  Beautiful Chapel. So quaint and Romantic. Bradenton is so fortunate to have this Historic Jewel.

  Manatee Village was the perfect place for our small afternoon wedding. Their wedding coordinator retired in the middle of our planning, but Phaedra jumped in and was extremely helpful and responsive.
  It's a beautiful location, and we couldn't have been happier with our day!

  We had our ceremony at the historic church in this park, and it was adorable. The entire park is so cute, and our guests had a great time before and after the ceremony exploring the different buildings and areas. Mr. Adams, the caretaker, is a sweet older man who answered every question we had and was great to work with. This church is not air conditioned, but for our April evening wedding, it was fine. When you book the church, you get one hour on Friday night for your rehearsal, and two on the day of your wedding for the ceremony. Needless to say, you need to make sure you have a photographer that is comfortable taking the formal pictures as quickly as possible. I had secretly hoped that once the day rolled around, the timing issue wouldn't be a big deal, but they are really sticklers about this, so be prepared. I am so glad we chose this church for our wedding!

  The Historical Church was absolutely the prefect place for our ceremony. The church has so much character, and charm, we feel in love with the whole park the first time we saw it. The people working there were more than accommodating throughout the whole planning process, even when I would call and ask weird questions. The staff was also very knowledgeable about the parks history. They told us that since the church didn't have a central aisle, it was actually called the wedding circle in the past. The one aisle symbolizes your old life, and the other aisle symbolizes the new journey you take as husband and wife. I loved it!

  This was an absolutly Beautiful setting for us ..... as i walked up the front steps and started down the isle it was almost like stepping back in time ..... I woulnd not change a thing it was truely perfect. The curator and security staff were ther eto help with what ever needed to be done to help keep us on schudle
