Dreams come true
I have been to many many bridal shops in the past, both with friends and as a bride to be. Not once did I ever feel like more than a sale, until I met Kait, Kassi, and the dream team at Marcella’s. They listened to what I wanted, brought out options as well as I picked my own to try on. Kait and Kassi both kept my spirits up in the way that none of the dresses I tried on, matched the feeling of my senior prom dress, until Kait said, let’s try something different, and pulled out a dress I never thought I’d put on due to my body shape. The moment I looked in the mirror and started crying, Kait did too. between the conversations and flexibility to work on payments and just get to know you, they become like family. Even if they aren’t there to experience you’re wedding day with you, they’re there for it all, because they CARE in the deepest of their hearts. I will always recommend Marcella’s over any bridal shop in town. when you’re there, you’re family. -

Wedding.
The word still brings makes my stomach drop and my cheeks pink with anxiety. I remember the day walking into Marcella's with a cloud of disappoint pre forming, as the two other shops had already been lacking in unique style.
I thought, I'll give this one more shot, before I just buy a plain white dress, since clean lines seemed only appropriate, since my off beat style was not found in Spokane. Or so I thought.
After the 5th dress in Marcella's dressing room, I felt the tight lump in my throat, and the corners of my eyes threatening to let go of the water they formed. The sales rep quickly told me to sit tight, and she would be back.
It was then I met Marcella, her kind smile gave me hope. She said that she wouldn't let me leave unhappy, and that she understood how important this was to me. As I stood on the pedestal in front of the mirrors I tried to muster a smile, but still was not satisfied. I felt guilty for being so high maintenance, and I didn't want anyone to fuss, but Marcella wouldn't have that. She grabbed my hands and said 'I want you to give me your worries. You are not an off the rack type of girl. You are not going to find a dress here you will like. But, what I would like to do is make one for you.'
I was stunned. I probably let out a scoff and said 'I can't afford that' thinking it was a joke. Then she discussed the budget and said that she could do that.
A couple of weeks later, I walked in with papers in hand. I had sketched two dresses that I wanted, each very different styles. Marcella worked with me and helped me understand which we could make that would benefit my body shape, budget, and style. Marcella worked tirelessly ensuring I was satisfied with every piece of the dress, and patiently calmed the inner bridezilla.
Some would call her a miracle worker. Some would call her an angel, or a fairy godmother. Whatever Marcella is, it's clear that her kind, honest, and loving heart is otherworldly, and we are all better for it. Thank you for making my dream come true. -

They helped make the process easy! They listened to me and found me a great dress! When the manufacture discontinued the dress they waved alteration fees to fit the one I tried on. They were so great!!! -

Wonderful Experience!!
I could never express how much I enjoyed my experience here. The customer service is wonderful. They answered all my questions and helped me design a wedding dress that was absolutely STUNNING!! Marcella made sure every detail was perfect on my dress! Also have to give a shout out to Kassi for all her help through the whole process. I recommend Marcella's to ever bride for an experience they will never forget. -

Marcella and Kassi went above and beyond to help me find a wedding dress that was “me.” When they saw that there were aspects of dresses I liked and didn’t like, they literally designed a custom dress on me that was perfect! Both were very personable, responsive to what I was wanting, and intentional about and creative with helping me put together the dress in the most inexpensive way possible. They even worked around my inability to come back for fittings. I felt very at peace choosing to have my dress made by Marcella. -

Finding my white wedding dress while I was visiting my mom over winter break this past year, meant a lot to me. I'm so glad that we were able to share that experience at Marcella's Bridal!! Marcella and the rest of her staff were amazing! The dress was fantastic quality and was tailored perfectly for my wedding this past week! They are perfect for a variety of price ranges and they make the whole experience relaxing! The dress was in such perfect condition even after flying all the way from Spokane to Connecticut, that it did not even need to be steamed! Thank you again Marcella's Bridal team! We really couldn't have asked for a better experience! -

Where do I even begin?! This was the best of four wedding dress places I visited. Cassie and Marcella are so absolutely lovely. Everyone that I encountered there was wonderful as well! My dress was gorgeous. It's actually a strapless dress, and then the bolero scoop neck vest was made for me by them as well. I got to pick the lace, and help design it. I also asked them to add in a sequin layer in the skirt of my dress that I provided, and they did that, no problem. It turned out just beautiful. HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!! -

We were late for our appointment and the staff were all busy, but then Marcella herself came out to get us situated. We had been to two other stores prior and she asked me to show her the dresses that I had liked at each place and why. After doing that, she was able to combine elements from both of my favorite dresses into one that was still within my budget. -

Everyone there was so amazing! Love the feel! They really make you feel special and a part of their family! The owner came in so see my dress and really makes you excited even more! Love marcellas ans would definitely recommend it! -

User2232884 Sent on 07/19/2015The girls were nothing short of amazing every time that I there from the initial trip, to the fittings and finally to pick up my dress. I tried another bridal store and the treatment didn't even compare to Marcella's.
My dress was one of Marcella's designs. She was so willing to work with me to make a couple of changes that I wanted. They not only make a bride feel special and beautiful, but you can tell that they truly mean it.
