Yanna planned the wedding and rehearsal dinner of my dreams in Laguna Beach, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to plan their wedding in Southern California.
Yanna was incredibly professional, communicative, easy to work with, and her vision and eye for decor is stunning! She delivered on every ask, big or small. Everything came out absolutely stunning and took my breath away - table centerpieces, chuppah, wedding cake, schedule, etc, it was all perfect and my husband and I are still on cloud nine! As a destination-wedding bride, I needed to feel like I could completely trust my planner. Yanna really took her time to understand my aesthetic and I felt so comfortable in her hands.
Also, it’s clear that Yanna has a plan for every scenario. On the weekend of my wedding the forecast changed to rain and Yanna was able to secure a tent last minute (nearly impossible) to have as backup. I couldn’t be more thankful that she took the initiative because once the rain came down, that tent came up and absolutely saved the day.
I truly couldn’t be happier with the entire weekend and am so grateful that Yanna was there every step of the way!

The best event planner!
Yanna is my go to party planner, she has planned numerous parties for me. She knows exactly what I want and gets it’s right all the time. She is very detail oriented and organized which I love! I highly recommend yanna!Luxe Events By Yanna's reply:

I guess I can start by saying DO NOT HIRE!!
Yanna started off by being super knowledgeable however it was shown that she had way to many projects going on at once and wasn’t able to actually give the time and dedication needed to her brides. I hired yanna 5 months before my wedding due to her previous wedding photos posted on her page and also because she lived in the area I wanted the wedding which I thought meant she had a better knowledge of vendors.
After working with her and as the pressures grew strong I begin to question he moves and motives without checking in with the bride. And she got so upset that 3 days before the Big Day she threatened to fire herself and pull ALL VENDORS from the venue. After 24 hours had passed I hadn’t heard from her so I reached out to her and insisted that I l wanted questions answered not for he to throw a tantrum and Renig on the most important day of my life.
She then came to her senses and realized we were 48hours away and began to act like my planner again. Although we carried out the wedding. You could tell she had already checked out in the rehearsal services. There was no music, No labeling on the tables, on the day of the wedding we did not even have my entrance as discussed. The day was horrible for me!! The best thing about the day was I was able to see many family and friends.Luxe Events By Yanna's reply:

Firstly, I would like to address the dispute of false information in this review. I would love to post screen shots of emails and text messages that will be of sufficient response for this review but unfortunately this platform does not allow for it.
Let’s start with the fact that I have reached out and scheduled every meeting and follow up with you, through in and out the duration of planning your wedding. I have been in contact with you and only you for the last 4 months and 2 weeks to be exact until the last 2 weeks of planning your father and soon to be husband were introduced into the planning process. I was told that since you and your husband would be leaving to Europe for your pre wedding ceremony I would be sending all the final bills to your father and he would pay the remainder of the balance. I followed your instructions. You and your husband added on a few extra things to your wedding planning, to which upon your return the “calculations” were not the way you anticipated even though I have shared a budget spreadsheet from day one of planning. I was then interrogated, accused of over charging you, and felt so pressed by the lack of really low blow commentary I offered to step back from planning your wedding as you said you have this under control, and offered a refund. Once your father had paid you wanted refunds across the board for various upgrades you chose. Never once did I offer to fire myself because I didn’t want to execute your wedding. I responded to every email, and concern you had and actually didn’t hear back from you for 24 hours until you replied and said “the show must go on”.
In addition, the morning of your wedding, set up was supposed to begin at 10am. Instead I arrived to the venue at 7am because there was unforeseen forecast of rain that popped up, your wedding ceremony was outdoors and rather than making it a problem for you I arrived at the venue to figure out a plan B if we needed to execute on it.
During your rehearsal, the wedding venue is not equipped with music outdoors, you are aware about this because the day of your wedding we had to rent extra sound equipment for your ceremony and cocktail hour. So there was no way of me playing any sort of music. We ran through rehearsal until you and your party felt comfortable.
To address your concern of a grand entrance, you also failed to mention that you locked yourself in the bridal suite after the ceremony and told me and my staff to not enter until you were ready, and then proceeded to hot box the upstairs venue with marijuana until the wedding venue manager almost had to stop the party because you were failing to follow venue rules.
Your tables were labeled with table numbers, florals and also you had a seating chart upon ballroom entrance which you had me reprint 24 hours before your wedding due to your guest change.
Despite of all of this, I stayed with my team the entirety of your wedding, helped your family pack up all your belongings and left overs and made sure to even call your family back after they left a purse at the venue under one of the tables.
So sorry Ikesha that you feel the need to lie about so many aspects of your wedding day and aim to ruin a reputation I have worked so hard for to be apart of such a happy occasion.
