  Marissa was pivotal in crafting the wedding of our dreams!

  We really loved working with Marissa! We had the wedding of our dreams and couldn’t have pulled it off without her. Here are some of the things we loved about working with Marissa:
  
  i) Time commitment: Marissa was there with us every step of the wedding planning process. She spent a lot of time with us going through every detail of planning. She was also not afraid to customize the process (which would often involve going in several different directions to figure out the best path forward) to incorporate ideas from different cultures for our fusion wedding. When initial vendor choices didn't pan out, Marissa quickly stepped in to find suitable alternatives and even hopped on phone calls to mediate and iron out any wrinkles.
  
  ii) Knowledge: Marissa helped bring to the fore several aspects of wedding planning that we were not actively thinking about. For instance, she made sure that we locked in our hotel block and transportation to the wedding well in advance. This was really helpful because in retrospect, many of our guests enjoyed spending extended time with our friends and family at the hotel. Marissa also had great vendor recommendations. She was also very knowledgeable about vendor contracts and helped us in understanding all the details here.
  
  Marissa also has a great eye for design. She designed the color palette for our wedding and played a crucial role in bringing together the various design elements of our wedding, including the florals, signage and rentals.
  
  iii) Responsiveness: Marissa kept us on track. She came up with very useful timelines. She always responded promptly to our messages, and made time to hop on calls with us, sometimes even on short notice.
  
  iv) Personality: Marissa has a warm, positive and friendly demeanor. She and her team were very cordial to our guests and made everyone feel welcome the day of our wedding. She is very professional in her communications.
  
  v) Reliability: Planning a 100+ person wedding is a lot of work and we are so grateful that we could always lean on her. She and her assistant did a lot behind the scenes during the wedding to keep things running smoothly. Coordinating 15+ vendors is no joke and Marissa did it seamlessly leading up to and on the day of our wedding.

  All Around Wonderful

  Marissa is AMAZING! I would give her a 20 star rating if I could. I came to her after realizing I absolutely hated the wedding planning process, but also had a vision I had begun to create. I told her I needed a "wedding planning spirit guide" and she delivered! She dove right in, didn't miss a beat and created the most magical day of my life. She got us to the big day with so much patience, and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible the day of. I am so so glad I decided to trust her with the process, and would gladly do it again.
  
  When it comes to weddings, she knows what she's doing. She comes armed with checklists, timelines, budget trackers and a million other things you don't even realize you need and she has already handled by the time you do. She's detail oriented, organized, communicative and professional. She reaches out to vendors and handles communication, and is incredibly proactive. We were on a budget, and she was amazing at both respecting that and helping us prioritize expenses as well as get creative with where we could make the most of things.
  
  Marissa has an amazing eye for design. She took my ideas and ran with them, making my vision come to life and then some. She has done such diverse designs for every wedding I have seen her touch on, and nails them all. She was so collaborative to make my day come to life, and I felt like she truly knew what I was looking for.
  
  On a personal level, you feel like you are planning with your very calm, kind, positive best friend. She truly cares about her brides, and is genuinely fun to work with. We had a few curveballs with other vendors that she handled with so much grace and professionalism and doesn't bat an eye at anything thrown her way. She's a class act and is so enjoyable to have in your corner.
  
  Overall, Marissa is the full package. She is amazing at every aspect of planning and design, and most importantly is so kind and fun to work with. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a Bay Area wedding planner. She is simply THE BEST.

  The most magical day all thanks to Marissa!!!

  Marissa is truly amazing to work with! She is friendly, organized, communicative, responsive and an overall joy to be around! She helped us with staying on track, picking and communicating with other vendors, and guiding us to make decisions to help our wedding vision come to life. She also has an amazing eye for design and the smaller details that made us feel like our day was truly special and a representation as us as a couple. On the day of, things could not have gone more smoothly and I was not stressed at all since we knew we were in great hands! She was especially helpful with our unexpected cold rainy day in September in Sonoma where she coordinated last minute heaters and floor plan rearrangements to help keep our guests dry and warm. She is truly the best and our day would not have been the same without. We cannot thank her enough and highly recommend her to anyone else looking for event planning!

  Best Wedding Planner in the Bay Area

  Marissa was absolutely delightful to work with from start to finish including everything in the middle. My husband and I had to postpone our wedding three times due to the pandemic. We couldn't have gotten through it without her. She instantly took the initiative to reach out to every single vendor and also help calm on nervous throughout the process. She was so patient, concise and very detailed from helping us pick a color scheme to all of the stunning floral and center pieces. Thank you Marissa for all of your hard work. I can't say enough good things about this creative, talented and driven boss babe.

  I love working with Marissa! Every bride we've worked with together has been in such amazing hands because of her!! She makes entire day so smooth and stress-free, and as a fellow vendor (makeup artist) that is just as important for us to ensure everything goes smoothly! She's super sweet and so down to earth, has an incredible eye for detail, and a great sense of style to help you with all your event needs! She's the complete package when it comes to a planner! I can't recommend her enough!!

  Marissa will create the wedding of your dreams!

  I highly recommend Marissa! She is so easy to work with. She is communicative, responsive, funny and reliable. Her experience shows in all the ideas she brings forth. Her attention to detail is spot on. She can take your vision and enhance it in a way you would never even dream of and bring it to life effortlessly. She can also pivot easily as circumstances change. I am a makeup artist in Sonoma County. I have worked countless weddings with her and she impresses me every time. The photos from the events she has designed are always my favorite, because of the color palettes she creates. Planning can be so overwhelming I can't imagine doing it without a planner. I recommend Marissa to all of my brides, because she is the best (and I have seen a lot!)!

