Biniam was very helpful and wonderful to work with. He was very professional and gave us everything we wanted. He thought about all the details that I did not. Working with Biniam was the best decision I made. I am a perfectionist, which makes it very difficult for people to work with me, but not Biniam! He was patient, professional, punctual, and pleasant. He created my vision and was genuinely concerned with my satisfaction. He was equipped with his own equipment at a very low cost while also providing other options. There were so many people trying to give their opinions and while he respectfully listened he ALWAYS made sure it was what I desired for my engagement party, which I really appreciated. If you're looking for someone who is interested creating your vision and working with you directly, then he's the guy for you. I will be working with Biniam for more future events. My wife and I both being the first to get married in our families
required the delicate touch of a wedding coordinator who is very
disciplined and a great communicator. We had our view of our special
day but so did each of our parents. After 3 months of attempting to do
everything on our own we were referred to contact Ben @ Great Western
Events. The wonderful staffs at GWE imminently returned our call and
after one meeting were able to bring our vision of that perfect wedding
to life. Ben presented us with 3 great options for each of the
following, Reception Hall, Photographer/Videographer, DJ’s /Bands.
This was truly a one-stop shop for us.
Best of all they came in $2,300.00 under our budget, so to begin my
life with the women of my dreams on the perfect day 11/12/2011 @ a
romantic & Elegant Southern CA event hall, and change in our pockets I
truly happy man. A Big Thank you to everyone at Great Western Events
for their God given talents, you guys are great and truly the best in

This company helped us organize our community's new yrs eve party on
december 31,2012 in Anaheim. The manager was prompt with responses to
our inquiry. I recommend great western events. Their work is really
good and they execute well.
We had a budget close to $7,000 and things turned out just the way we
wanted.
The ambiance was suitable to new yrs eve party with a nice uplighting
reflecting on the wall and stage area. The manager came on time to the
event and is prompt with responses to our inquiry and is very friendly.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ben was hired for my daughters Quince. I didn't want to have to worry about anything on this special day. In Aug of 2017 I hired LUXE for my event the in July 2018. Below are a few of the issues
* Ben said he had other events at this venue, so he would take care of the bartending, no issues. 3 days before the event he told me he couldn't get the license for the event to bartend. He thought he could get by without having the proper ABC license at a city community center? Really? We had to scramble and purchase the alcohol ourselves and then hire a separate bartender. The plan was to have a closed bar. So this caused a lot of issues and additions cost.
*Ben was paid an extra fee for "special linens" for the cake,m gift and coffee tables. These were supposed to be above and beyond standard to make it look really nice. What I got instead was cheap white polyester linens.
*Ben was also paid extra for a backdrop for the cake and main court table. He didn't supply the backdrop for the cake table at all, and the one he used for the main table looked awful. Bars and other items laying in the back showed up in all of our pictures, ruining them!
* After going thru the venue details, Ben said he only needed an hour to prep everything before the start of the event. He then stated if he could get an extra 15 minutes it would help him out. So I paid for an extra 30 minutes to the hall. My event started at 5pm. It was now after 6pm and he still wasn't done setting up. It took him 2.5 hours Family and friends starting helping putting linens, center pieces, and plates on the tables to help out. This was quite embarrassing.
* After the event was over we had a few hours to get the facility cleaned up. If it was not done in time, I would lose my deposit. Of course this was no skin off of his back. I had to stay and have family and friends assist with the clean up otherwise this company never would have been done in time, deposit lostIf I could give zero stars I would.
