  The BEST of the best!!!

  I don’t even know how to put into words how much we loved our experience with Marissa. She was the first vendor we booked because we both knew for years leading up to our wedding that we wanted her to be our photographer, but boy we’re we blown away by not only her talent, but also her calmness, kindness and love she showed us and our friends and family! Her ability to capture the genuine love and emotion of our wedding day is something we will cherish forever. She also was instrumental in helping us through the planning process. Her vendor guide is incredible, and allowed me to find wonderful hair and makeup vendors as well as our great transportation. Besides our actual wedding day, she also traveled to Columbus to take our engagement photos in a spot near and dear to our hearts and also met with us in the weeks leading up to the wedding to decide on bridal party portrait locations. I would give Marissa one million stars if I could!

  Highly Recommend!

  If I could give 10 stars, I would. I had Marissa pencil us in long before we were even engaged because I knew I wanted her to capture our wedding day. Marissa is one of the most talented photographers out there, capturing the most special and candid moments allowing us to relive our wedding day over and over again. She not only took some AMAZING photos for both our engagement shoot and our wedding day, but she also made the planning process a breeze. She was always super responsive and timely, she helped put together our family photo list, as well as our timeline for the day. She gave us several wonderful recommendations for other vendors, which we also used and loved! She kept us on track throughout the day and allowed me (a Type A bride) to relax and not worry about a single thing the entire day. Not only that, she sent us some teasers just a couple days after our wedding and got our full gallery to us super quickly! She is truly an angel of a human and I cannot recommend her enough.

  The best investment we made in our wedding

  Our photographer was the most important vendor while planning and Marissa Decker Photography was the best investment we made in our wedding.
  
  We had four date changes after a family diagnosis of cancer and the pandemic. Marissa was there for every reschedule with transparency and positivity. When you book Marissa you not only get an incredibly talented photographer but also a thoughtful, genuine person who prioritizes you.
  
  Her ability to capture beautiful candid moments is truly unparalleled. When we look through our photos we hear the laughs, feel the love, and taste the orange buttercream icing all over again!
  
  We could not be happier or recommend her more highly! We will use Marissa Decker Photography for all future family milestones. Thank you, thank you, from the bottom of our heart!!

  Marissa Decker is everything and we could not recommend her enough! From start to finish, our experience with Marissa was a dream and blew us away. Each interaction with Marissa made us feel comfortable and like we had known her for years. Her guidance in each meeting, email, phone call and text leading up to the day and on the day left us knowing we were in great hands!   A Perfect Wedding Photographer

  Marissa was an absolute dream to work with! When looking for a photographer for both our engagement and wedding photos, I was looking for light, airy, and authentic. Marissa's photography style is just that - and even better than I could imagine! Both our engagement photos and wedding photos are full of candid moments, big emotions, and truly capture who we are as people.
  Marissa is professional, kind, and an overall wonderful human being. She wasn't just a photographer for us, she was a support system. She provided suggestions, patiently listened to our many questions, and made us feel comfortable in front of the camera.

  Amazing photographer!!!

  Marissa was absolutely amazing!! She did our engagement photos and wedding photos. She always responded to our email quickly and thoroughly answered every question we had. She even helped us with choosing other vendors and made our wedding timeline! My husband and I highly recommend Marissa for any type of photo shoot!!

  Marissa captured our wedding day absolutely perfectly. She has an incredible talent for capturing all the joy, love, and every other emotion so beautifully and authentically. She works in a completely stress-free, non-invasive manner so that we could enjoy 100% of our day without feeling like we were frequently posing for photos or worrying if she was capturing everything. She got every last detail and we truly feel like we get to relive the joy of our wedding every time we look through our wedding photos. As an added bonus, she is super professional, timely, organized, and personable throughout the entire planning process. She is a 12/10, you should absolutely book her!

  Book Marissa! You won't regret it!

  Marissa is THE BEST! If you’re looking for talent & value in a friendly face, look no further! Her work speaks for itself - I mean, absolutely gorgeous portfolio. Her pricing is fair - we worked things out between our engagement, rehearsal dinner, and wedding shoots since she was going to be traveling for both, and she helped create a perfect package for us. And besides having the most perfect pictures to cherish for the rest of my life, Marissa was also an unexpected support system that I didn’t even realize I needed on my wedding day! She hopped into things as an extra hand, she helped the bridesmaids and the groomsmen and the wedding planner, she helped carry bags along with her own photography equipment, she was always asking if I needed any food/drink so that I didn’t forget to stay hydrated/fed throughout the long day - I could go on and on. You name it, she did it! Marissa is just a joyous being who makes you feel not only comfortable in front of the camera (which not all brides/grooms are used to), but she also makes you feel like it is her PLEASURE to photograph you - versus it being a job she’s getting paid for! On top of all of that, she sent us so many amazing extra goodies after the wedding and was timely with the photos. GOSH! I just can’t stop talking about how much I love Marissa and her work! I recommend her to EVERYONE who is planning a wedding ANYWHERE!

  Marissa is simply the most amazing person inside and out! My husband and I were lucky enough to have Marissa photograph our engagment pictures and our wedding! She traveled to Lexington for both!!
