  Love love love Kelly!

  I could not have done my perfect wedding without Kelly! She literally saved me so much stress and allowed me to keep my sanity over months of helping to plan my special day. I cannot rave enough about this woman and how patient and sweet she was. Especially since I am a very indecisive person who knows absolutely nothing about weddings lol
  If you’re thinking about having a wedding planner.. DO IT. Her recommendations on floral (Ms. Patty) was phenomenal as well!! I have never seen such beautiful flowers and bouquets that matched beautifully.

  We can't thank Kelly enough!!

  We hired Kelly from Make My Day Special as our wedding day-of coordinator, and we give her our highest recommendation. We got married on 3/28/2022 and she saved the day multiple times. I can't imagine what we would have done without her. She notified all my vendors when last minute changes needed to be made to the guest list and timeline, she hand delivered my bouquet when my floral team forgot to, and when our DJ fell through on the day of the wedding, she found us a replacement DJ at a moment's notice and ensured we had seamless DJ services for the entire wedding. We didn't have to worry about a thing! Don't hesitate, just hire her! We're so glad we did. Thank you again, Kelly!!!

  AMAZING Experience with a PHENOMENAL Wedding Planner!

  Kelly is an awesome wedding planner. She is so incredibly organized and truly cares about what you want on your wedding day. She is always available for a phone call when making those many small decisions of your big day and provides numerous options and ideas for all facets of the wedding day. Kelly is not only an amazing wedding planner but just the most sweetest person you will meet in this process. I was mostly sad that our big day was over because I did not get to see Kelly as much or talk to her as much, as she had become such a sweet friend to my mother and I! I had numerous comments after our big day saying it was the most smooth going wedding and most organized wedding they had ever been to. Both my fiance and I had no worries leading up to and on our wedding day. Kelly truly is phenomenal at what she does and you will not regret hiring her!

  Kelly is amazing!!! I cannot believe how smooth and stress free our wedding was! Kelly is a master of her job and eased any of my worries instantly. I was blown away by the decor of the outside and inside. We planned and went over ideas And even saw some of the decor but to actually see it all come together the day of the wedding was awesome! She set up such a special memorial for my dad on the beach using his surfboard. Meant so much to me.
  She is so organized and kept me on track. It was especially helpful having a wedding planner since I don’t live in the same city as venue. I would highly recommend hiring Kelly!! Well worth the money! Her husband, Brett was great too and I loved our ceremony that he officiated! Both are very approachable and down to earth good people.

  I can not say enough about Kelly’s services. She is the ultimate professional. I hired her for month of services mainly because once I found her I had most all my vendors lined up. Had I known what I know now, she would be my first contract signed. She went above and beyond especially when we had to move venues after Hurricane Michael. Every thing I wanted she made happen even when I asked for a different venue set up than had been done before. She made the experience so much less stressful than I heard other brides describe. Every vendor we used who worked with her for the first time was truly impressed by her professionalism and attention to detail. I cannot adequately expression my recommendation of her other than to say hire her and you will not regret it.

  Both Kelly and Bret, owners of the impressive business, did a phenomenal job on our wedding day! Right from the beginning, their guidance, and support along with the tremendous amount of organization these events takes, made our day perfect! From the beautiful decorations, outstanding vendor choices, the wonder flower suggestions, to the remarkable patience they both showed us on what would normally be a stressful day. I would truly recommend them to anyone who is looking for knowledgeable, professional, courteous perfect day makers!

  From the beginning to the end ( complete with rain in a planned beach wedding) she handled all situations with professionalism, calm and always had a resolution. By the way, despite rain and wet sand, it somehow cleared just before it had to in order for the plans to go through and we had a beautiful ceremony on the beach and a spectacular reception.
  
  She made the process stress free and fun. Thank you Kelly for giving our daughter the wedding of her dreams and us the ease of having you handle all the issues all the while offering guidance at each phase. I wish we could clone you, so Atlanta would have the benefit of your skills.

