  Amy was prompt, professional, and displayed an extremely high competence in the art of makeup! She patiently listened to my needs and executed them flawlessly. I could not have asked for a better artist to do my wedding makeup and I would highly recommend her to anybody! Thanks again!!! ❤️

  Amy was amazing to work with for my wedding day makeup needs. She is immensely talented and kind, and her warm personality is a delight to be in the presence of! I had some ideas of what I wanted my makeup to look like but Amy really exceeded my expectations, she made me feel beautiful and glamorous. Best of all, through all the wedding day tears and hot July weather, my makeup held up flawlessly throughout the entire day and evening!

  Where do I even begin?? Cecilia and Amy did an absolutely amazing job on our makeup for my wedding last month!!! Everyone looked stunning, and I couldn't have asked for a more amazing pair of makeup artists for my big day! These two are beyond gifted in what they do...and I highly recommend them for ANY special occasion you want to look beautiful for! Great ladies with even greater personalities to top off their amazing work. Of course I give them 5 out of 5 stars!!!!!!

  I was the Maid of Honor in my sisters wedding locally in Troy, NY. Amy and Cecelia were promptly on time and did an amazing job!!!! Cannot say enough amazing things about the two of them! They work together seamlessly as we had a huge wedding party and other family members getting their makeup done.
  They were extremely professional, attentive, and accommodating to what everyone needed or wanted. They played a huge role in making my sisters day so special and FUN! I will be recommending everyone to Amy and Cecelia at Luxe Beauty Bar for any event that they want to look flawless for! Thank you both again for everything!

  Amy was AMAZING! She was pleasant, polite and super easy to work with. It was like spending your wedding day with a friend! And...better yet her makeup work was INCREDIBLE! As a bride I've never felt more beautiful and my bridesmaids raved as well.

  Having Amy do my make-up was one of the best things that could have happened to my wedding.
  
  Amy and I met to do a trial run and I told her exactly what I wanted: glamorous, bold, dramatic, old-Hollywood, 1920s flapper-esque. She totally blew my vision out of the water. Better than I could have ever hoped!
  
  I knew I wanted someone truly professional - someone who could contour, shade, blend, sculpt my face. In my search for the perfect make-up artist, I was left unimpressed and underwhelmed with some of the outdated techniques I was seeing amongst other artists in the Capital Region.
  
  And then, I stumbled upon Amy. The highlighting and red carpet ready look Amy gave me was nothing short of miraculous. I must have had to repeat her info to a dozen or so girlfriends at my wedding. Everyone was so impressed, including, most importantly, me. (Not an easy feat - I am the pickiest/most annoying human on the planet)
  
  Amy gave me the "WOW!" look I wanted, and then turned around and tastefully did my mom's make-up and accommodated my not-as-adventurous bridesmaids. She really can do exactly what you want. She was not afraid to express her opinions and how to achieve what I wanted without going totally overboard. I respected her professional advice and the results brought tears to my eyes.
  
  To put a bow on it, she's also one of the nicest and friendliest people I have met.
  
  Everyone has a cousin or an aunt who went to beauty school twenty years ago - seriously, don't try to cut corners on this part of your wedding. It's your FACE. It's going to be in EVERY PICTURE! You want it to be perfect - this is the woman who can make it happen.
