  Absolutely wonderful

  Mariah captured exactly what we wanted for our memories and I have so many beautiful pics - I don't even know which ones to print!! Some fun model shots, some beautiful and dramatic shots, but mostly pictures of us happy and laughing and enjoying the weekend with our friends and family. Mariah is an absolute joy to work with - extremely responsive to any concerns, super flexible, and she truly enjoys her work.
  Communication was really good - she quickly responded to any concerns we had and showed that she really cared about us as customers.
  On-time, usually slightly early.
  Was super patient with us, directed us well, and kept us going through any longer stretches of photographs.
  She has lots of fun and creative ideas!!
  I can't wait for another excuse to have a shoot with her again!!

  You will not be dissapointed!

  Mariah is a good friend of mine and I am so lucky to have had her for my wedding! Mariah had a ton of energy throughout the entire day. She has a good vision for how the day should look and shots that should not be missed. Her second shooter Ben was also amazing! She was willing to meet several times before the wedding to discuss how the day would look and make sure any specific shots that you would want would be included. She is super friendly and professional. I would highly recommend her for your wedding!

  Fun, easy and quality

  During the photoshoot, she and her assistant was so warm. Welcoming and easy to work with. Mariah, my husband and I go way back. We all went to the same college. It has been about a decade since we seen her but when we saw her, her kind and friendly personality made us feel like it was just yesterday that we hung out. Her work is amazing. She is incredible at capturing candid shots and any memories you want captured. She definitely has the vision and talent. 100% recommend her!

  It’s very rare to meet a person and instantly become overwhelmed with joy and confidence that your friendship will blossom for years to come. Of course, that happened when I met William; from the first, second, and third times our eyes locked before he approached me and never left my path. Never did I expect it to happen at my cousin’s beautiful wedding last June when I met Mariah Joy.
  The wedding day could not have been more perfect. Having complete confidence in your photographer and assistant is such a blessing! Not once throughout the day was I concerned that I wouldn’t get the perfect shot! She even approached me and said calm reminders such as “Hey!-you had told me you wanted to get a photo here or of this—should we go do it or skip it?” That is the thing about Mariah-- she gets to know you and your fiancé and your vision for the wedding day. She spends the time and effort to make sure she knows what the bride wants and how to bring her peace and comfort at such a beautiful, chaotic time in your life. She captures the beauty of EVERY person so naturally. We had so much fun with Mariah the weekend of the wedding!
  When Mariah posted a sneak peak of the photos two days after the ceremony, I fell to my knees sobbing with joy! I never, ever imagined that I would have a PERFECT photo! Well, I not only had one. Every single photo I look at takes my breath away! I am speechless, absolutely overjoyed, and forever grateful to this beautiful pure spirit that is Mariah Joy.
  Mariah Joy is a natural. That is the bottom line—all I can say when I describe her photography. She makes every person feel beautiful and alive, inside and out. Mariah is extremely professional, AMAZING at her job, a JOY to be around, and most of all, a forever friend!
  For any couple/family/individual seeking a photographer, I PROMISE YOU, you will be nothing but overjoyed with Mariah’s beautiful photography. Her talent is undeniable.

  Mariah is absolutely amazing! Words cannot describe my experience with her. She truly loves what she does, which shows through her extraordinary work. She's personable and incredibly talented, and captured a lot of "raw emotion" shots of my wedding guests as well as my husband and me, something I truly admire. She also went above and beyond any expectation I had for my vendors. She took the time to get to know our family, friends and wedding party by attending our rehearsal dinner. She even stayed until the very end of our wedding even though I didn't schedule her to do so. She is full of life, and is someone I'm glad was able to share in our wedding day.

  Mariah has been such a FUN part of our wedding! One very important element that I used to hire each one of my vendors was that they were going to make my day ENJOYABLE. We truly enjoyed our time with her and her team. We especially enjoyed her creativity throughout the process so that our theme echoed in the engagement session and the wedding itself. She was always accessible by phone, text or email when we needed her. I would not trade her service for anyone. The pictures turned out wonderfully!

  Mariah Joy Photography is perfect! If you are looking for some one with a creative eye to meet your individual style, you have found it!
  From the beginning, Mariah walked through my desires for the photographs, what her boundaries were during the ceremony, who was in the wedding party and family and what specific shots I wanted. Mariah is very professional in the prep work, during the wedding and with getting the photos to you. She also has great customer care, making sure your needs and desires are being met.

  I only give a 4 on professionalism because my wedding was so casual! And 4 out of 5 was the perfect amount of professionalism for our setting.
  Mariah really captured the feel of our wedding. She was gifted at giving directions; I was concerned family pictures were going to take a long time because it can be difficult to get a lot of people under control, but Mariah took the reins and prevented the picture taking time from being stressful!

  I only give a 4 on professionalism because my wedding was so casual! And 4 out of 5 was the perfect amount of professionalism for our setting.
