  Such a great experience with Magnolia Productions! My wedding coordinator was Denise. She did a terrific job at helping me coordinate my wedding. She was very professional, always quick response to my emails, and a sweetheart!

  In the beginning, my wife and I were debating on getting a wedding planner, but we finally decided it would be best to have one the day before and day of. Denise was a life saver, she was very flexible with our schedules to make sure we got everything we needed. Everything was set up perfect from the ceremony to the reception. We literally didnt have to worry about anything because we were so confident that Denise would handle it. She was even nice enough to step in unexpectedly and be our Emcee at the reception. Her expertise was extremely helpful in doing a lot of improvising that was necessary. Once again, another life saver that we were blessed to work with!

  I don't even know where to begin with how amazing Denise is. I was referred to Denise by a colleague of mine. Upon our first conversation, I knew she was the wedding planner for me. My wedding was a destination wedding and Denise took care of everything on the ground since I live in NYC. She was professional and thorough and made sure she got the best vendors for my wedding. Equally important was her attention to detail. I was having a multi ethnic wedding and she MASTERFULLY incorporated our Chinese, Puerto Rican, and African American cultures into the ceremony and reception. I had so much trust in her because I allowed her to pick out the floral arrangements because she has a natural instinct for the beautiful. I wish I could share a picture of how gorgeous they came out. On the day of the wedding she was supportive, patient, and made sure the minute by minute battle plan we made was executed with accuracy and grace. Denise is also a chameleon!!--She was able to deal with all of the personalities at the wedding and everyone just raved about how amazing she was. I would recommend Denise for all events, but her wedding skills are top notch!!!

  We found Denise though Wedding Wire. Like many brides, I think I contacted just about every wedding planner to find the one that was right for us. I will say that Denise was different than any other planner we interviewed. While everyone else did send us a cookie cutter package of what they offer and price, Denise did so but asked us a question that no other planner did... She asked what exactly did we want and what did we envision for our wedding. It was about us and what we wanted rather than what she offered. From that moment, Denise worked to make that vision come to life. It is important that I share that at first, even after hiring her, I had difficulties relinquishing control of the planning and was untrusting. It is hard to trust someone that you've never met with something so important to you. Denise was incredibly understanding of my position and continued to work with me appeasing me every step of the way. She earned my trust and so I left it in her hands (best decision!). From that initial conversation, she made herself available through email, calls and texts. She helped me stay within the budget. The entire year of planning she was great with us. The day of she exceeded my expectations! She kept me calm. All the vendors were on point based on her organization and communication. Executions of everything was flawless. I knew she was there for me yet she was invisible. She works very well with other vendors and was flexible to our budget, needs and ideas. She never made me feel like it was a small wedding. She was sweet, kind, organized, incredibly creative, and a great listener. Thanks to Denise, we were able to enjoy the ENTIRE day which was important to us. Highly recommend is an understatement!   We really enjoyed working with Denise. She's organized, personable, and very calming. She met all of our requests the day-of, the #1 request being to make sure the bride/groom were relaxed throughout the day. She's really good at what she does and we would recommend her to anyone.

  I hired Denise as my wedding planner and she went above and beyond our expectations. I was planning my Puerto Rico wedding all the way from California so I needed a coordinator that would be responsive, knew local vendors, and could take care of all the details that I couldn't handle from afar. From day one, Denise was extremely organized and on top of everything. She created a budget for me and helped me stay within it. She suggested many vendors, many of whom I ended up hiring. Through Denise I found my florist, cake vendor, all the rentals, and ceremony musicians and they were all amazing. Denise also helped me tremendously in coming up with the decor for the reception and ceremony. The day of the wedding the room looked exactly how I had envisioned it and my guests couldn't stop raving about how beautiful the room looked. The days before the wedding, Denise took care of all the details and kept int touch with the vendors giving me a stress free wedding weekend. The day of the wedding went about seamlessly and smoothly thanks to Denise's thoughtful planning and attention to detail. If you are looking for a responsible, organized, creative, and thoughtful wedding planner, I would highly recommend Denise! On top of everything she is a sweetie and it was a pleasure to plan my wedding with her.

  Denise came recommended by our reception site, Hotel El Convento. I cannot thank her enough for all of her hard work and flexibility pulling together the wedding of our dreams in Old San Juan. Her attention to every detail was unparalleled. It is not easy to plan a destination wedding with so many unknowns, especially when we had to change the date unexpectedly. Denise's vendor recommendations were excellent and she went above and beyond to help us with a lot of last minute changes/extras. My entire wedding day was more that I could have ever imagined and I owe it all to Magnolia Productions. Denise was so fun and easy to work with and whatever I needed, she was there.
