  A Dream Wedding Weekend at Madden's on Gull Lake

  My husband and I recently had our wedding at Madden's on Gull Lake, and we cannot stop raving about what an incredible experience it was. From the moment we started planning, the staff at Madden's proved to be exceptional in every way.
  
  The first thing that struck us was their professionalism and attentiveness. The staff at Madden's were simply amazing, from the initial consultation to the day of the event. They were always available to answer our questions and address any concerns we had. Their good communication made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free, putting our minds at ease knowing we were in capable hands.
  
  As for the big day, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and preferences. They flawlessly executed every detail, ensuring that our vision came to life exactly as we had imagined. Their dedication and passion for what they do shone through, and it truly felt like they were as invested in our special day as we were.
  
  The food was amazing! Our guests are still raving about how delicious everything was. The steak, in particular, was grilled to perfection, and we received numerous compliments on its tenderness and flavor. The au gratin potatoes were a total hit, pleasing everyone, and the desserts from the in-house bakery were both mouth watering and stunning. The entire dining experience was top-notch, and it's safe to say that Madden's culinary team surpassed all expectations.
  
  Beyond the wedding day itself, our entire wedding weekend at Madden's on Gull Lake was a seamless and delightful affair. Our guests loved staying on the property and enjoyed the various amenities and activities available. Whether it was relaxing by the lake or exploring the beautiful surroundings, or heading to the pub for live music, Madden's offered a picturesque backdrop for an unforgettable celebration.
  
  The pavilion at Madden's took our breath away - it was simply stunning and needed minimal decor to shine. Our guests were wowed by its beauty! Having Gull Lake as the backdrop for our ceremony was a dream come true, and the cherry on top was the pontoon cruise we enjoyed with our wedding party during cocktail hour. It was an unforgettable experience!

  Madden's was an amazing location for our daughter's wedding. They were helpful with all aspects of planning, from rehearsal dinner to wedding reception. The food was perfect. We did a casual pig roast for the rehearsal dinner in the pavilion which was perfectly orchestrated. The wedding reception was in the Wilson Bay building. The space was perfect for our 160 guests. The dinner was like we were eating in a 5 star restaurant! The staff was wonderful! We couldn't have chosen a more beautiful venue. Thanks to all at Madden's!

  From the moment we stepped on premise, we were treated with such professionalism and grace, we knew right then we had found our venue. Since booking Kelsey has been so wonderful about responding to any and all e-mail communications, sending photos, videos, and option updates as they come available and helping us stay on track for our date. We can't wait to do our tasting and walk through now that the Lodge is complete. Also- the reservations team has been super helpful for our early bird relatives who have already booked (full invites haven't even gone out!) which just goes to show how excited people are for this getaway weekend. We DEFINITELY made the right choice. I'll update after the event!

  To say Madden's was exceptional is an understatement. The venue was breathtaking, service was top-notch, and food was delicious. Working with Kelsey made planning a wedding easy. There was not a detail left out in the planning process and come day of we had no doubt that everything was going to work out just as we had planned. You can not put a price on peace of mind come wedding day and Madden's gave us that and more! Highly recommend Madden's!

  Helpful staff, beautiful venue!

  We had a great experience with Madden's. Kelsey, the event coordinator, was so helpful and definitely kept us organized. Our wedding was perfect! It rained, so we moved the ceremony inside. It was better than we could have expected! I loved the resort feel and all of our guests could stay in one place. I would recommend getting married at Madden's to anyone!

Responses were a bit slow in the months before the wedding (in part because of a lot of turnover in staff during the year between when we booked the event and it took place), but in the end, everything went perfectly. Our guests raved about the resort and our wedding!
