  Pick Madison!!

  Madison was a great coordinator and florist! Due to covid, we had to think really hard about postponing the wedding for a year. Madison was great at sitting us down and helping us make the best decision for us! Ultimately we postponed. Madison was so kind and gracious throughout the planning process. She has a really nice balance of going with what we envisioned while also offering alternative ideas that may look even nicer! Our wedding was absolutely perfect, in large part due to Madison’s floral and coordination skills!

  Madison MADE our wedding day

  Madison is so personable, friendly, professional, her attention to detail is immaculate. My now husband and I consider Madison to be a friend of ours now. She was so helpful through the planning process, keeping everything straight, including my sanity. When the day of came she blew our expectations out of the water. I never imagined our wedding day being as perfect, not only that but both my husband and I were completely focused on another and our guests because Madison was handling everything in the background making sure it all flowed flawlessly. We are forever thankful for her and are so appreciative of the friendship that has blossomed from her being our coordinator.

  Honest, affordable, eager, and reliable PDX coordinator

  If you are in search of a wedding planner or day-of-coordinator, hire Madison! I recently moved from Portland to the Los Angeles area but wanted my wedding in Portland. I researched and emailed many coordinators before being recommended to Madison. She responded right away and got on a call with my fiancé and me to discuss our wedding vision. We opted to hire her as a day-of-coordinator right away. She also offered to do more planning at an affordable price if we needed it. I appreciated that we could rely on her the month before for any unforeseen issues. But honestly I knew I made the perfect choice when there was a mix-up with the rehearsal ceremony location. We confirmed beforehand via email that we had the space but were told by an employee that there was no record on file and we would be charged if we didn’t leave in 15 minutes. Madison stepped up immediately and told the employee that we had email confirmation and she started sending emails right away. Madison is not afraid to be your advocate when you need it! Being the non-confrontational person I am, I LOVED that she took care of it in an appropriate manner while also communicating that we were not happy with the situation.
  On the day of the wedding, I didn't worry about anything. Madison handled the guests, florals, signage and decorations, banquet servers, hotel employees, my fiancé, family members, murder mystery actors, tarot card readers, etc. There were a lot of moving pieces and she handled it seamlessly. I'm still amazed at our perfect day. Thank you, Madison!

  If you want to enjoy your day to fullest she is the goto person

  I was almost lost in my wedding planning when I met Madison and she took care of every little details. Not only she took care of how I wanted my wedding but she weaved the picture with me and made it look like a fairy tale. She got me all my other vendors through her contact, my florist, catering and they were all wonderful to work with. If you want to be in the best hands she is the person you need

  Low-stress wedding, despite some rain!

  
  Madison was great! I hired her as my day-of coordinator, and she ended up driving up to the Seattle area from Portland the night before so she could also attend the rehearsal dinner. I wasn't even sure we needed a rehearsal, but having her there was extremely helpful for getting my family and friends on the same page and she figured out the timing/spacing we needed for the walk down the aisle pretty much on the first try. She took care of decorating, including making some weather-related judgment calls, so that I had a pretty much stress-free day. I'm sure there were little things I forgot, but she took care of them easily and kept everything moving along. Everything looked beautiful and felt organized throughout the day itself, and I know my guests had a great time!
  
  I will say that I'm a pretty extensive planner to begin with, so Madison maybe had less to do than she would at some weddings. That said, I'm completely confident that she could have handled a much more challenging day and am totally satisfied with my decision to hire her.
