    I bought my wedding dress from Allure Bridal. I went to MANY different bridal shops to find my wedding dress and found nothing. As soon as I arrived at Allure Bridal, I found three dresses that I loved and knew that my search was over! Doug and Richard were very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. They were also very responsive via phone and email. Doug recommended a dress that I normally would not have picked off the rack, and as soon as I tried it on, I fell in love with it and ended up choosing it as my wedding dress!! He truly has a great eye! I also used their seamstress, Meredith, who was absolutely wonderful! She is extremely patient, and made my dress fit perfectly! I had a great experience with Allure Bridal and will definitely use them in the future. I highly recommend them!!

    I got my dress, my bridesmaids dresses and my flowers at Allure Bridal and could not be happier!!! They had the exact brides dress I was looking for and a great selection of bridesmaids dresses. Meredith, the onsite taylor did the alterations in 1 week and reasonably priced. I described to Doug what I wanted for the flowers but didn't actually see the finished arrangements until my wedding day . I almost cried when I saw how beautiful they were!! Everyone complimented me on them! Doug did an amazing job!

    My daughter, the bride, and I went to Allure wanting a modest style dress. Doug showed us a few dresses that were modest but ended up picking one in which we had to have the seamstress add a cap sleeve. I was worried it would look like it was added but there wasn't much else could do. My daughter then flew back to school in another state and then went shopping for bridal shoes. In the corner of her eye she sees her exact dress already made with sleeves! She was shocked. She found out that Allure has an entire line that are modest dresses. Why didn't Doug know this - it's his business?! I then had to convince Doug to cancel the first dress order and rush the second order. At first he said there was nothing he could do. We did get the dress in plenty of time for altering. Then the veil - Doug measured how long the bride wanted her veil to be and the color and trim. The veil came in a week before the wedding. I had my husband pick it up since he worked close by. When I saw the veil it was not the right color, it was too long, and the trim was wrong. Apparently Doug switched two veils and we got another bride's veil. The veil we paid a lot of money for still wasn't right. It had the wrong trim but it was too late to order another one. I would not recommend going to this bridal store. He also does not answer most emails.

    I loved the dress that I bought at Allure Bridal, and it was very reasonably priced. But from the moment I purchased my dress, Allure Bridals made my experience with them extremely challenging and unpleasant. They measured me for a dress without asking what size I wanted (and I, not knowing better, didn't think to ask). They ended up ordering my dress too small so I had to go on a turbo diet 6 weeks before the wedding since it was more difficult to take it out than take it in. I was trying to coordinate so that out of town family could attend my first fitting, but Allure would not commit to a date of arrival or allow me to book a time with the seamstress in advance until the dress was in hand. I had to continually ask when my dress would arrive and every time I would call they had trouble finding my order, said they would call me with an update and never did. When I finally was told they had my dress the seamstress was unavailable when I needed her so my out of town family couldn't come to the fitting. I made a follow up appointment since the dress was too small, and they scheduled it, then called me to cancel and said they could only do one other date when I wasn't available. Ultimately I had to have my mom pick up the dress so we could do follow up fittings with someone else! Again, loved my dress from Allure but their service is TERRIBLE.

    I bought my Maggie Sottero from this bridal shop. Rude staff, which told me they would take an appointment only if you intend to buy?! They forgot an appointment (had to drive an hour to the store to find that out unfortunately), inaccurate information on delivery dates - my dress arrived in 3 months late. Inaccurate quotes on alterations - it increased from $275 to $600(!). The person working there basically said that the seamstress and them are separate. Anyhow I got them done at another shop for half of that price. So my question is why would you give quotes in first place if you don't know anything and don't coordinate that with your in-store seamstress? So unprofessional. Bridesmaid dresses were overpriced in comparison to other places I have checked out. Just trying to focus on how beautiful my dress is and forget that I bought it from here.
