I’m telling you they are the real deal and will make your life a million times easier. Christa planned and executed my wedding and I really don’t know how I would have made it happen without her. I am currently on the east coast so having her out there on the west coast planning my SF wedding was a lifesaver. She did so many things for me virtually including taking me on a tour through warehouses to pick tables/chairs/tablecloths and she even went to my cake tasting for me. I told her which flavor combos I was interested in and she tried them and gave me good feedback. Although I was not there I trusted her expertise and she delivered, the cake was delicious.
Wedding planning can be so overwhelming and cause one much stress. Christa alleviated the anxiety I had about wedding planning and made things easy. I was able to take in the process and actually enjoy the little things and special moments and have fun with it. Christa is very organized and has like a master checklist, a budget form, how-to guides, and many materials to make sure that everything is taken care of from A-Z. She makes herself very accessible and is great at communicating. She has the best contacts and can connect you with anyone you need. We used her recommendations for our cake, DJ, florist, balloon artist, photographer, and videographer. Each person she recommended was professional and high quality.
I also love that Christa is assertive (in a friendly way of course) and gets people in place and makes sure everyone’s doing what they need to be doing. The day of my wedding she kept everything on schedule and everyone was where they needed to be, and at the appropriate times. The whole day went smooth. And I as someone who is very particular, someone who notices small details, I felt comfortable enough to relax because I knew Christa was in charge and handling things. She is meticulous and has excellent taste so I was able to sit back knowing that if something did come up last minute Christa had the ability to make an executive decision and make a decision that I would approve of.
I could go on and on because there are not enough words to express how thankful I am for Christa and her team. Even if you have a full concept in your head of what you want for your event and you’re wondering if you need her, yes you do lol. She can take your vision, and with her connections and experience, take your vision to the next level. I would not hesitate to hire Magnetic Magnificent Events in the future. In fact, I hope one day I will have the pleasure of working with Christa again! (P.s. The pictures I uploaded were taken by family, will update this review when I get the professional pictures) -

Christa was our day-of coordinator and she was great to work with. For your big day, you want someone who is charismatic, fast-thinker, and detail oriented...Christa is the answer to those qualities! She has a vibrant energy that puts you at ease because you know she got it all handled. She did a great job making sure our wedding day went super smoothly - it was reported by many of our guests that it was one of the best planned weddings of 2022 that they had attended (which says a lot because there are like a million weddings in 2022..). Christa made our wedding possible! I had already done most of the planning myself, but she came on the scene a couple months before and helped us hammer out all the details, then made sure that everything ran smoothly on the day-of. We were so impressed by how she handled everything calmly and expertly. I truly was able to just relax and enjoy the day - and that was priceless!! Hiring Christa was one of the best planning decisions that I made and I highly recommend her to anyone! -

Christa and everyone at Magnetic Magnificent Events are incredible!! We were having a small and fairly private event, but the venue was pretty big. So I knew that we needed to have someone help us run the event. My husband was not convinced that we needed to spend the money, “everything would work out just fine”. Thankfully I convinced him to hire Christa and her team. They were AMAZING! Every detail was sheer perfection. It was beyond what I could have imagined. She turned my ideas into magical moments for us and our guests. I didn’t have to worry about anything. She had every detail covered. Plus, Christa has an insane work ethic and goes above and beyond what is expected of her. Her team is just as good as she is. What is so wonderful about Christa, is she the calm in the center of the storm. Things could be going wrong all around you, but she is there calm and collected and ready to fix everything. She made our entire wedding party feel like she had our back at any moment. She would appear out of nowhere and make sure you were where you needed to be. Christa was awesome. Multiple calls/zoom meetings before to cover every detail. She was earlier to the event day off, was a professional during the event, and stayed late to close everything out. Couldn't have asked for a better wedding coordinator.Magnetic Magnificent Events's reply:

