  An Outstanding Team! Professionalism Embodied!

  The Mahaiwe team are -- simply put -- the best. Lindsay is thoughtful, communicative, and above all responsive; and Lynn is outstanding in her supportive patience. Mahaiwe provided the rentals for my August 2023 wedding and from start to finish no detail went overlooked. Lindsay and Lynn each generously provided advice at some key deciding moments; and throughout the process they were available via email or phone to respond to any questions. I feel very blessed to have had the chance to work with this remarkable team. Lindsay, your professional future is exceedingly bright. Thank you!

  easy to work with, very professional

  Mahaiwe was very easy to work with and communicated well. We kept changing our minds but Mahaiwe always accommodated our requests and helped make our event wonderful! Their work was seamless and stress-free!

  Excellent Service and Rentals

  We were really impressed with Mahaiwe Tent. They were very professional and responsive. Their set up and breakdown teams were prompt and easy to communicate with. They set up for both our wedding and rehearsal dinner during the most hectic hour for my family, the day before the wedding. It would have been easy for them to be annoyed with us, but they were so patient and kind. They initially dropped off the wrong color glasses, but fixed it immediately. I also thought that their prices were very reasonable and fair. We would absolutely recommend this company to anyone.

  Exceptional team and rentals!

  The Mahaiwe Tent team and their rental inventory is top notch- it’s really no wonder they’re the premier rental company in the Berkshires. Our wedding plan changed about 4 times (due to COVID) and they were flexible and helpful offering suggestions every step along the way. Lindsay and Lynn were especially awesome to deal with and took care of every detail. Side note: they saved the day with some last minute rentals for my bridal shower as well! On about 2 hour notice...
  
  We trust this company 100% and will use definitely them in the future.

  Beautiful wedding decor

  During the pandemic my husband and I decided to change our 250+ October wedding to a 19 person backyard event in July. We decided this about 5 weeks before the date we chose. Mahaiwe was not only incredibly accommodating but they worked with our timeline and their products are truly rustic and beautiful. Lynn was always fast to respond and helped us make changes whenever needed. It was a great experience all in all. A plus is how affordable they are for such beautiful products!

  Mother of the Bride.

  It was a wonderful experience planning a small wedding under a tent in a meadow. We got everything from Mahaiwe Tents for a fair price and with excellent advice. Everything went perfectly and looked gorgeous. I wish I had another event to plan with them.

  We have used Mahaiwe Tent 3 times in the past few years for rentals ranging from linens/dishes, tables/chairs, wooden farm tables, and back yard tents. Their staff is really helpful in ordering and advising. Their selection is huge! And their employees have all been excellent, ranging from the office staff to the guys setting up the enormous tents. Highly recommend!

  Book Mahaiwe! Lyn was amazing to work with! She got back to us right away after each of our inquiries. We rented a large century tent, tables, chairs, dance floor, china, glasses, linens, and more & everything was very nice and clean! Prices are better than many of the other rental places we received quotes from. We would definitely recommend Mahaiwe tents & we will use them again! Thank you Mahaiwe!

  Great vendor!

  Mahaiwe Tent is great! They were amazing to work with for our wedding and were so helpful. During our wedding planning process, Lynn and Lindsay answered all of our questions and provided such great advice on how to work within our budget. Everything that we rented through Mahaiwe Tent was great quality and the tent was amazing! We highly recommend Mahaiwe tent for weddings, events and beyond!

  Mahaiwe is fantastic. They were affordable, responsive and provided beautiful furniture and linens for my wedding. We rented a century tent, combination of round tables and farm tables, natural padded chairs with ivory cushions, rustic bar, beige cotton table clothes (for the round tables) and hemstitch white napkins, dance floor, bandstand, Everything looked beautiful!

  We rented our tent, tables, chairs, and all tableware and catering equipment from Mahaiwe. I cannot say enough positive things about every aspect of the rental process. From start to finish, Lynn was absolutely wonderful to work with. We had a very large event, with many adjustments in tent size and quantities along the way, and she could not have been more accommodating. The quality of the tent and other rentals, plus Tom's expertise in tent installation was outstanding. I cannot recommend Mahaiwe Tent more highly!

  When we met with Lynn at their office/storage facility she was quick to follow our vision and had great recommendations for our needs. Once we had settled on our desired rentals, Lynn took it from there. As the big day approached I was able to check in with our venue and Mahaiwe, who were also regularly in touch with one another to make sure nothing fell through the cracks. We also went back and forth on an extra tent for rain coverage, and Lynn didn't bat an eye when we left the decision up to the very last minute.
  
  For anyone getting married in the Great Barrington/larger Berkshires area Mahaiwe would be a tremendous asset to your day. They seems to be incredibly well connected and familiar with the area's event scene.

Lynn was so easy to work with as we adjusted our order over a period of a few months - she was very helpful, responsive, on top of everything, and coordinated with our caterer on her own. Everything was beautiful and in perfect condition. They even sourced linens for us that they did not have in inventory. The manner in which the crew set up was quick and meticulous.   Mahaiwe Tent was easy to work with and gave us what we wanted for our outdoor wedding. They were very accommodating and brought the tent a few days early for us to decorate and let us change the size days before.

  We used Mahaiwe Tent for rentals for our summer wedding. They had a wonderful range of items to select, which came in handy since we had to bring everything in to our outdoor location. Lynn and Tom were helpful and very responsive to our questions. They made the entire process a breeze, by seamlessly coordinating with our caterers and other vendors and helping us set things up exactly as we wanted. We were also able to make multiple additions and subtractions to our order along the way, which was very helpful since number of guests, or general decorating ideas evolved throughout our planning process.
