    Amazing florist!

    I had an amazing experience working with Alyssa at Marilyn’s Flower Shop for my wedding flowers. From the initial consultation to the final delivery, she exceeded all of our expectations and created the most beautiful arrangements that truly made our wedding day special. Alyssa was knowledgeable, creative, and gave us great advice on how to make our ideas come to life.

    The quality of the blooms and the attention to detail were exceptional, and they perfectly complemented the theme and color palette of our wedding. She even provided some extra flowers that we used to decorate the table around our wedding cake, which was a really nice touch.

    Overall, I cannot recommend Alyssa at Marilyn’s Flower Shop enough. If you're looking for a talented, creative, and responsive florist who will go above and beyond to make your wedding day truly special, they are the one to choose! Thank you again for making our day so beautiful and unforgettable.

    Loved working with Alyssa

    I could not be happier with the job that Marilyn’s Flower Shoppe did with my wedding. Alyssa was the only florist who I spoke to who took the time to sit down with me and show me flowers and pictures, and this made me very confident that we were on the same page. Their pricing was competitive with the other florists. Based on the pricing and my comfort level with Alyssa (which I didn’t have with any other vendor, a phone or online consultation just did not feel the same), we went with Marilyn’s. Alyssa was a joy to work with every step of the way. She went out of her way to be helpful and flexible. They were on time and did a beautiful job. It was exactly what I envisioned and I could not be happier. After the wedding, the bouquets and centerpieces stayed fresh for over a week. Marilyn’s Flower Shoppe was easy to work with, did a beautiful job, and I would highly recommend them.

    Wonderful choice for wedding flowers!

    We had the pleasure of working with Alyssa for our wedding flowers. She was WONDERFUL. She listened so thoughtfully to exactly what we were envisioning and the end result exceeded all my expectations. My bouquet was breathtaking and I got so my compliments on the centerpieces. Alyssa really went above and beyond to accommodate exactly what we wanted and it made everything perfect!

    I cannot say enough great things about Marilyn's! They took such great care of us from the moment we walked in the door. Each staff member I met and spoke to was SO helpful, kind, and friendly. They are so professional and take the time to really understand your tastes and preferences. My flowers were by far the best part of my wedding. Thank you Marilyn's!

    By far the best florist! They put so much love into their work and it truly shows!! Their work is an art form. They did our wedding and the flowers were incredible. Everyone could not stop talking about our gorgeous bouquets, center pieces, etc. Words cannot express how happy we are that we chose them for our florist.

    Marilyn's was right down the road from the church where I was married. They were reasonable in price and willing to do anything we wanted but didn't hesitate to point us in the right direction. The people were very nice and beautiful flowers were waiting for me at the church.

    Beautiful, Perfect Flowers

    I grew up in Rockaway and being able to use and support a local small business for such an important day in my life was a decision I felt really good about. And the final product of the day assured me even more that I made the right decision. We knew from the beginning we were going to DIY non-floral centerpieces, so we only needed bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages, but we needed a lot of them. Alyssa was super helpful through the whole process. I had in my mind that I didn’t want roses, but then my husband surprised me with wanting a rose boutonniere for himself due to family meaning. So we worked through several ideas that brought in the roses and worked with the other flowers I wanted. I also really wanted dahlias, but she informed me they were out of season and don’t travel well so we worked to find a substitute rather than bringing in flowers that wouldn’t have made it to the ceremony. She could’ve easily just gotten them and taken a chance and I appreciated her honesty. The bouquets were beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t have asked for more from Alyssa at Marilyn’s.
