Food was delicious! So much so that if you do end up hiring them, make sure you enlist someone to quickly grab some hors d'oeuvres for you before your guests finish them off. Namely the Papas Rellenas. I speak from experience. Also, their packages include a lot more than other caterers in the area, but were still more affordable. Very transparent, no surprises. Al also has this thing where he divides up the amount you still owe after paying the deposit and dividing it out into monthly payments. That was a nice touch, most vendors don't do that but I found it helped us stay organized. Sometimes it took a little longer to get a response to a question,... -

Marinas Catering catered our wedding. Food was fantastic, service staff were phenomenal. The owner, Al, worked with us each step of the way, sampling his menu items, clearly explaining the contract, and allowing us to pay in installments. Definitely reccomend for your next event!

Marinas catered my wedding 12/8/2024.
Communication was great from a year and a half before, wedding catering was executed perfectly and no issues. Staff was friendly and did everything they said they were going to do, food tasted great! 10/10! -

As this was one of my first experiences with a vendor, I was nervous when the process wasn’t EXACTLY like the other two vendors I had booked. Al was very considerate and heard me out on my concerns. He made it a point to personally call to reassure me and explain his process. That was very important to me and sealed the deal on my decision to go with his company. I heard nothing but great things from all of our guests on the quality of the food. The service team was very sweet and helpful!! Packing up and labeling the left over food was so kind and above and beyond in my eyes. -

We had a relatively small (40-50) guest wedding but it underwent several changes. Al and his team did a great job accommodating our requests and delivering a great dinner to make it a very memorable event. Definitely recommend. -

We had such a blessed time at our wedding! All our guests loved the food! We would recommend AI Marinas all day long!
The owner was very responsive, on top of things, and answered all my questions!

I will start by saying, as a self proclaimed foodie and with a family that has some of the best cooks from Italy, I was on a mission to find a great catering service. Marinas catering service went above and beyond my expectations. Al, the owner is more than just a great chef and business owner. He cares. He made our experience one of the most memorable in the process of planning our wedding. We had a change in our guest list and needed a solution. He even called me from his vacation in Italy to ease my nerves! This is hands down the best catering service I’ve ever worked with. Not only are they professional but very personal.... -

From the moment I connected with Al, he was professional and understanding to my needs and wants. I asked for a tasting and he gave us exactly the quality and flavor we wanted for our Daughter's Engagement Party. As we all know food and music are most important. The staff was super friendly, professional, and courteous. I loved that they came around to clear the guests plates. That was important for me! The cake shots were delicious and a HUGE hit!! There was so much food leftover, seven of us ate from it on Sunday dinner. Sent to my neighbors and my mother (picky eater) who loved the food so much at the party, she wanted more. Donot walk... -

Food was delicious! Al was very flexible with us to have us come in again for a second tasty on different proteins we were interested in trying. We wally helped us make informed decisions and helped with tips for other last minute things we still needed to complete for the wedding!
