographers on the team but the ENTIRE team is just so wonderful. They are the support and kind of team and personalities you never knew you needed to add that extra touch to your wedding day. They are the hype team, behind the scenes fix it crew and the friends we all wish we had and we now do!
If I haven’t been clear enough. They are THE BEST! Jonathan and I have no regrets! Pick LUVO!

So, let’s get straight to answering the question on everyone’s mind, CHOOSE THEM! You will NEVER REGRET IT. Everyone tells you photo/video is the most important part of your wedding, that the day will fade in your memory with time and they’re right! I have been looking and looking at my album (that I got 1 week after my wedding by the way) and I am speechless, I am blown away by how beautiful, how detailed and well documented the days were. I’m transported back to that weekend of love, celebration and pure joy in Tobago. There’s so much more than just the photos with this team, there is passion, there is commitment, there is no judgement (like when you pull out a mood board for your engagement shoot and they DELIVER!), there is creativity (from a photo of a dress to deciding locations, demonstrating poses), there is knowledge and skill. They know how important this day is, they will find out what and who is special to you and get that shot, they’re flexible and put the couple first. The time on your wedding day moves at lightning speed but they were so accommodating, we had to omit our ‘first look’ (due to guest arrivals) and a second location (beautiful spot of blooming poui and the golf course). During our cocktail hour, they knew that our goal for this wedding was to create unforgettable family memories while enjoying the festivities of the day and they gave us that. They were able to capture all that we wanted and more without us feeling as though we missed any of the festivities. Our ace team of 3 photographers translated into having so many different angles with no awkward faces in photos,they captured it all. I think one of the most important things in choosing this team is their genuine spirit. We had never met them before our wedding planning journey began, but Reyaz and I have been so touched by each and every member of the team we interacted with. They not only did an outstanding job on our family’s special day but became a part of the family as well.
We would vouch for the Luvo family 11 out of 10 times. You can thank us later.

One of the best decisions my husband and I made when planning our wedding was choosing Luvo to capture the memories of our big day!
The entire Luvo team was amazing, their patience, attention to detail and just bubbly personalities made our time with them so unforgettable and the only other word to use is FUN. Their work speaks for itself. We were blown away when we received our pre wedding shots and we immediately knew we chose the right team.
Not only us but we had so many guests at our wedding calling to talk about Luvo and how wonderful they were. So many of them just excited to see what was captured by the photographers and some specifically stating the photo/video Luvo captured.
We were shocked when only 2 weeks after our wedding we got a message stating our highlights were ready. It was one of the best wedding gifts we got! We were beyond impressed by these photos. Luvo captured every moment and emotion so beautifully that we felt like we were reliving our wedding. We felt the laughter, the excitement and the tears in each and every one of these photos.

Straight to the point, Luvo is it!
If you want exceptional service and incredibly breathtaking photos, don’t look any further!
We hired the Luvo Team to capture our pre-wedding shoot and our wedding photos. We first met them for the pre-wedding shoot. They were warm and friendly from the very beginning, putting our anxiety at ease from before our shoot even began. It was easy to be naturally ourselves the entire time, leading us to enjoy the experience immensely without feeling pressured to pose. It was amazing to see them work together coming up with ideas and becoming as excited as we were, and their dedication to executing the perfect shot without it feeling pressured or demanding was incredible. During the entire process from booking them to post wedding, communication with the team was always easy. They took the time to get to know us and by the time the wedding came around it felt like having friends there shooting us rather than a vendor. We loved them, our guests loved them and everyone talked about them, how professional, friendly, and truly dedicated they were given some of the stunts pulled to capture just the right image. We were already impressed even before the pictures came. And needless to say, when the pictures did come, we were absolutely blown away. They were able to capture images that really translated how we felt on the most important day of both our lives, and going through picture by picture felt like reliving the very day. Hands down, worth every penny spent and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants the best for their wedding! -

The Luvo team is characterized by professionalism, one of a kind personalities, positive energy and outstanding quality.
My husband and I have done three photoshoots with with them, including videography on two occasions and we must say that each time, their creative minds have gone above and beyond our expectations.
They are willing to get to know their clients to offer a personalized experience that will form everlasting memories. At times, they are more excited than you are during the shoot which really illustrates this is their passion and not just a job for them. Team Luvo photographed and video-graphed our July 2022 wedding in Tobago. They captured our entire wedding weekend experience from Thur to Sunday. Luvo came recommended by my dear friend and bridesmaid, and after viewing some of their photos and videos, we fell in love with their relaxed photography style that’s both modern and timeless.
Luvo’s vibe aligned exactly with what we were seeking. We loved that their team encompassed family: Shem, his bubbly wife, Tramaine and Shem’s dad, Collis. After our first consultation, it became clear that we had found a great match both in terms of style and personality. Both Shem and my husband, Richie joked and laughed a lot.
Luvo was not only a master behind the camera but a true professional, consistently communicative, agile and punctual throughout the entire process. When it came to communication, they were always very responsive. Both Shem & Tramaine would respond with such excitement and enthusiasm that it was infectious.
At our engagement shoot, Shem & Tramaine did everything they could to empower and coach us into really just feeling like our best selves. At no point did we feel self - conscious. They photographed us in ways that made us feel natural and extremely comfortable. We were able to interact as though they weren’t even there. The entire experience was wonderful and intimate.
We did a Pre-wedding session with the main aim of creating a Welcome Photo to be used in our wedding decor. We had an afternoon wedding with the beautiful Tobago waters as our backdrop and the photos captured were stunning, filled with that glowy, flattering light as well as beautiful sunset hews. It was magical!
The very first time Richie & I saw our photos and our short cinematic wedding film, we melted. We had snuggled up on the couch and loaded them on to our big screen. We both cried, hugged and kissed.
Tramaine’s eye for detail is astounding and beyond her technical expertise, she is a true joy to work with. Shem navigated family dynamics, moved swiftly through the portrait session and knew when to blend into the background and when to assert himself. Two large prints that hang in our home together with our ‘Welcome to our Wedding’ photo receive frequent compliments. We also purchased an album which is quite simply a work of art.
Luvo truly offers something that not all photographers can - true artistry. I had no idea our wedding could look so incredibly beautiful. The finished photos and videos ooze sophistication, refinement as well as fun! And are completely unique to us and our event. We will treasure them forever.
