  We have dined at Maggiano's many times and have participated in several events there so we decided to book them for our rehearsal dinner. The food was excellent as always and the servers took good care of our guests. The banquet managers, Filomena and Katie, are easy to get in touch with and are prompt with returning phone calls. They are very organized and reviewed the menu and the details with us ahead of time. I highly recommend using Maggiano's for your special event! Your guests will love the food and you won't be disappointed with the customer service!

  Great food (and lots of it!) Perfect space for a group of 40 for our rehearsal dinner. An intimate size space with enough room to walk around and mingle. Get the family style portions- you can't go wrong with this food and venue.

  Maggiano's was amazing!! They did everything they could to work with me and make my night wonderful!! I would definitely recommend them!!

  Our rehearsal dinner at Maggiano's was wonderful! We had a private room which was a perfect size for our group of about 25. The room had its own bar/bartender and a fantastic group of servers. The food was delicious and atmosphere was perfect. We stayed across the street at the Bridgewater Marriott, so the short walk over was ideal. Would absolutely recommend!

  Maggiano's hosted our wedding ceremony and reception in July of 2009 and we are exceptionally happy with their service. The banquet planners were very thorough and flexible, especially when we realized we'd need another banquet room to accommodate our guests and dance floor.
  Our guests raved about the food and everyone went home happy with plenty of leftovers!

  We had both our ceremony and reception at Maggiano’s in October. Leading up to the wedding date, Maggiano’s was excellent to work with. Katie, in particular, was a gem and very responsive. She also provided excellent suggestions.
  We are very satisfied with how the ceremony and reception went the day of the wedding. There were only two downsides to the day. The first was that we booked a room with a patio and requested the patio be set-up if the weather was nice. Lucky for us, the day was perfect but the patio was not opened up. The second is we requested our meals be packed up to be brought home as neither of us had time to eat at the wedding. The meals did not make it to us unfortunately so we couldn’t enjoy our wedding meal. We did provide this feedback to Maggiano’s and they stated they would like to provide us with the meal but they have not gotten back to us & it’s been a number of weeks.
  Overall it was a great day! From what I’ve been told, the food was delicious and the timing of the meal was great. Our guests enjoyed themselves. We had a luncheon as a reception and it was a great value. I would highly recommend Maggiano’s even with the couple of downsides.

  Maggiano's offers a departure from the usual hotel ballroom with bland food wedding reception. The food is excellent and there are a number of options to fit your budget. The banquet team all worked professionally and anticipated our needs

  We had our Indian Engagement ceremony there. The food was great- no complaints! The main issue we had was that service of food. It was supposed to come out every 30 minutes, but it was very delayed. I think it was because there were multiple events during the time we were holding ours, but that shouldn't be an excuse. The quantity of food was limited- we had tables of 10 people each, and the foods only covered for tables of 5 or 6 instead, and some tables complained to me that they didn't get some of the foods. Overall, it was a good place, but make sure everyone knows what is going on and things are clearly conveyed to management and the staff how you want things and it should be fine.

  I booked a room for 50 people on 5/27/17, they were very nice in letting me set up the room with decorations ahead of time. When the time came for the bar to "open", the bar tender was nowhere to be found, the general manager stepped in, very nice, but the bar was not set up, couldn't even get ginger ale or a glass of cranberry juice. I repeatedly had to suggest to fill water glasses, get my guests hot water for hot tea, get the coffee going... the room had very little if any air conditioning, I was told to open the side door to the outside for ventilation. My guests were then complaining to me about how hot the room was compared to the hallway and the restrooms. My only other option was to get "floor drying fans" out with heavy duty extension cords. I had no option , the room was too hot. My party had floor drying fans out to cool my room a bit, not classy at all. I had 4 servers; a captain, 2 servers and a bartender, and at any given time, I was lucky to have 1 in the room. When I booked my party, I explained that I had 6 people in their 80-90's and would want to make sure they were taken care of. I re-iterated to my captain before the party to watch for those 6 people, and I was doing more watching, than they were. The captain asked many times how things were going, my response was fine.... what was I to say, make a fuss and ruin my daughters engagement party?? You know how to do food, but not events. The sad part about this was that I was very pleased with my other daughters sweet 16 party that I hosted at your facility 5 years earlier, prompting me to book your facility again. I will not be hosting another event at your facility... If you book here, get it in the contract about the temperature of the room and the quality of the servers/bartender.
