  Makayla Rae Photography is amazing! She is so fun and easy going and makes standing in front of a camera so much easier. She makes you forget you are posing for pictures and makes it all about you. Her photos are wonderful quality and you get so many to choose from. My husband and I go to her for everything from engagement and wedding photos to family pictures to maternity pictures and she has rocked them all! Thank you so much Makayla Rae for everything you have done and continue to do!!

  I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Makayla! From the minute Makayla got out of the car at our engagement session, I knew we made the best choice. She totally knew how to make us feel comfortable and joked with us throughout the entire session. Then on our wedding day, Makayla was an absolute dream come true! She knew what I was thinking even before I said it and took SO much stress out of the day for me. She helped to organize what seemed like 300 family members for pictures, all the while checking in with me and honestly felt like another friend along with me that day. I couldn't imagine having anyone else as my photographer and am absolutely obsessed with our images. Makayla truly has a heart of gold and is one of the very best. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

  Makayla was highly recommended to me by a close friend when I was in search of a wedding photographer a year ago, and boy did she hold up to her praises! Makayla was extremely flexible, easy to work with, made picture taking fast and fun for my less than photogenic husband, had fun with our wedding party while taking photos, and was always more than willing to work with our crazy ideas of pictures we wanted. We could not have been more pleased with the end results of the beautiful outdoor wedding she helped us capture, this truly is her niche. Now, a year later, we continued to utilize Makayla's services as we welcomed a baby girl into our family. If you are in search for an amazing outdoor photographer to help capture you're perfect day and make it as stress free as possible, Makayla is your girl.

  I stumbled across Makayla when I was in a friend's wedding. We hit it off and I knew right then that once I got engaged she was the one who I wanted to capture mine and my husband's story. She came to our home and took our engagement pictures and was down to drive all over the countryside to take our wedding photos. Even when we had to change our wedding venue, she was willing to go wherever we ended up! Makayla took our newborn/first look photos in the hospital -- Even though it was her son's birthday, she stopped by the hospital on their way to celebrate! The story that Makayla is able to capture and tell through her lens is truly incredible. Her kind heart, laid back personality, and personable demeanor can make anyone comfortable in front of the camera!!

Her up-beat and positive personality helped to put everyone at ease and made taking pictures that much more enjoyable. Throughout the process Makayla was extremely helpful and flexible and willing to go above and beyond to assure our day was captured perfectly. I can't recommend Makayla Rae Photography enough, it is a decision you will not regret!

  Kayla completely exceeded our expectations! As a young bride, I had limited experience in this field; she was so informative and helpful when planning our engagement and wedding day! She is professional, honest, down-to-earth, and SO talented. Above that, she treated us like friends since the moment we met, and we could really feel how personal and comfortable she is when working. She has a passion for capturing families' special moments, and she absolutely does a brilliant job. Since our wedding day, we've done two Anniversary sessions with her! We LOVE her and would recommend her 100%!

  Makayla made our wedding day SO perfect and gave us so many incredible images so we can always remember our day! She spent the entire day with us and made sure to get shots of everything! She knows the day is all about YOU and she does everything she can to make the process go smoothly. If there are specific shots you want she will do them, if you want a TON of photos (like me) or not many photos at all she will work with whatever you as a couple want. She also got our entire wedding album back to us in just a couple of weeks. She is just down right AWESOME!! :)

  Makayla was such a joy to work with! She made sure to make the day about us and incorporate things that were important to us as a couple! She took time to get to know us, and is just the sweetest! We have used her for all our family photos as well!!
