  Absolutely nailed every detail.

  First I booked my trail, immediately fell in love and booked for the wedding. Let me tell you how talented Natalia is and how reasonably price her services are. I shopped for hours and hours when I finally stumbled on Makeup by Pink on Wedding Wire. My trail I looked amazing but somehow I looked eve better the day of my wedding. All the girls hair and make up was done flawlessly. Everyone looks stunning. Thank you Natalia for all your hard work!!

  Amazing experience! So professional and makeup was flawless!

  It was such a pleasure having Natalia do our bridal makeup! She is SO talented! The foundation matched me perfectly (it’s so hard for people to match me) and the makeup lasted ALL DAY! I would 100% hire her again for any event!

  Comfortable, great service and outcome

  I was super strategic and specific when looking for a makeup artist. Natalia met all my expectations. She was professional but also fun. I enjoyed our conversation that we had too. It was important to me to feel comfortable. I truly love her work and everyone in my bridal party looked amazing. She listens to her clients desires, works fast ending with great long-lasting results. Thank you Natalia. And thank you to her assistant Micheal too for great customer services.

  Phenomenal make up and hair!!!

  I can't say enough good things about this company and Natalia specifically! She nailed it on my trial and wedding day as well!! She did all of my now step-daughters, hair and make up also! She really is the consummate professional! She arrived early, got all the girls done flawlessly, and really made the day perfect for an out of town bride like myself.

  Wonderful experience

  Natalia and her assistant Crystal did an awesome job for my bridal hair and makeup, mother of bride, mother of groom, bridesmaids, and flower girl. They were extremely professional, efficient, and fun. I cannot recommend them enough.

  Natalia is AMAZING and SUPER TALENTED at what she does!

  Natalia Rosado is an incredible makeup artist. She came highly recommended, and she was very accommodating in traveling to my house for my makeup trial. I had her come the day of my engagement photo shoot, and was so happy that I did that, because she did such an incredible job on my makeup, which was airbrushed (highly recommend for lost-lasting wear) and looked beautiful in the engagement pictures. I knew I had to hire her for my wedding day hair and makeup for myself and my bridesmaids. Unfortunately, due to uncontrolled and understandable circumstances, Natalie was unable to do hair and makeup on my wedding day; however, she was super amazing in reassuring me that she had already arranged someone else to show up in her place and gave me the girl’s website to provide more reassurance that she was a great replacement. I am super grateful that she did that to help ease my anxiety in not having to find a replacement myself on such short notice. Thank you for everything that you did and I will definitely keep in touch and use her and this company again for any special events that I have in the future.

  Makeup that last forever!

  We are very happy with Makeup By Pink. She capture the look that I was aiming, for both my hair and makeup. My bridesmaids looked amazing as well. Our makeup lasted the whole event (3pm-10pm). We all cried and our make up was still intact. She has a beautiful personality. Prices are good too. Definitely recommend ❤️

  Great to work with!

  I was an out of town bride that was planning a wedding thousands of miles away. Robin and Natalia were able to fit me in with only 2 weeks notice. I had Robin for my trial and she took her time and always asked for my opinion in colors, make up styles, etc. She was patient and very professional during the trial.
  Day of the wedding, I had Robin once more and she nailed my look. She is very talented and made my ladies and I look gorgeous. She was on time and ready to go! The make up itself (regular, not airbrushed) did not budge during a very humid June with me being outside all day. After 14 hours, nothing moved, melted, or smudged!
  I also want to give a shout out to Natalia for being an excellent communicator and always being available for questions! Thank you both so much!!

  Scam artist

  We scheduled her for our wedding which ended up being canceled due to Covid in 2020. She offered us a credit which was so nice and fair. When we tried to reschedule her, she doubled the price so it ended up being exactly full price again. Total scam artist. I would never recommend her

  First I would like to apologize for making you feel this way towards our company, we take much pride in our impressions we make on our clients! Since 2020 our makeup and hair prices have increased $20 for traditional makeup and hair and $40 for airbrush due to inflation on beauty supplies, shipping on supplies, gas, commute fees, etc. We have struggled to keep up with the new way the world works all while accommodating our clients and our employees to make sure everything stays fair and honest. We held the credit paid in 1/2020 which was only 50% of the original total. We are one of few who were adjusting dates and applying credits after this nation took a massive hit with COVID.
  
  We hope that you would reconsider your review as we are not scam artists, we are a people oriented, small business who feels honored to service any hair and makeup for any bridal event!

  Brides beware!

  I booked this company on 1/15/2022 for my 2/19/2023 wedding by paying a deposit of $416 (50% of the total bill for 8 traditional makeups and one airbrush makeup) I set the date for my trial when I signed my contract also. When I emailed to verify the location of the trial about a month out I was informed I was not on the schedule for my bridal shower day and I could schedule something but they had no availability on my requested day. I finally had to screenshot the contract with my trial date on it to get them to do my makeup at the agreed upon date. This was in November. On 1/13 (a month before my wedding day) I received a text message from them saying Natalia (the owner and makeup artist) had surgery scheduled for 2 days before my wedding and could not do my makeup anymore but she found someone else that could do my makeup but when I looked up her Instagram there was not a single makeup client on there. I requested a refund that day. On 1/17 I received a text saying they processed my refund and I would have it in 24-48 hours. I then received an email on 1/19 saying that the request for a refund was denied through square because she had a new bank account. I received another email on 1/23 saying square denied the refund for a second time because the transaction was expired and she asked me if I could accept apple pay which I said I would. She did not process this Apple Pay transaction until 1/31 after multiple attempts to call her and text her and email her with no reply. I could not even complain about it because in her contract it states “if we are made to feel uncomfortable in anyway, or mistreated, or if anyone becomes abusive/violent or displays any offensive behavior, We have the right to cancel the contract without refund” so I could not even complain out of fear I would make her feel uncomfortable and I would not get my refund. This is an unacceptable way to run a business and I wish this upon no future bride. Please beware when booking this company.
