    LUXE was incredibly enjoyable to work with! Lauryn and staff were very attentive, accommodating and helpful! Our wedding cake and cupcakes not only looked amazing but they tasted amazing, too! Lauryn did a beautiful gold leaf finish on our cake—-and even did a s’mores cupcake that wasn’t on the flavor menu!
    I was ALSO lucky enough to have had Lauryn play a special part in my bridesmaid boxes with her PERFECT macarons! Seriously, divine. YUM!
    Overall, you will be very pleased with LUXE’s service and products for whatever your event needs. Highly recommend! Thanks, Lauryn & Luxe staff for being a part of our special day!!

    Couldn’t be more impressed!

    We were so happy with the service, quality and beautiful cupcakes and display that LUXE did for our recent wedding in Bozeman. The flavors were unique and delicious. They gluten free flavors were a hit too! Lauryn was great to work with and was very timely in responding. She even helped me surprise my now husband with a funfetti cutting cake. Would highly recommend Lauryn and the rest of the LUXE staff to anyone!

    LUXE made our cupcakes and cake for our September wedding, and they were amazing! 1 year later, I still have guests asking where they came from. We also saved our cake for our 1st anniversary and it was still very tasty!

    These cupcakes (and cakes) are seriously amazing. Not only that, but Lauryn was great to work with. I had an idea for our wedding cake and she pulled it off 100%. I would recommend LUXE to anyone getting married or having an event. I also recommend ordering more than you think you need - our guests devoured them and we only had a few leftover for us to share at the end of the night!

    These cupcakes are SO GOOD! And spend the extra money for display. Everything looked adorable and delicious. Lauryn was super easy to work. Best of all, she worked with us to create a custom flavor (jello shot) for our wedding. The shot-size cupcakes are the perfect dessert.

    I’ve used LUXE for several large fundraisers and for Christmas cookies. The quality of their cupcakes, cookies, etc. is always fresh and incredibly flavorful! Additionally, Lauryn has gone above and beyond to help meet crazy requests! You will not be disappointed.. either will your guests!

    I’ve been a big fan of Luxe and did not hesitate to book them for my wedding! All of the shared communication and planning was going great until about a month prior. After sending in the ’30 day’ questionnaire, my concerns on the status of their cupcake truck (included in the contract) were reassured. Unfortunately, we were not notified that it was not running and would not make it. The lack of promised communication caused us to miss the opportunity to create a Plan B in it’s absence.

    Other contract items, including simple cake decorations we paid extra for, were left unfulfilled and unresolved.

    We kindly expressed our concerns in one short email following the wedding, but it never led to anything.

    At this point, I just hope that this review saves someone from going through the same disappointment experienced at my wedding.

    Unprofessional

    I don't like to write a bad review because I believe we all can make mistake and we need time to correct it. But because this has been handled unprofessionally, so I'm going to write one. Our wedding was in early July of this year. I have nothing to complain about the quality of cupcakes because they were great and Lauryn's cupcakes are so different from others, unique tastes and pretty, so we ordered our wedding cake, cupcakes and macarons from LUXE, however we didn't receive macarons. I wouldn't know that we were missing them if I didn't see picture of our dessert table as everyone know how the day of your wedding could be...such a hectic time. So I contacted Rocking TJ's to check what had happened and we didn't hear anything for a few weeks until Lauryn responded back to my email late August to let me know that they forgot to put them out, the macarons got left in the refrigerator and she was happy to refund or give us credit for cupcakes. I let her know that we would prefer refund since we were not sure when we would have another event that we need the sweets again but we would order from her in the future since we were happy with her cupcakes. We have been trying to contact her a few times with in a good reasonable amount of waiting times in between to hear back and she has become unreachable. From then to now, we haven't received our refund nor hearing anything from her. I don't want to write any review because I think what if she has dropped off the check in the mail, what if she has been busy during wedding season and Halloween. But yesterday I got an email saying that my email is blocked. When we paid for the deposit and full payment we paid right on time. The $120 of macarons might not be a lot of money but if you paid for something, you would expect to receive goods or service. That's only fair and it should be how you do business. I also knew another bride who is in the same situation. So if it's only me alone, I would think it might be some unfortunately situation that she can't get back to me yet....but that doesn't seem so. Hopefully we can get this correct soon and I will be happy to remove this.

    Paid for cake tasting delivery, never received!

    We paid for a cake tasting to be delivered (we are out of state). We did all this through Honeybook. However, we never received the cake. I called (went straight to voicemail each time), emailed and communicated through Honeybook and received NO response whatsoever. I am out over $100 and have not received any communication, refund or cake. Do NOT book anything with her do business with her.

    This is a scam

    After months of trying to contact this vendor through email and phone after signing the contract and paying our deposit they have not responded or made any move to notify us that the business has closed since opening the contract. We drove to the 3 locations listed, and none of them are a bakery. We are now trying to close the contract, have our deposit refunded, and not be billed for services that we have not received from a business that no longer exists. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS SO YOU DON'T HAVE THIS HEADACHE!