  Kelly was absolutely wonderful! We managed to pull of the most perfect wedding and 95% of our conversations were via phone and email. We flew in from Louisiana the week of the wedding to get married in PCB, FL. She made my whole weekend as easy as possible. I can't imagine having to do do all of that without her. Everything was so incredibly beautiful, and she really did turn my wedding vision into a reality! She was such a blessing!

  Cassandra & I had a beautiful wedding that our guests continue to talk about. It was amazing. Not only was Kelly patient with us during planning, she refereed our interests and provided us with a great wedding day that exceeded our expectations.   This crew was awesome on the rehearsal & wedding day. They made sure all of the details were taken care of and as the bride, I didn’t have to worry about it. With rain storms threatening my outside ceremony they worked with us until that last minute to make it happen. It was gorgeous and went as smooth as possible. The ceremony was everything I ever wanted with the readings & wording that was put together for us by them. Their dedication to the bride was amazing and greatly appreciated. These are good folks and I would ask them to coordinate my next party or anything else just to use them again. Thank you Kelly, Bret, & Lauren so much!

  Before hiring Kelly, I planned every single aspect of my wedding and I even hired all of my own vendors (venue, band, photographer, florist, hair/makeup). Kelly did not plan any of it or help in that department. Our goal in hiring Kelly was primarily for day-of help since my venue's event planner is never present at its events.
  
  PROS: Kelly is very nice and extremely generous knowing we were on a strict budget. She graciously offered up several of her own things without charging us, such as vases for our centerpieces, a sweetheart table, Mr.&Mrs. marquee sign, cake cutting utensils, sheers/ribbon for our arbor, and a basket/rug for shoes on the beach. Also, Kelly's husband Brett helped out free of charge on the day. We love Brett; he is very nice! Kelly filed our marriage certificate for us (super helpful and appreciative) and also picked-up/returned our cupcake tower rental.
  
  CONS: Her fee and contract promised hands on help and full-month-of coordination, but we feel we didn't get this. Her final payment was due a month before wedding and for us her work and mistakes day of the wedding didn't warrant her final balance. She was always a few minutes late to the few meetings we had. Our final month-out meeting she tried to reschedule because she had friends in town. This showed me her priorities and made me feel not important. We did end up having the meeting as scheduled.
  
  Wedding day mistakes: oversights with final billing from the venue (extra hours fees), corsage given to my officiant not my terminally-ill aunt/godmother who traveled a great distance for our wedding, hair/makeup start time was changed/never communicated to me (lady showed up 1 hr early day of), venue room setup of tables/space, dance floor issues, favors arranged messy (groom fixed morning of), cake cutting at the wrong time, incorrect VIP ceremony seating, room not cooled properly, wrong cupcakes, and my items were returned over 2 weeks after the wedding.

  Kristen, I had no idea you were dissatisfied with my services, as there was never any discussion or mention of any of the issues you address in this review. I wish you would have spoken with me so we could have come to what hopefully would have been a satisfactory resolution. In fact, the day following the wedding I received a "THANKS A MILLION" and "Everything was wonderful" text message from you. Had I known that day or the night of the wedding you were upset, or even the following day or week, I certainly would have done my best to remedy the situation. I accept full responsibility for the mistake with your aunt's corsage, as well as the cake cutting occurring at the incorrect time. I apologized profusely for both of these mistakes, and offered to send your aunt a fresh flower arrangement as apology. I still offer the fresh flowers, I know it cannot replace the mistake that was made day of, but I would love for her to have something beautiful to look at in her home to show my remorse for this mistake. The cake cutting was my mistake, and for that I am very sorry. Again, I did not realize it was so upsetting for you, or I would have offered a possible resolution. The other issues you list took me by surprise, as none of them were brought to my attention until the posting of this review. Honestly, I feel many of your cons are unfair and unfounded. I am available to discuss any and all issues you have regarding my service for your wedding. I have left a message on your voicemail, and welcome the opportunity to speak directly with you to see if I can provide a satisfactory solution. I view every wedding as a learning experience, I am constantly learning new things, and I strive to continuously improve my service. I count on fair and honest feedback in order to learn and improve. I hope we can speak privately soon.
