Beautiful Fleet
We booked a sprinter van, SUV and getaway car for our wedding. The vintage Rolls Royce was everything we dreamed it'd be and the champagne service was just what we needed! Amazing!!!
The Rolls from Luxor made for such a unique exit, we are so happy with the quality of the booking and the service was amazing. Jerry was so quick in responding to us, especially during the back and forth from our multiple postponements. Jerry was great to work with and the chauffeur, Steve, was incredible! The 1961 Rolls Royce was a beautiful, classy, and unique touch to my sister's wedding. I ordered the 61' Rolls Royce for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary and the car was perfect. The driver was top notch and the company is very professional. I confirmed a week prior that everything was still good to go. They sent me a text morning of the event to confirm with me again which I liked. Excellent and reliable service and very easy to work with
We hired Luxor to provide 2 large buses and the Rolls Royce Limo for our wedding. They were easy to get in touch with, provided a fast quote and everything was done through email. Service was great, all vehicles arrived ahead of schedule. Limo driver was very friendly and personable, Rolls is fun to be seen in, lots of people shouting congratulations on our way from the church to the reception. Right on time!
We booked a small passenger shuttle so that some of our guests could safely celebrate the night of the wedding, and the driver was absolutely fantastic. Obviously we didn't chat with her a ton (since we were staying at the venue), but at the end of the night we were all at the front of the venue and we managed to have a small exchange. She was so patient about letting us say goodbye to the guests and she got them all there right on time as well. I remember one of my friends telling me that he was very impressed with the driver too. In terms of booking, we talked to Jerry, who was a little bit difficult to communicate with sometimes because it felt like he wasn't fully reading our emails, since we had to repeat information. Very dirty not the way I wanted to end my beautiful night
We had 2 vehicles from this company the first was a suv. Very nice suv nice professional driver. The second vehicle was the Mercedes sprinter limo. This one no where as nice first thing when we got in floor looked like it was not cleaned or vacuum. My wife the bride was trying to play music on the radio and placed her hand on the shelf by the radio and it was all sticky from previous parties. Couldn't get the radio to work All the windows were were dirty. So dirty I wrote my initials on them. As for the stereo- if you want to play your own music you simply pair your phone via Bluetooth. It works great!
Even if you have trouble there, you could always just find a radio station on the dial.

I hired Luxor Limos for my wedding on 4.21.2018. I spoke with Jerry the day I booked it and I detailed the timeline for the day. Basically what I wanted was the limo to pick up the groom and groomsmen, take them to the church, then pick up the bride and bridesmaids and take them to the church, then wait for the bridal party and take everyone to the reception. I confirmed this with Jerry and my wedding planner confirmed this and we both provided detailed timelines for Jerry and the limo driver. However, somehow they got confused and the limo driver never came to get the bride and bridesmaids. This resulted in us being late to the church, guests seeing the bride before the ceremony (since we had to drive ourselves!). Obviously we were extremely disappointed. I had already provided my credit card at the time I booked it and was expecting the charge to be waived since they really messed up. Instead, on my honeymoon, I got a call from Jerry that he needed my credit card to charge me for the limo. He offered me an hour free for the inconvenience. I was unhappy with that and tried to explain what a problem this had caused on an otherwise perfect day. Jerry then threatened to take us to court if we wouldn't pay. We ended up settling on paying 2 hours (mostly I wanted to forget all about this terrible company and enjoy my honeymoon!)
*Jerry later called and said he waived all fees, that he understood the mixup was his fault. did not go well. While Jerry (the owner) did fix it for the return
transportation, we only had one of three buses show up for the initial
ride, The only bus that showed up was the smaller bus that was reserved
for wedding party and family. When we asked about the second 2 buses the
driver acted like we were crazy. We got several strange emails with
invoices from another company which Jerry told us to ignore. We are
wondering if this has something to do with the mix-up. I would use