Amazing experience with Magnetic Magnificent Events
I was so lucky to find Magnetic Magnificent Events to help with planning and day-of coordination for our covid wedding at Seascape Resort in Aptos. We had pushed our date once and decided to go through w/ our 2nd date in the midst of the delta wave. Christa was such a lifesaver in helping manage all the details and curveballs with wedding planning. She was extremely organized and responsive. Dawn helped us day of and was such an angel. She kept everything on track and was so amazing and sweet. I felt so supported by Christa and her team during the wedding and found her to be such a vital part in keeping our day running smooth and stress-free. How do we find the words to describe Christa!?
She was absolutely everything perfect and more!
First, we just want to say she’s the best person in the whole world! She’s kind, sweet, patient, professional, quite hilarious—and the list goes on!
From the beginning, she was easy to talk to. She got to know our vision and we built from there. She worked around what we wanted and our budget. Then she found the best vendors and got everything moving for us.
The communication throughout the whole planning journey was astounding! Everything was always on track and she was always there when we needed her and to answer any of questions or anything!
Can we also add, she was literally the angel we needed when we got hit with the unexpected pandemic and had to postpone our wedding! She took care of everything for us and comforted us that everything was going to be okay and our day would come.
And when it did…WOW!

Whatever you dream of for your wedding day, she turns into reality!
I had never imagined that our wedding day would have been as perfect as it was! People say something always goes wrong at a wedding—NOT TRUE! With Christa, it was beyond perfect and beyond what we dreamed of! She took care of everything and took care of us! The whole day was smooth and we did not have to do a thing! She was the glue that held everything together. She was literally the number one woman who made our day magical. We owe everything to her for giving us the wedding of our dreams!!!
Oh, AND she helped us with our honeymoon! She helped us plan it and she booked it and did literally everything for us for it! It was the best honeymoon ever—thanks again to her:)
We could go on and on about Christa but no review can do her justice!
She took all our worries and stresses away and gave us the best memories of a lifetime! Everyone needs Christa in their lives and would be lucky to have her! We are extremely blessed to have met her and are so grateful for all she’s done and all that she is!