  When I hired Marissa in December of 2019, I'd done most of the sourcing of vendors, and needed help with what I called "the minutia." I didn't know how to source table runners, or chargers, or how to make my Pinterest dreams come true. Not only did Marissa do EXACTLY THAT, but she also helped us navigate through a COVID postponement. Each step of the way, Marissa was there: organized, calm, and collected. She was INCREDIBLE at creating timelines, design boards, and working with both my husband and I to make our true vision come to life. She even worked with my husband to plan a few surprises in the reception!
  
  ONE MILLION out of 10. I would stand on a rooftop and scream Marissa's praises if she asked me to. Look no further - this is the planner for you.

  Best Day of My Life

  Omg Marissa was amazing!!! We were planning a destination wedding so that definitely makes things more challenging, but honestly I didn't even notice. Marissa was on top of everything thing. I never once felt left out or that she didn't see our vision, she knew better than we did at times haha. When we first meet her we told her we just wanted a big party. We're not very traditional and we just wanted to celebrate with our family and friends, and boy did she deliver! We had the best wedding EVER!!! I received texts the entire day following our wedding, from guests saying it was the best wedding ever! And they wanted there's to just like it. We were so happy with our experience with her and her brother (day of assistant) I would have her plan all my events if I were closer to SF. THANK YOU MARISSA you truly gave us the best day!

  Wonderful - book her!

  Marissa was a joy to work with. I really don't know what we would have done without her. She took all the stress out of wedding planning and we were actually able to enjoy the entire process and the wedding weekend was perfect. She is very knowledgable and every vendor she recommended was wonderful. Highly recommend!

  Our wedding was beautiful and magical thanks to Marissa!

  Marissa is a fantastic coordinator! She is a responsive communicator with an eye for detail, and a super fun party planner too!
  
  We hired Marissa as our Month of Coordinator with a special Design package as well for our wedding this April. We were so pleased with how much easier having Marissa on our side made the entire wedding planning process for us. She helped us hone in on how we wanted our wedding day to feel for us and for all of our guests, and guided all of our ideas and little details towards this greater outlook and 'feel' for the whole day. Having Marissa as our coordinator was *such* a relief; we were able to forward her communication from vendors to coordinate details on our behalf, and we could ask her questions whenever we were split on a decision or roadblock of some kind. On our wedding day, Marissa and her assistant were professional, timely, and efficient in making sure all of the vendors and guests were taken care of and all of the moving pieces came together beautifully. We loved working with her and would absolutely recommend Marissa to any couple in need.

  Coordinating Queen!

  Marissa is an absolute gem and I'm so unbelievably happy she coordinated my wedding. Our planning sessions were always so fun and she took the time to really understand how I wanted the big day to go and what my type of style was. She had great recommendations along the way with vendors and schedule of events and the day went perfectly! If anything went wrong, I had no idea, and I think that is a true testament of what an amazing wedding planner Marissa is. Her and her assistants were so prepared for the dress rehearsal and day of and they helped ensure that I was completely stress free. Marissa's eye for design had my wedding venue, a industrial winery, looking more spectacular that I could have ever imagined. She really went above and beyond and I would recommend her to any bride who is looking for the best in the bay! Thank you again Marissa, I even loved our 5 minute breathe sesh during the wedding. :)

  I cannot recommend Marissa enough! She was an absolute life savior for my big day. From day one, she responded to my email inquiry within the hour. We set up a phone interview for the next day, and she was extremely professional, friendly, and truly cared to get to know about my fiance and I. After searching for a wedding planner for almost a month, I knew immediately I wanted to hire her.
  Marissa was always checking in with me throughout the wedding planning process. She kept me on track and ensured I was getting the best service possible. Side note: she is also a GREAT listener. Anytime I needed to vent or was stressing out, she was there to relax me and reassure me that everything would be fine.
  One month out, she and I talked more frequently, and had a couple of coffee dates prior to the big day to go over the details. I thought the last few weeks I would be super overwhelmed and stressed out, but Marissa handled everything with such professionalism. The rehearsal ran so smoothly, and she was very patient with my family and the wedding party who sometimes weren't listening. She made sure everyone understood exactly what they needed to do and where to go. I went to bed the night before my wedding, more relaxed than I thought, because I was confident in her and knew it would all be fine!
  The actual wedding day was a COMPLETE success, and I cannot thank Marissa enough. Everything went perfect--and if something did go wrong...well I still don't know about it then! She made sure all the vendors were on time and kept our ceremony and reception on a perfect schedule. Dinner was served right on time and we even had some extra time for dancing!

  I cannot recommend Marissa enough! She was an absolute life savior for my big day. From day one, she responded to my email inquiry within the hour. We set up a phone interview for the next day, and she was extremely professional, friendly, and truly cared to get to know about my fiance and I. After searching for a wedding planner for almost a month, I knew immediately I wanted to hire her.
  Marissa was always checking in with me throughout the wedding planning process. She kept me on track and ensured I was getting the best service possible. Side note: she is also a GREAT listener.   Marissa is amazing!! She recently coordinated an engagement session for me and I was so incredibly grateful to have her on board. She was a rock star with her planning and communication. When our venue changed she stayed the course on our service package and helped us to navigate the new venue. Marissa is a seasoned event pro and brings a confidence that is calm and assuring for the nervous couple. She did a great job of recommending high quality vendors from her prior weddings and negotiating contracts to help us manage costs and make sure we were putting our budget in the right place. Her organization kept us on task throughout the process and she was always transparent about when it made sense to do certain things and when it wasn't time to worry about it yet.
