  Matt and his team are amazing!

  My husband and I chose Matt and Riley and the Mad Hatter team to cater our wedding. We were able to attend a tasting in the Fall and between that, Matt and Riley's help, and stalking their instagram page, we were able to narrow down our menu. We chose 2 apps, a grazing station, a chicken and a beef dish, 2 sides, and a salad. All of the food was insanely good-my guests are still talking about it months later. My husband and I are also "foodies" and we were very impressed at how easily they made delicious, warm food for 170 people. I didn't even notice them come set up day of (which is great if you're the bride!) and the display was absolutely gorgeous! I will definitely hire them for events in the future!

  Just had Mad Hatter cater my daughter's wedding yesterday. Matt was such a pleasure to deal with. He was quick to reply to any of my messages. His food was amazing!!! We had the pork loin and the chicken, both so good. His grilled vegetables were fabulous. The mac and cheese was yummy. His buffet line was top notch. The one thing I was concerned about was the dinnerware that was provided being plastic. I had so many comments on how nice it looked. I thought it would be clear plastic. It was not. It looked like regular plates. Matt's invoicing and payment page was one of the best ones I worked with of all the venders. He was at the venue an hour prior to the food service time. we had a hard time deciding on the amount of food. If you go with your guest count there will be plenty of food. I so highly recommend Mad Hatter. You will not be disappointed

  Mad Hatter catered a wedding for us for 150+ people at an outdoor venue in June. They were so professional, efficient and fun and easy to work with. The food was AMAZING!! I am still getting compliments months later. Many people said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. The presentation is spectacular as well. Everything was delicious, elegant and beautiful. We will be using them many times in future for business and personal events. They truly exceeded our expectations!

  They showed up on time. The food was displayed beautifuly and it was delicious! We had an outdoor wedding. It wasnt ideal because the venue didn't have a kitchen. But it didnt phase them. My family loved it, which was very important to me, and I still get compliments on the food months later. I'd highly recommend Mad hatter.

  Let me start my saying that there are a lot of choices out there for catering companies and I will never use anyone else but Mad Hatter Catering!!! Talk about going above and beyond!!! We had an outdoor wedding on a 100 degree day! Not only was the food beyond my expectations but Matt, Riley and their entire team went beyond what was required of them! Not only did they keep the food replenished but they walked around checking on our guest and refilling drinks!! The presentation was beyond my expectations! The food was absolutely phenomenal and at the end of the day several of our guests inquired their information to cater future gatherings!!! Mad Hatter Catering is top notch and so easy to work with.... I look forward to working with them again!

  I was recommended by a friend and from planning to food they were better then I could have hoped for, (even on the price). The food was delicious and they were great to work with. They accomadated some special requests we had without flinching. Riley and Chef Matt (the owners) were at my wedding making sure everything was perfect. We had several people comment about how good everything was afterwards especially, my favorite was their rib eye steak, I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for an awesome wedding buffet.

  I would 100% recommend Matt. My husband is a pretty picky eater, and Matt was able to come with a couple of entrees for our reception that he loved. I cannot tell you how many compliments I got on the food at our reception. The presentation, service and taste were out of this world. Thank you, Matt, you made our day even more special!

  Delicious food and amazing service

  Matt from Mad Hatter Catering was extremely accommodating and responsive to my family and I during the entire planning process! Their food was absolutely delicious, we had a cocktail hour with appetizers and then dinner and everyone loved their food! We had so many people raving about their NW Seafood Cakes and the Grilled Flat Iron Steak especially. It was amazing all around. I would definitely recommend Mad Hatter to all of my friends and family for future events. Thank you Matt and your amazing team! :)