We cannot recommend Magnetic Magnificent Events highly enough! We went through the same nightmare many folks are experiencing; we got engaged in December 2019, planned our wedding for November of 2020, and had to postpone until November of 2021. Christa was amazing throughout and didn't miss a thing through the long, complicated process.
Our venue, the Berkeley City Club, had a list of recommended vendors, and required a day-of coordinator, for which I'm so thankful! Once we talked to Christa, we realized she was exactly what we were looking for. She explained everything so thoroughly and made it clear she would answer any questions that came up along the way. When we had to postpone, she was so supportive and positive.
As the wedding approached, we met again with Christa who went over all the important information. She even reminded us of details we'd forgotten about and kept us on track, as well as putting any doubts or concerns to rest.
The night before our wedding, Christa showed up for the rehearsal and was ready to WORK! She was friendly and professional and wasted no time jumping right in to make our wedding dreams come true. I think she even stayed late without being asked just to make sure every last detail was taken care of. The next day, Christa's associate Dawn was at the venue early getting everything set up perfectly, and I can't stress enough what a comforting presence Dawn was throughout the day. Every time I saw her, she was reassuring and helpful. It was officially the most perfect wedding ever from our point of view, and while I know that behind the scenes some things may have fallen apart, we never knew about it because of Christa and Dawn. My one regret is that we didn't hire them for their full planning services; I know they would have saved me even more stress if I had! Christa was awesome!!
I cannot recommend Christa enough. She was a great addition to our family of vendors on our wedding day. Christa always had great recommendations and only checked in with me on the wedding day when it was absolutely necessary. When i think back to our wedding, she paid attention to every detail that was important to us and helped keep everything on schedule throughout the day. First of all, I highly recommend hiring a day-of coordinator, at the very least, for a wedding. It makes your life so much easier not worrying about vendors, cleanup, dealing with unexpected hiccups. As the bride and groom, all we had to do was show up.
Magnetic Magnificent Events did our day-of wedding coordination for a wine country wedding. We worked with Christa for most of the preparation leading up to the rehearsal, and Julie on her team was our on-site coordinator on the wedding day. Christa was great at ensuring we had our ducks in a row a few weeks before the wedding, working closely with our venue coordinator, wrangling vendors and guiding our rehearsal. She is organized, professional and gave great advice on wedding details. She is all about accommodating your personal style, vision and personalities as a couple. Since wedding stuff was very new to us, it was super helpful to hear her tips on things like how to handle guest photos, tipping vendors or timeline flow, etc.
On the actual wedding day, Julie was our on-site contact. She had 4 sites to coordinate - our church ceremony, cocktail hour next to the vineyard, al fresco dinner on the lawn and dancing in the ballroom. She was fantastic - again professional, organized and on-the-ball. Julie had a knack for always being available for whatever we needed, while being unobtrusive and effortlessly directing the flow discreetly. Efficient. Timely. Organized. Attentive. Calm. Direct.
These are all words to describe the Magnetic Magnificent Event experience with Christa. Christa was officially the Day-of-Coordinator for our City Hall Wedding and Restaurant Reception, but she did so much more. Our event took place in SF, but we were planning from Texas; Christa ensured this was possible by being a great communicator and collaborator with us, our vendors, and our families. Leading up to the event, Christa kindly reminded us of deadlines and simplified the pre-event planning experience for me, so that on the day of our wedding, I could be the bride. She also gave us such fabulous vendor references, so that our event could stay in scope as a simple, fun celebration. During the reception she ensured that my husband and I were fed, hydrated, and happy, while balancing a tight schedule of reception activities. MME is the Key to a Stress Free Event
We were not disappointed by our decision to hire MME for wedding day of coordination services. Before the wedding, Krista was very responsive to our emails. Her thoughtful answers and solutions made us feel confident in her ability to take care of all the wedding day stresses. She made herself available for questions months before the wedding. Her experience and advice came in very handy when unforeseen issues came up in the planning process.
Krista was amazing on the day of the wedding. She worked well with all the other wedding vendors. We don’t think any major issues came up, but we are sure this was all due to Krista’s help in resolving all those issues. She was also a big help in putting together the dessert table, sign-in table, and making sure all other elements of the event was in the perfect place.
By the time the deejay played the last song, Krista had everything packed up for us. She provided a high quality product from beginning to end. We highly recommend Krista to help plan your next event!Magnetic Magnificent Events's reply:

We were hands on in organizing the production, and then were able to pass off *EVERY* single thing we were worried about to Christa - effortlessly. She managed guests, family, requests, the entire program. Her communication is timely, transparent, she sets excellent expectations with everyone involved. Our other vendors loved working with her, and thanks to Christa we were able to enjoy our wedding day fully, without having to worry about anything. 10/10 would hire Christa again for any event.

I hired Christa 2 weeks before our wedding. I had the vision, but the stress leading up to the big day was becoming overwhelming. She immediately took the reins and took care of everything from that moment forward. She achieved the vision I was aiming for, and the wedding was a great success! I never thought I need a wedding coordinator, but hiring her was the best thing I did for myself. She made the two weeks leading up to the wedding and the day of the wedding completely stress free, allowing me to relax and enjoy the process. I would recommend her to anyone looking for someone to help with any type of event. She was always available to answer questions and handle any issues that came our way. Shirly Sent on 09/14/2018We hired Christa as our planner for our wedding at the end of August. We thank God that we made the right choice for our big day. She is very organized and a great communicator. She did a great job on helping me with displaying stuff for my wedding sign in table, dessert table, cake table and dining table. That is exactly what I wanted. Besides, she helped us control the time so that we did not delay too much compared with our original planned wedding timeline. When you hire Christa, you can rest assured that the little things you didn't think of will be taken care of; for example supplying safety pins for the groomsmen. Overall, she really eased a lot of my anxieties for the wedding and did a great job!
